While working in the Detroit area I got a nail in my tire and needed a quick repair. Costco?? No membership and really didnt want to pay $50-60 plus the patch when there is not one near my home. Goodyear?? Was told only taking people by appointment and I could get one the following week. Firestone?? Not today, but I could drop off and get late the following day. All Night Auto?? They said yes we are busy, but thats a quick repair... we can work you in!! 30 minutes later I was back to work for $25. Thanks you guys!!

Ive had work done on my sons Suburu and have been very satisfied. Their hours and accessibility are not only convenient but I took it in recently and they spent time on it but because it wasnt acting up they couldnt for sure say they fixed it. They put time into it but didnt charge me. Sam and Moe are the best!

My window stopped working, I took it here to get fixed because it was the only place open at the time and It was a huge mistake! my driver side window still wasnt working right so I took it back a second time and it still wasnt fixed right and now I have all these small electrical problems ever since I took my car here... total waste of money if you have an option to go somewhere else id take it

I have been a loyal customer of this business for many years and they recently did a repair on my car that cost me over $2,000. I had the same issue that was supposed to be “under warranty”, resurface a few months later and they kept my car for SIX DAYS to tell me all they would do is reset the engine error light and to bring the car back if it came back on again. For what? So they can reset the error again? It came back on the next day by the way. They obviously didnt want to stand behind their work or they dont know what they are doing and I honestly think they forgot about me. I am taking my car to the dealer now and will probably have to take legal action against All-Night Auto to get my money back.Update: I took my car to the dealer and they found the correct problem and told me that All Night Auto fixed the wrong problem and I should get my money back. I am not going to pursue the issue but I definitely will not use them again and recommend that you don’t either. Very disappointed.

I cant say enough good things about All Night Auto. I was traveling with my son from Chicago and my Jeep broke down in Livonia. Needless to say, that was more than a hassle but Sam and Shawn saved my day. Sam first came to where I was broken down with the part he had already ordered and had delivered from the time I first called. Then it was not something that could be done easily on the spot so he arranged a tow and Shawn installed the new part that night, and got me and my son going again. Great work ethic, fair price, and can highly recommend. A great customer experience!

I am extremely disappointed. I have been to pick up my car TWICE during posted hours. And no one has been there. I was there Saturday morning 8 to 8:15am. Their hours are 8 to 5 on Saturdays. I needed to go to work and no one was there. I had to get a ride. I came the next day (TODAY). The posted hours are 9 to 5. I was there at 10 am. No one was there. This is unacceptable. I will never come here again and I will be sure to warn others.

Brought my car in to replace a tire because of a screw close to the side wall. I was told by dealerships I needed a brand new tire but all night said a plug would work fine and they were right saving me $250. They also fixed my AC fast and cheaper then the dealership. For sure bringing my car back for future repairs!

The guys worked diligently to find the tiniest leak that was causing me the biggest problems, and fixed it quickly. Moe and Sean were pleasant, accommodating, and professional. Service on a Sunday. My windshield wipers weren’t working. Moe was able get my car in same day on a Sunday. These guys ran diagnostics and replaced the wiper transmission within a few hours. Now I have working wipers again. I’ll be back for other services. Highly recommended. Thanks again guys.

The service was outstanding. I had a tire blow out and needed to get repair asap to get to work and they were quick. 2 new tires later and 45 minutes I was 9n my way to work. Total time with towing was less than 2 hoursAwesome.

Dan and the guys are top notch. I complete 90 percent of my repairs, but need help from time to time. I was replacing a u-joint on my drive shaft and could not press the u-joint out. I ran up there roughly about an hour before they closed. Dan (manager), smiled, and said no problem, give me 30 minutes. Sure enough, 30 minutes later it was done, and done right. Great service, even better people. This is my new go to shop. Thank again guys, my truck runs great!

Dan doesn’t work here anymore but Moe and Sam are awesome. This is a great place to go to, they are honest and fair and don’t take advantage women like some places do.

Unfortunately had to return multiple times to fix issues with my visit. Loose contention of wires set off warning lights on my way home. Stripped lug nuts couldnt get brake work done elsewhere due to this. And never returned for welding broke a week later on exhaust, and suspension work was not tightened . Minor fixes easily caught if experienced manager was checking the work. Ended up trading in a loved car.

Right theres an outstanding experience with exceptional customer service. I could easily have been told I needed to leave my van for the next day, when I was at a Supplier Convention at Toyota, for $500-$600 in repairs; and I would have happily paid it. Instead Dan greased the bearing and assured me he would have allowed his wife to drive the van back to Cincinnati, we made it without a problem!

Dan was great! They didnt have the exact brand of tire that I wanted, so he called a few other shops to see if they would be able to help me the same day, even though he knew he would lose my business by doing this. So kind of him to do that! The other shops werent able to help that day, so he special ordered my tire and was able to work on my car a couple days later. Their hours are great if you need work done in the evenings after work, as theyre open late. Theyre even open on Sundays! Very helpful and will answer any questions you have. Highly recommend if you are looking for an affordable and very honest auto repair shop.

I went here about a month ago needing new tires. I called and was scheduled for Saturday morning, only 2 days after I called. I was very pleased that it only took a few hours to finish, and the cost was on-par (or better) than some other places in the area. Both employees I spoke to were very friendly and eager to help. I was also surprised to receive a follow up call a few days later just checking in to make sure everything was working well. I highly recommend due to the amazing service alone.

Awesome place and awesome people. I somehow ran over a bolt at 8:00pm tonight and they were the only tire place open. I drove my car there hoping to get it patched up but the bolt was in a spot where it couldnt be patched up but they still told me they could order the tire I need and have it tomorrow for a very decent price and not only that they looked at the tire and put my spare on for free. I will definitely be going back and recommend them to anyone who needs tires and wants to deal with honest and good people who also stay open later then any other tire place.

Came in at about 8:15PM on a Tuesday, looking to replace an untrustworthy car battery (105k+ miles with it) before I had to be somewhere at 8AM. These guys hooked me up with a new battery, and installed it, for less than itd have cost me to buy a battery at the local auto parts store, and had me out the door within 30 minutes. They even tested the old battery a couple times, and found that it was still testing good, so they double checked that I did indeed want it replaced. Kind, quick, and to the point. Definitely can recommend these guys.

I had taken my car to 4 different places before I found Ed and All Night Auto, none of which were able to fix the electrical problems that I had been having. I was nearly to the point of scrapping my car, but I thought I would give one more shot at getting her back on the road. Not only did the mechanics resolve the issue, but they were able to do it for a FRACTION of the price I was quoted at the dealer to even diagnose the problem. I will take all of my cars here moving forward. They are fast, knowledgeable, and extremely cost competitive. Excellent service!!

Ive always been one to do my own work on my car, but with work being busy and other house projects, I tried All Night Auto after reading good reviews. I can say that their prices are fair and the service advisers are both very nice and knowledgeable. They charged me 70 bucks for a Mobil one synthetic oil change with a tire rotation.

Recently I had most my exhaust system fall off while driving. Having a general idea of what I needed, I proceeded to call around and get rough estimates on how much it would cost to replace and approximately how long it would take to replace.I contacted All Night Auto due to positive reviews and relative location. They came in with a fair price for a rough estimate and estimated they could get it done by the end of the day (I dropped my car off around noon when they close at 10 pm).Granted, having most of your exhaust fall off isnt too much of a mystery of what needs to be fixed, they didnt find any surprises. A hanger or two had to be fabricated, but other than that, all that needed to be replaced was expected and included in the rough estimate (final cost was within the range of the rough estimate). Job was completed by the end of the day.Staff was friendly. One employee found me a ride home so I didnt have to walk in a snow storm. Staff also didnt treat me like a complete idiot (Id like to think I know a bit about cars but there is a reason Im not a mechanic for a living).Overall, they got the job done on time and at a price as quoted in their rough estimate. I was treated well and because of their hours, I was able to get my car in halfway through the day and finished before they closed. Staff was friendly. Id be willing to let them work on my car again.

They quoted me $3000 on a new to me used engine with over 100,000 miles on it but couldnt tell me what was wrong with my car. I kept asking and was told well your engine doesnt work. Obviously my engine doesnt work, thats why I brought my car in. $3K was just for the engine, not including labor. I picked my car up and took it to Triplex Engineering. My car was fixed for a whopping $29. It was a broken hellicoil. Pure and simple laziness that almost cost me more than my car. I absolutely do not recommend this shop at all.

Took my car to have breaks fixed because of squeaking. After the $50 diagnostic fee they said I needed rotors and pad replaced on both axles. $950 was the total with oil change. I felt like I was held hostage because of the $50 but had them do the work. I had to constantly call on status since they kept saying it would be ready on Monday after I dropped off on Sunday. Finally ready after 5pm I got a call and i picked up.Week and a half later i am driving and here something fall off and lose my breaks!!! Luckily I was alone in car no one else and I was able to turn into a parking lot. The pads in back wheel fell off and bake fluid line leaking everywhere.I called and sent a tow truck. Person I spoke to apologized and said they would fix it.This was at around 9am and tow truck took to their garage. I hadnt gotten a call so I called around 1230pm and he said just now putting on lift and will fix it. Had to call periodically because they do not communicate. I asked how will they make this right? Fixing it was the best he could offer. No compensation even after 7rom their shoddy work!!! Good thing my 4 year old was not in car with me. Dan I think is the manager or owners name but doesnt matter since this type of customer service is probably the norm for them.Its fixed now but I will never go here again or recommend anyone to take the vehicles here because your life may depend on it!!! Drove my vehicle there last month. DROVE it there. It was running poorly with bad electrical system. I was told it would be checked out in the AM. I was never told what the diagnostic fee would be. ever. In the AM I received a phone call and was told that my vehicle needed a new alternator and it would cost $780. Possibly $1000 with a new battery. I proceeded to call my normal repair guy - without him knowing my car was elsewhere - he said the alternator installed would be about $550. So I called All Night Liars. I was able to bargain down the price of the repair to $650 after I was told the diagnostic fee was $125. A few hours later - I received another phone call saying my alternator belt had broken. So remember, I was told I paid $125 for the BAD ALTERNATOR quote. But the alternator was now fine and the belt was missing. THIS VEHICLE HAS A SINGLE SERPENTINE BELT. So the car wouldnt have been able to drive 10 miles to the shop. LOL. When i asked them, they said they made a mistake and replaced the other belt and I owed them $200. These guys are so into the scam they cannot even keep lies and BS straight. AVOID THIS PLACE YOU WILL GET SCAMMED SO BAD>AVOID AVOID AVOID. QUESTION EVERYTHING THEY TELL YOU OR CHARGE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are the #1 auto repair place here in Michigan and they are there for you after hours and very helpful and friendly staff. They have everything all in 1 after hours and Sunday. They are the best.

Shop is full of great guys! They do great work at reasonable prices. They always take me back to my car on the lift to show me exactly what is wrong. If I am unable to get a ride up there to pick up my car, the owner will come pick me up from my home.

Last week I accidentally swung a chair into my windshield and destroyed it completely, all night auto repair fixed it up and gave me a completely new one in just 7 minutes! Definitely going to smash my windshield again after this service.

This was by far the worst experience Ive ever had. I took my car in on a Sunday morning. They told me they would look at it and call me back. I waited until mid day to call them and they still had no update. I told them I have a car rental and that I needed to know what was going on. They called me the next day and said that the car would be 700 to fix. The parts didnt seem like they would be that much so I told them Id call back to let them know. Come to find out the same thing they were charging 200 dollars for was a 14 dollar part. I went in to get my car so I could get a second opinion. They refused to release my car saying they already bought parts. The manager thought the whole situation was funny. I finally got my car back over an hour of fighting with them and paying the 93 dollar diagnostic fee. I take it for a second opinion. Two repair shops said the hose wasnt even bad. All night auto is a complete rip off. I am a young female and they took advantage thinking I would just get the work done. I would never recommend anyone to go there.

Wasted my time driving up to pick up my car with exactly the amount I was told it would cost. When I asked why it suddently went up a hundred dollars he said it costs a hundred dollars to tell you whats wrong with it. Was recommending this place to people for a while. Wont ever be back. Actually shocked at the garbage service I received.

My experience with All Night Auto was the best experience I have ever had. They were very helpful in spliting my repairs in 2 visits due to my money situation. Very Professional and Pleasant to deal with. I will be referring them to anyone that I hear that is looking for a good auto repair shop.

The extended hours are excellent because they can get through the work in half the time other shops can. They communicate frequently about the status and any changes in the original service quote. They do excellent work.

In at 7, four tires, out at 8. I have had other work done here and am happy with the results. Cheaper (and better) than the stealerships profit center.

My daughters car was a mess the team did a terrific job and was able to work with me to make the payment for her remotely. Staff is very responsive and thought the pricing was good considering all the issues certainly will return for future work!

I couldnt be more pleased or impressed with All Night Auto Repair. I had some troubles with my vehicle while at my girlfriends house in Westland. I took it in Saturday afternoon and they were backed up with cars but said they would get to it asap. Well they did, they contacted me and let me know what was wrong and gave me a reasonable price for the work done. I was amazed that they were even open on Super Bowl Sunday let alone during the worst snow storm weve had this year. The service manager Dan even came and picked me up to save me a cab ride. They were fast, courteous and did excellent work. They definitely went above and beyond and I couldnt be more happy with the work done and the service level I received. I would recommend All Night Auto to anyone for any work they need done, these guys are great!

I usually deal with Dan, who is really honest and strives to make customers happy. Ive never had a problem with these guys and I never feel like theyre taking advantage of me, which is often the case for a woman at auto repair places. Plus, theyre open all weekend. Who wouldnt love that?For those who are complaining about price, you get an estimate before the work is done and they will call you before they do any work that goes over the estimate. First time and will continue to come back for service as long as Im with 20mile in distance. Great service and customer satisfaction. They have a Guest WiFi, but you have to ask for the code and its sooooo simple. Also they have a vending machine with .75 soda and snacks. Its best to schedule am appointment because they are book all the time.🙃Its hard to trust certain mechanics and my generation of backyard mechanics isnt as good as the older generation... so yea, definitely stop by and check them out. Im not sure if they repair foreign cars though.

I highly recommend All Night Auto. There staff is knowledgeable and use state of the art equipment. They have great accommodating hours as well as shuttle service to get you where you need to go while your vehicle is getting serviced.

Had 1 wheel bearing replaced and I was charged 450$. To me thats way to high of a price. They charged me 300$ for the bearing which after I found the same one for 115$.not to mention I was charged for 1.5hours for unscrewing 4 bolts and screwing them back. Yes they did a good job but for that price I could have gotten all my bearing replaced.

This place is the worst place to have a truck or a car,or any automobile worked on this owner is only out for the money,he doesnt care about his customers at all,your better off taking your vehicle somewhere else,he tried telling me that I needed a complete new engine for my vehicle,when there was nothing wrong with it,and wanted to charge me and arm and a leg to put a new one in my vehicle and I told him to kiss my a double s,tha I would buy a new vehicle before I would let him ever let him work on another vehicle of mine,so I would recommend that you take your vehicle to another place or someone who knows what there doing,before going to this place my opinion ok,thank you for reading this.

On the phone, they said they wanted 50 bucks for an oil change for the convenience that they were open late. Drove there right away only to be told that they were busy and I could drop the car off overnight. Umm no thanks, that was what I was gonna pay 50 bucks for. Did not get any repairs done.

I only take my vehicles to All Night Auto. Period end of story. They get the job done correctly the first time, and theyre reasonable. They also have ridiculous hours, it seems like theyre ALWAYS open. If you cant find time to get your car to them, its your fault.
