Friendly staff good selection of make up lacking in wig selection & price. Havent looked at other hair like bundles due to time. Will return liked eye palettes, good on hued skin.

Only stop here for rayon hair nets, limited supply/colors, elastic on one in particular was old/inferior.Otherwise, merchandise looked good, neatly displayed, courteous staff.

No one asked us if they could help us,they just watched us.

I loved this store. They have everything you need for looking your best. The staff I met was very helpful and nice. My only problem was I didnt have time to do more shopping. This now is my go to store for my beauty needs.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I have a mother with cancer and I love the selection of wigs they have for the price. Shoes are always really cute and affordable here as well.

Although I havent bought hair yet. Service for other items was good and in stock.

Hi miss kennedy.thanks for the comments.I was trying to help you a lot.call to officer and check video ......That was all your fault.she gave to you perfectly $85.00 back.do you know how do I know? 09/06/16 morning I found $40.00 behind kids shoes front of the cash register.then I go to seen video again you were drop down in there. when I was first time check video I already knew she gave to you $85.but you never give up so I gave to you $20 already.that means you lost(?) $20 I lost$20.i were trying to do my best for you.we know your good customer and we are always trying to do best for customer.I think you or me also have to do one more time thinking and double check before complain to someoneanyway I still has your $20.when you chance stop by store I give $20 back.thank you

I had a really bad experience at this store. I was a loyal customer for years until 09/04/16 when I was short-changed by one of the women running the register. There are usually two ladies that works there. The young lady is always very nice and helpful but her mother or older woman seem to have a really poor attitude each time she works the register. On 9/4 I purchased some items which totaled $14.95 I had only 3 $100 dollar bills and a $10 bill.so I had to give her the $100 bill. when she counted the change she counted it to her hand and just placed it mine. I know I should have re-counted it before going towards the door but I didnt which turned out to be a horrible mistake on my part, however when I realized it was mistake I came back and stated This is not right I gave you 100 and she gave me 45 you owe me 40. She told me .No I gave you 85.. It wasnt right So I waited for the owner to come to the store to count the register.. If the register was even it would prove that she was right and I was wrong. The owner came and instead of him counting down the register he went to the back of the store with this lady and came back 25 min. later and stated I looked at the tape and she gave you the right change. As I looked at him strangely because I didnt think he took the right approach to the solution.. he then tried to threaten to call the police. I told him that I thought it would be a good idea to call the police to see if the situation could get resolved. So I waited for the office to arrive. Once the officer arrived we all went to view the tape together. Both me and the officer could not tell what happened by viewing the time- the tape was very misleading and not very clear. the owner played it over and over and neither of us could really prove or disprove of what going on with the tape so finally the officer stated lets go count the register to see it its over or even. The owner read the total receipt tape which was 1050.19 and after he counted the drawer it came up as 1091.19. The owner became really frazzled and reached under the counter and pulled out a small shoe box and stated they sometimes had to make change and explained thats probably why it was over, The officer and I both looked at him strangely as it made no sense. The officer then stated Its up to me If I wanted to proceed any further or I could compromise with the owner and take $20 which was half of my money. I agreed simply because I didnt want to pursue a civil case over $40. I think the officer handled it fairly. I am very disappointed with the owner and will never go back to the store ever again. I must have spent thousands of dollars at this store and loved there vast variety of beauty supplies and hate I cant ever return in order not to compromise my principals.

This is my preferred hair store when I go to lake city.They have friendly staff and fast check out.

The selection of products is pretty decent. However, staff couldnt appropriately answer my questions due to the fact that they were wstching and following a man around the store.
