Need to open earlier! How can grave shift/night staff come in? I understand its a labor issue and you dont want to open at times when the store isnt going to get more business than you pay out. However I guarantee if you open just 1 or 2 days a week early you would get lots of business from this crowd, especially if you advertise you are open early these days a week. I always end up having to wait and order online or take my business elsewhere to amazon and such because the store opening at 10 on at the earliest is just ridiculous. Even if you open at 8 those of us that get off at 6 or so could hit you as our last stop home.

Sales Professional, knew exactly what I needed to get the color I decided on. This was my second time in the Lake City, Florida store, each time, all the salespersons where very knowledgeable. They knew the products and really cared to make sure you have everything you need. To me this is a rare find, in this day and time. Thank you Sally Beauty
