Usually great service and availability. Theyve advised that theyre doing appointment only due to limited staff. Very knowledgeable and cost effective services and items. Staff usually very friendly and professional.

They tricked me into buying a brand new tire when they could have easily fixed the flat.The guy went home and didnt complete the order and I had to wait for another person to come back from lunch to complete the paperwork...

Service is truly slow and almost nonexistent. Dropped off my 82 year old father’s car for a new battery. Drop off was extremely long and the guy checking me in, stopped my check in process and took the next person in line, maybe because he wanted 4 new tires? We were told it would be a couple hours and they’d call when ready.A couple hours later we received a call and was told that the car was ready. We drove back up to Walmart, dad in tow, and were told they forgot to actually install/replace the battery.I’m now standing at the empty counter waiting for someone to explain what/why this happened. Turns out nothing was done. The biggest issue was no one was forthcoming as to what was going on. They left me standing at the counter waiting and waiting for an answer. Was told supervisor was going to explain to us what happened. Supervisor never appeared. We had to stop the original clerk to get an update. Had they just told us, immediately, that a mistake was made we could have lived with that, but it was like we got ghosted.So, as we are waiting for the battery to be installed, we get a call, the service person tells us that the battery we choose doesn’t fit his car, AND the only one that will is $50 more!!!Think twice, three or more times before you decide to go to the Livonia Walmart Auto Care Center

Want to give 0 but its not allowing me. I am said over phone its first come first serve. When I went there they said why did I came without appointment. The attendant doesnt even talk to customer. you wait and no one to attend you. I waited for an hour to talk to someone and was asked to take appointment. Other customers around me were also experiencing the same. Worst place ever to go for your car service.

Every time I try to go they are not open. In the middle of the day. Their sign said they were open from 8pm-6pm so that was a mess up. But even so, they were not open two days in a row of me trying to go. We gave up and went somewhere else.

Normally this is 4 or 5 stars, maybe they were having an off/bad day.Asked for some special service, told was done. Didnt show on the invoice and found on very next stop that it had not been done.

I was going to get tires here but after reading reviews I have changed my mind. Walmart needs to change otherwise they will be out of business like K-mart

Made an appointment to have my tires put one that I ordered online. Went to the appointment just to be told they can’t put my tires on because they were short staffed. They didn’t send me an email or text! Just wasted my time

Having your vehicle serviced here is a hazard to your safety. I highly suggest going elsewhere. I came for a tire repair and they forgot to patch it. Then they charged me for tire rotation (even though all 4 tires had lifetime rotation and balance package) and didnt even rotate the tires.

Great experience so far at the Livonia Walmart Auto. Told me it was going to be a few hours and it was done earlier then that. Carla the front person did a fantastic job and was super friendly. After reading so many reviews on here I was nervous going there but it was a great experience. Guess people that take the time to post reviews are just mad at the world and the ones that have a good experience dont take the time to write the review. I have bought tires at the regular places(discount, belle) and you have to wait at those places too awhile.

The service writer is very rude Walmart need to give her more training how to speak to people. I will never return there

Took one hour to pick up a battery I ordered. They intended to take even longer to give me a receipt for my core charge so I just left it there. It wasnt worth the $12 to sit and wait any longer. I should have read the reviews first, exceptionally slow.

This 1 star represent -5 Star. Absolutely horrible customer service. The front desk lady by name Carla is one of worst person. On Sunday I went to Auto center at 8:45 to repair tire. I was told there wait time of 3 hrs... Even though I was early on Sunday. They took my car INN at about 12 Noon and then did nothing until 2 PM, I know since i was watching from window. At 2:30 they came and said You need new tire but they dont have in stock!!!!!!!!! So they hold me for 6 hrs to just let me know that they cannot repair and they do no have tire. I Should not have gone to this place after seeing lot of -ve review and I also wonder why Walmart is not doing something to get better service???

The service was horrible the wait is ridiculous 4.5 hours to plug a tire ! I will never come back again and I don’t recommend this location to anyone! The service manager is rude and incompetent as well as the workers they are slow and have to regard for the customer something needs to be done about the management and staff here it’s outrageous! I would rate them a negative star if I could .

DO NOT GO HERE!! I repeat DO NOT GO HERE! Worst service ever! I promise the reviews are not lying! I wish i could give zero stars but that’s not an option. The service manager, tall woman, said the wait for an oil change was an hour and a half with 2 cars ahead of me. 2 and a half hours later i was quoted another hour because the car before me gave them an issue. The worst part about this was I’m sitting there staring at multiple employees standing around talking and doing nothing. Again for your oil change and services DO NOT GO HERE!

I had to wait 7Hours to get tires change with 4 people before me. I came at 9:30am. I was able to leave at 3:30pm. I was so mad will never come back

No customer service at all, waiting too long to serviced, i rather go to other place for quick service than go that place.

I had wished that the other reviewers were wrong, being this was the closest service center to me. Unfortunately, they are 100% correct. A lady answered the phone, immediately put me on hold and never came back on the line. I was waiting about 10-20 minutes before I hung up and decided it would be better to just go further to a different place.Walmart really needs to look into this center, and the management for how bad these reviews are. You are losing customers before they can even walk in the door. Pretty sad :(

Said it was going to be a 4 hours wait time. Decided it wouldnt be worth it. Apparently they only have one employee that works on cars while two employees stand there at the counter and twiddle their thumbs as they play games on their phones. I am surprised they havent been fired yet. Never going to try to get an oil change here at this walmart again.

Every time my wife and I go here to attempt to get service on our cars they always tell us its about a 2 hour wait. Every single time. Doesnt matter what day it is. My wife has been trying to get an oil change and tire rotation on her van for a month now. She has been there 3 separate times to get this done and each time they have told her its a two hour wait. Second to the last time she was there they told her they werent taking anymore cars for the day (she was there within at least an hour of closing). Whats the deal with this place? If they cant get proper staffing they need to close it all together. 2 hour waits all time is not acceptable. My wife and I will be taking our cars somewhere else from now on.

The other reviews are absolutely right. They always tell you its an hour to 2 hours wait....no matter how many cars are ahead of you. They only have 2 ppl working on cars, and 1 guy who wanders around putting in the orders Ive been here different times of the day and they ALWAYS have a wait. No real service....no real help, if there was another one close to me....Id go there....but Im sure Ill be going somewhere else from now on.

Everytime I come to this store there is a 2+ hour wait unless you the first car in the morning. This is such an inconvenience to the customer. The nonchalant attitudes about the wait is even worst. Today I was told at least a 3 hour wait, I ask why I am told because there are a lot of cars in front of me. SMH ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EACH TIME!!

These 2+ hour wait periods for a simple oil change is ridiculous. Need to hire more staff and give discounts for up to 50% off for long waits.

I was about to go here but the negative reviews sealed the deal for me. I ended up going to belle tire which was a pleasant experience. Wal-mart should seriously think about cleaning up their act because I guarantee you have lossed numerous sales....including this one.

Relative to some of the other Walmart Tires and Auto Parts locations I’ve been to this location is a good one.

Every time I call Im always put on hold and never answered. Then I call again and they transfer me and Im placed on hold again. Its like everyone tried to avoid helping a customer over the phone and I have had simple questions once about holiday hours and I could never get a person on the phone to answer that. They would pick Up And say please hold then before I could say anything Im back on hold. Customer service sucks here.

Walmart should stay miles away from having an auto care or at the VERY least call their oil change service a pit crew because there hasnt been a single time where there wasnt a min 1.5hr wait. Their service desk reps are super lazy, rude, and move slower than my grandma at JoAnn fabric stores on a Sunday morning.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went in to buy one tire and have them put my rim on it. First of all, the employee working the desk had no idea what he was doing and couldnt tell me how long it was going to take. Second of all, I took it in at 2pm and it is now 6pm and the auto center is closed. Extremely upset.
