I love this place! I’ve been taking my cars here for a few years whenever I have an issue and they never disappoint. Check engine light was on for a couple of months, now it’s gone and my car drives so much better! These guys are awesome highly recommended

Ive gotten my oil change here on two occasions. They had coupons in The Best of Laurel Hometown Magazine. My vehicle requires synthetic oil and they do a syntheyic oil change for less than anywhere Ive researched. Willie is a personable and customer service oriented employee there. The actual technicians are also attentive to the desires of the customer. I will continue to have my oil changed at All Tune and Lube.

I took my vehicle by All Star Automotive today and had the best experience Ive had when getting my vehicles serviced. Eric was professional and explained my vehicles maintenance to me in a way that made me understand what needed to be done to have my vehicle on the road again. Eric was able to get my vehicle repaired and on the road in no time. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the Laurel area.

All-star changed my alternator for me in December and had to discharge and recharge my AC to get it out. When I tried to use my AC in APRIL, it wasnt working, and they added some refrigerant no questions asked. They stand behind their work as well as being friendly, affordable, and professional.

Eric and Willie are great mechanics and they fix your car quickly and correctly. If you do have an issue that needs followup, they will handle that quickly too. I have been with them for years. Not cheap but you get your moneys worth and guaranteed work.

Willie is the homie, period. Professional staff, they actually test drive your car to diagnose the issue, they bring you over to show you the problem, makes recommendations, just everything you want for comfortably in a mechanic shop. They arent overpriced, the coffee is great and I feel like Im at home. I never leave reviews, but I had to speak about my experience. I had brakes done as well as a few sensors. What impressed me the most was the fact that they follow up with you through text just seeing if everything was okay with the service and making sure that youre happy. I highly recommend.

After I bought my car at Carmax and the warranty that came along with it, I had to go to the shop that honored my warranty. Lucky for me this was the place! Not only do they Do good honest work, they are a pleasure to work with. When I needed a ride to enterprise, they helped me out, they always look for the best deal, and they are also diligent and customer friendly when dealing with warranty coverage . Not only is it a solid business, customer service is awesome. They always check in to see how the cars doing after it has been serviced. Convenient and honest! Totally recommend.

The service team at All Tune and Lube has done a great job of repairing our family vehicles. The staff is professional, friendly, honest and effective at caring for your car. I can trust that they will not charge for unnecessary repairs or overcharge for work that needs to be done. They will invite you into the garage to show you any parts that are defective and will give you a reasonable plan to fix those parts. They understand that customers don’t have money or time to waste. Ive been going to All Tune and Lube in Laurel Maryland for many years. Willie and Eric treat my wife and I like family. Last week I took my Honda Pilot to the dealership. I had a coupon for a free 10 point inspection with oil change. They wanted to charge me about $2300 for the issues they found. I declined and immediately took my truck to All Tune and Lube . Eric quoted me a much better price!! The dealership wanted to charge me $1100 to change some part that was supposedly leaking on my alternator. They made it seem like an emergency that I had to get fixed immediately. The mechanics at All Tune and Lube didnt see anything leaking on my alternator. Willie and Eric both checked just to make sure. I appreciate their integrity. They could have just said there was leak and charged me. Its a great feeling to go an Auto Repair shop and feel confident no one is going to rip you off. I highly recommend All Tune and Lube !!

The customer service and professionalism was stellar. My car is running like a dream! I had to hassle with the car warranty on a daily basis but Willie kept me up date on every move. I would highly recommend this place for all your car needs.

The shop agreed to take me with just a phone call and I was there in 15 minutes. They promised to have my car done by 3 pm, and finished an hour early. The work was done efficiently and correctly. The shop and even the parking lot were clean. Honestly I was impressed. With so many other businesses around going out of business, they had every single bay full.

Pleasant experience. Great customer service. The guys here were honest and dont try to get over on people like some spots do. They actually priced my repairs at a lower cost than I expected. My car runs better than before. Will definitely be returning when I need more service done.

If you ask me i would tell you never to go here . i end up sending $7k on repairs and the car still has the same problem. it got to a point where now i have to got o court. Eric and Willy are not good store owners and need the BBB to come take a closer look into there work ethic. I have NEVER experience a problem like this with a auto repair shop

When I first walked into this auto mechanic shop, they seemed nice at initial glance; but then again their true colors revealed after finding out the problem of my car still hadn’t been fixed, despite making several visits to the shop. I asked myself why I spent a lot of money on the same issue that hasn’t been resolved yet. The next day after my last visit at the shop, the owner phoned me and asked how’s the car. After receiving the phone call, I arrived at a suspicious conclusion that this auto mechanic shop I am currently reviewing is operating in a dishonest fashion. I believed the owner called me because he knew my car still had the same problem (didn’t fix it) and expected me to return to the shop again and feed more money to him. Therefore, I am done with their establishment and I made the ultimate decision to take my car to another shop and the problem finally got fixed.I agree with the gentleman who said the work ethic of the Laurel ATL shop should be evaluated under BBB.

I usually do not take the time to give reviews but after taking my car to get serviced and receiving exceptional service I had to share my experience. As a woman, it is very hard to get honest and reliable car service when you have to take your car to the mechanic shop. But not today, thanks to Willie and Aron (please forgive me if I didnt get your name correct) you both were like my angels today. I truly appreciate the quality of care and attention you provided to help get my car back on the road running smoothly.

We have been going to All tune in Laurel for years now and would not take our vehicles anywhere else. Willie and the guys are great! Very reasonable prices and excellent service and workmanship. Highly recommend this place, we recently moved out of Laurel yet still bring our cars here.

All Tune And Lube really take care of me. They helped me assess what was wrong with my vehicles and presented me with some cost effective options in how to move forward. Willie has incredible customer service and was very thorough in explaining what was wrong with my vehicle in a way I could understand and not feel overwhelmed. My car abruptly started having issues, and was in no condition to drive. I always ride past this shop but never been serviced here before. They were very professional, kept me informed with each step of the repair, and was able to fix my car the same day!

Can’t speak for anyone else but I have been here twice and both times, Willie and the crew have taken care of me. First time, they got my air conditioning up and running when no one could figure out what was wrong and just now, they solved the mystery with my front end noise. Good people, super honest and I always trust that they will take good care of my ride. Nice to finally have a mechanic I can trust!

Front counter person was very polite and professional. My check engine problem was diagnosed and the part was replaced in an hour. My business was appreciated and my car runs beautifully and with new pep.

I was traveling from out of state on a Friday and my car stopped working in a parking lot. My car was towed to All Tune and Lube and by 8:30am Saturday, I was receiving a phone call with an update on my car and that it would be ready in only a few hours. I’m so grateful they were able to fix my car so quickly and it didn’t ruin the rest of my trip!

I used to do my own maintenance and repairs, so Im familiar with auto repair/parts costs and actually enjoy twisting wrenches. I work full time and have four kids at home so I just dont have the time to do it myself anymore. When I first started taking my vehicles to All Tune & Lube in Laurel, I always got at least three estimates for the same work. All Tune has consistently been the most economically priced of all three. They have NEVER tried to upsell anything to me or my wife and daughters. They stand behind their work, and most importantly, the guys there know that when I bring one of my vehicles in for service or repair, Im entrusting them with the safety of my family. Theyve EARNED my trust and confidence and in return theyve gained a loyal customer.

Not only was the service fantastic, fast, efficient, the owner actually personally showed me everything that needed to be done, explained it and taught me about the problems with my vehicle, instead of just doing it and throwing a bill at me blind. And to top it off, has personally checked in on me every couple months just to make sure everything was still going well with the work preformed. 100% customer service unlike any before. From the gentleman that answered the phone the first time i called, to the workers and owner, top to bottom, best service ive ever recieved in ANY business.

They are nice people, but sometimes I feel that they try to upsell you on services thatll have you coming back and spending more money. I asked them if they can get my check engine light turned off and they did so many unnecessary tests and procedures that ended up costing me more money than I thought (nearly $1,200). And the check engine light kept on coming back on. I went to another mechanic and they told me that I just need to buy a less than $10 bottle of fuel systems cleaner and that fixed the check engine light. I feel that they did this because I am a woman and I do not know much about automobiles.

I have an older vehicle. To be more specific, a 2007 Lexus GX 470! Overall it’s a great vehiicle, however every now and again it needs some TLC and dealing with the various dealerships can be a bit cumbersome. I completely trust All Tune and Lube Total Car Care to be fair and deliver the high quality of repairs that I am accustomed to receiving. Mr. Willie at the frontdesk has an awesome disposition and I will definitely get my car fixed here again without hesitarion.

They dont know how to work on cars, they just want your money & massed up your vehicle.

The owner is so bad he wouldnt want to deal with warranty even if its still under their warranty. Took almost 4 hours to get my brakes done. At least half of that everyone was just standing around talking while I sat there waiting. Only took about 45 minutes for the actual labor. I was the only person there. Couldve been done a lot faster. Will not be returning.

Went to this place to get a tune up and oil change, they managed to ruin my engine and failed to tell me for over 6 hours. They kept my truck for over a month and did not communicate at all with me, and when I did get my truck back it wasnt even fixed. I had to go back several times even had to take days off of work and they kept finding problems that they caused. I had to ride around with a truck that felt unsafe for MONTHS. The problem was never resolved thru this mechanic shop. I had to take it to another shop to get it fixed properly. I would not recommend this shop to anybody, I am still dealing with vehicle issues thanks to these pros. Worst mechanic shop I have ever had to deal with and the owner was rude to my wife.

Will update once issue is fixed car currently needs new engine came to this shop to get an oil change on Nov 1 2018 it’s is now Dec 3 2018 and my 2015 car needs a new engine. Got car towed to dealer came back with diagnosis of missing gasket causing oil leak which caused engine failure. Waiting to see if the own up to it.I am a single father who came to this local Laurel All Tune Lube. 127 2nd street Laurel,Md 20707 to get an oil change service On 11/01/2018 and today 12/03/2018 my car(2015 kia Optima) is in need of an new engine because of a simple mistake caused by one of their techs not replacing the drain gasket. This repair is now going to cost $6800.00 dollars. As the engine has seized up and will not start. As I stated I am a single father and this is my only mode of transportation to get to work and also my son to elementary school . I called and talked to manager William Stovall who offered no help. Called back after not hearing from them in over an hour finally spoke with owner. (Eric Ayub) who told me it was my fault the engine seized up as I didn’t check my oil at every fill up. I would not recommend this shop to any Laurel resident as they have put me in an unbelievable situation during the holiday season. After being in a life threatening situation as the engine seized up as I was driving down the highway. My car was towed to Kia dealer where they found the issue to be the missing gasket and informed me. Mr. Ayub offered to replace the engine at my cost, but why when this is clearly an All Tune Lube Laurel mistake.D. Lawson

They are remorseless practiced serial scammers. They lie about what needs to be done. Lie about whether they did it and lie about how much it actually cost, lie about whether they actually supplied the parts and then they lie about what happened. The owner Eric is a psychopath who does not know right from wrong. Go to a place that has a reputation to protect. This place relies on lying cheating and scamming.

If youre going to get a basic thing done (say oil change) then this place may be ok, but my recent experience with having them take a look at why my windshield wiper was not working (was a loose lug nut, which they charged me $75 to tighten---sigh), and to ask them to look at why my lighter was not working has not gone well.The guy who worked on it couldnt figure out why the lighter was not working, and I because I had already been there for 2 hours to get a nut tightened I didn;t have time to wait for him to figure out the lighter (apparently the mechanics take their time to come into work--even though they open at 8am, most of them strolled in at 8:30am). So he pulled my car up and the panel where the lighter is (plus my car-seat-heater buttons) was not put back properly. I mentioned to him that it didnt look right and it needed to be replaced properly (and was annoyed initially that he wouldve just let me leave with a broken panel if I hadnt noticed it). The guy then admitted that he broke the panel and the owner who was there apologized and said they would order another panel free of charge. I was told to come back the next morning, and when I did, was told that the panel had not come yet. I gave my number again and asked to be called when the panel would be ready. I never got a call from them, and had to call each week (now in week 5) to follow up with them (now Im more annoyed that I have to call a company when they promised to call me).Last Friday, I called to follow-up again and the receptionist said to come in Monday at 8 am for it to be replaced. I gave him my name and phone number for the 3rd time and asked them to call if anything changed before then. Monday morning, I show up and the receptionist says the part is not there. I told him I had very little patience left with their lack of communication. He apologized profusely, and promised hed call me that afternoon with an update. I asked him if he still had my number in the system, and he said yes. I asked him to repeat my number to me, and he couldnt because he didnt have the number (busted!).Maybe this is the kind of place that thinks because Im a woman they can BS me (btw, all the other one-star reviews on Yelp seem to be from women so maybe there is a point there), but Ive lost confidence in their communication and will now send my husband who has way less patience and tact than I do to deal with them. If you cant find a part that you broke, COMMUNICATE that to me.Finally I had to reach out to the owner who has been the only one actively calling to keep me updated. More than a month later, he calls today to state that they need my car ALL day to take to the dealership to find the right panel replacement. There was no reason given why they need my car all day and why they couldnt just take the 6in by 3 inch panel off and leave my car with me. He also stated that he was doing me a favor by not charging....which I had to correct him on: YOUR company broke it, nothing was wrong with the panel before so no you are NOT doing ME a favor by replacing a panel your mechanic manhandled. So much for excellence in customer service! Theyve certainly lost a regular customer in me and Ill be taking my business to elsewhere....AFTER they fix my panel of course.

Anyone who puts 5 stars does not know about cars they were deceived 100% but the reality is avoid problems of not killing this person as an abusive thief and mocker ... not everything is money, the truth will always come to La Luz .... this The thief told me that the gas pump in my car was not working and he wanted to sell me the one that he bought repaired for almost 500 dollars when you arrive in the autozone, they are worth 280 dollars plus almost 300 dollars of more labor, well hear 300 above a job value plus what makes you extra for the garbage pieces that he gets out there report this thief deceiving the English speakers because nothing more stupid and sensationalist than an American this thief must be constantly reported until you get them to saw him for the city
