Arrive at 9 am waiting for inspection, after them throughly going through the vehicle everything passed ACCEPT 1 window. On the pictures you can clearly see that the tint is all the same. The inspector claim that 1 window ‘! Has a difference. Are you kidding me! First and foremost I purchased the vehicleFrom a dealer that had factory tint installed on the vehicle already and stated that the vehicle is manufactured this way!Lastly how the hell does 4 of 5 windows pass which all has the same tint

Ive been here twice to service two different cars and was really happy with my service. I had a few different requests on my first visit, and they let me know that one of them (replacing a serpentine belt) wasnt necessary and that the last guy to recommend that I replace it (from a different facility) was probably just trying to get some extra money out of me. They were really nice and got my car fixed up and ready to go in a pretty timely manner. On my second visit, I asked for an oil change and a brake check. They got to work immediately on changing the oil and let me know that my brakes were fine. Their oil change prices were comparable to that of an oil change at Jiffy Lube and theyre much more professional about it. This place is close to where I live and Im glad to have a go-to place for vehicle servicing while Im still living in the Laurel area.

Manager is knowledgable and passionate and demonstrated an honest busines model to educate car owner. Prices for synthetic oil change are economical and they top off your fluids and check your tires. For $69.95 its a really really good price. And the security of of having the the best synthetic oil protecting your engine. Compared to jiffy lube you save almost $60 and you get better customer service.

I have taken my old 1993 Grand Laredo Jeep to Parkway on two different occasions recently. Both times, I was completely satisfied with both the work they did and the way I was treated. Very professional. Very courteous. I trust these folks.

Terrible and rude customer service!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The guy was unprofessional and disrespectful because I asked him to explain to me what he was doing with my car for the price he was charging and he later refused service. He told me he has thousands of customers and he doesn’t need my service. Really!!

I recently took my 2007 Toyota Camry for a check engine light problem that no one else have been able to fix. These guys were able to find the problem and had my car fixed while I waited. So far so good and I would definitely recommend this shop.I Yang

Stopped by early in the morning, person behind the counter greeted me and then a woman out of no where came and got in front of me and was tending to her while I was standing right there.Once they were finished, I spoke to I guess the manager, and told him my problem. A simple problem, an O- ring replacement to a Power steering leak on a Jaguar. He didnt even bother giving me any time of day and said Sorry we dont work on these kinds of cars You couldve told me that just by looking at the car, and sent me on the way, or have a sign saying We are incompetent, please drive byHow do you treat potential clients with such disregard?I guess you arent mechanics.I chose you first thinking my car would be in better hands with a reputable shop but I was wrong. I drove off and got the repair done down the street at a BP GAS STATION and were done in 45 mins for less than $100.00Thanks again for your service, I wont even spare a passing glance driving by this shopCheers.

These people are total scam and fraud. Weve a pending case against them in court, so ill wait to post my detailed review of their horrible service in every which way imagineable. Meanwhile check out th three reviews from their manager, repairmen pretending to be customer. HIWA RAAOF is the crook store manager for past 14 years here and PAULO FERREIRA is another dishonest person who is the main repairman there for past decade. They BOTH POSTED 5-STAR REVIEWS FOR THEIR OWN STORE, EXACT SAME WORDING, PRETENDING TO BE CUSTOMER. I guess they had to do that to offset the hossible detailed reviews by disgruntled customers like me. Also check out the yp, yelp reviews for them. Pretty much all 0 star. Stay away

Everyone was nice and concern bout the problem

Big Cheaters, the workers there cheated us on Brakes and Rotars. I paid $748 total cost and all in vain. My car makes screeching noise and when I took back to check Mr Hiwa (The mechanic) told me that it was becoz of some injection unit which will cost another $1500.00. I doubted this as everything was fine until I took my car to these morons. Also, I checked with my dearlership, and other three different mechanics and they all said the Brakes installed were bad and outdated. I took my car thrice to them too and NOONE helped me.Robert who fixed the brakes was nowhere to be found . Extremely UNtrustworthy business. My money is wasted. Being a single earning parent, I felt so badly cheated. Please do NOT TRUST them with your car.

I went in there because my exaust suddenly dropped after hitting a pot hole. Went in there explained the situation that I was in. Hiwa took care of me. Made sure he did everything he could to get me back on the road and on my way. Im greatful for what he did.
