We got a phone screen fixed ai ifix trust me 5 stars there. While waiting (took about an hour) we went to cell city to get a new case for our phone. Very wide selection lots of options. Sadly fo an hour there was no one attending the station. I suggest purchase your needs online and allow this worthless company to go out of businesses.

So I rarely leave reviews for places unless they leave a lasting impression and this place definitely did.So this store has two people working there. One guy repairs iphones only, the other repairs androids only. Makes it very inconvienient when trying to repair a specific phone so you got to know when that person is there specifically and its a hassle.But the issue isnt that.See, of the two people, theres a college age looking gentlemen who comes off as possibly being Swedish but hes really nice. Hes helpful, listens, works to solve the problem. Hes the Better Half of the duo so to speak.Then theres the other guy. The middle eastern looking guy who is getting the 1-Star. Hes a douche. No real way to say it. Hes the only one who can fix Android phones, which mine is.See originally my screen was cracked and I paid 80 dollars to replace it.For about a month it worked great. No issues. Was awesome. Then suddenly, the screen started coming apart from the phone. Like the adhesive used was failing. Slowly the screen pulled up, and it started pulling the screen and the touchscreen with it. This caused a perfectly horizontal dead zone on the screen, and phantom touches to appear around it. Then the screen came loose more, and it created another dead zone near the bottom. Plus, the GPS now couldnt get a lock anymore.Trying to take the phone in to have the guy, who replaced the screen before, to look at it. And he basically blows me off. Its not worth his time, that the phone is an older model (LG G2) and so I should just buy a new one.What should be basically a simple fix (Tightening the screen back on, checking the connectors, etc) is now a repair man refusing to repair.Even when I tried explaining the issue he just starts asking me Tell me what you want me to do. so Im telling him and hes just No no. Tell me, what you want me to do. Fix the issue. The issue that Im trying to tell you about. So then you can go Oh its this and I go Oh okay. Can you fix it?But no. Tells me its not worth spending the money on that phone.No... its not worth spending the money on that douche to fix the phone, even though he was more then okay to take the originally $80 for parts/labor to fix the screen.Which Im thinking is the only thing he knows how to do, and does a bad job at that...So now Im phone hunting, and Im probably swapping to a phone that isnt android so I dont have to do business with him ever again.
