The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the products in the store. They were able to assist me in finding a specific gift and didnt just make simple statements about the items. Their answers were precise and made my shopping experience easy!

Employee had a poor disposition. She needs customer service training, on how to have a nice, friendly & polite manner with customers. Maybe she should try waking up on the other side of the bed.

I visited the salon in JC Penneys to get my hair braided by Shay. Always does a great job and accommodates my crazy commute and work hours. I apologized for being fashionably late. Please excuse my tardiness. Shampood my hair with special dandruff product, shaved my sides, and special hair braided design. Photos to come. Would highly recommend.

Rude customer service at this location. Was not asked if I needed help with anything and then yelled at by a young woman working behind the counter just for checking a color sample. There were no swatches representing the shades of make up items. Very rude customer service.

Was really small and tight. Everything expensive. But I knew all that going in. The cashier was great.

I went here yesterday and then I had to return something today. Both days staff was trying to run everyone out of the store before it was closing time. To the point where they asked the other person in my party to go to a different cash register. She said no thank you I would rather wait with my party and they were upset about this. When I did my return, I asked customer service representative if I could put it on a store card because I was planning on shopping some more today and she said no. The other person in my party said you cant do that? They do it at other stores and then the store clerk said it was possible. I went to go out an exit and it was already locked and its still 10 minutes until the store closing. There was no one around to help me and no one had told me I had to go out a certain exit before the store even closed, so I just opened the door and went out it. A sales associate walked up and said that she was trying to close the store. I told her the store was not at closing time yet and that I did not feel it was appropriate or per fire code to bar exit during operating hours.All this was after I had walked all the way across the store several times because only like 2 registers were open. You could only make returns at one place in the entire store.I definitely was not pleased with the customer service. I have heard the store is closing, and if thats true, it makes since why.

This Sephora location is my favorite! They always have such sweet employees working. I came in and bought a too faced foundation and smash box primer. The lady helping me (I forget name) blonde hair and yellow nails at the time was super knowledgeable! She knew I had dry skin and told me the exact foundation that would work for me! I am in love with too faced foundation 😍 thank you!

This is actually my first bad review I’ve ever posted. I’m not the one to complain but I had a HORRIBLE experience at the Sephora. I’m pretty sure the woman who helped me was new so I always try to be understanding in those situations. I came in on the 16th to get some foundation. I found one I liked but they did not have that shade in the store so the lady said she could order it and it will be here no later than Friday. At the register was a nightmare. She had to call about my gift cards for not working and the customer service said they were already active so that added more unnecessary time. She kept having trouble and instead of management actually coming to help her through everything they just briefly came up and gave some advice to help her and then left to talk to other employees. Finally, we placed the order and I gave her my gift cards. I thought that was the end of it.Just today, I receive an email that my order was canceled for not having enough funds on my card ( a day before it was suppose to be delivered to my house). I called and found out the lady who helped me kept charging everything on the wrong gift card so that’s why this happened and they informed me it wouldn’t have arrived Friday anyways because the shipping showed the 28th so she completely misinformed me on that. Now after an hour on the phone the lady processed the RIGHT card but now I get to wait until March 9th to receive my order. Just disappointed about this whole experience.

They didnt try to upsell me and actually helped me find a cheaper alternative to an expensive product I liked but couldnt justify repurchasing. Twice. It was also clean, well organized and well stocked. One of my favorite Sephoras that Ive been to, especially considering it is rarely crowded in there.

Awesome waitress and good food

This was one of my worst experiences in a Sephora store. Not originally being from the area, I needed some last minute fixes for a wedding I would be attending in Live Oak the following weekend. Seeing that Lake City was the closest town with a makeup store that sold high quality makeup I decided to give it a try. BIG mistake. They couldnt match my foundation or concealer correctly. My skin looked so ashy to the point I looked like a walking corpse. I just eventually got aggrevated and found what I needed myself(it took me a while but I did). The only critique I would give is for employees to have some knowledge of makeup for darker skintones.

I like this store, there are all the makeup and skin care products I need, I have been a customer for many years from Europe.
