First time trying the Cold Brew Mocha Freeze and loved it! Berry smoothie not so much.. its very watered down. Overall love coming here to shop! Nice staff and fast checkout.

Here I sit waiting for my mattress, four days after the scheduled delivery date. On the date originally set for delivery, the delivery company called to say that an employee failed to show up, and as a result the delivery company could not deliver when promised. Now, four days later, still no mattress. The mattress is merely twin size, so how difficult a delivery could that be? Costco will accept no responsibility for the failure to deliver, as, after all, Costco is not the delivery company. (“Hey, we are sorry, but this is not our fault.”) Although Costco has little choice but to remain in the e-commerce business, the company should consider returning to its original, historical focus of selling reasonably good quality items to customers in-store. As for the e-commerce arena, Costco should restrict those sales to those (1) for which the customer picks up the item at a Costco store or (2) is of an item the size of which the reputable delivery companies (such as FedEx or UPS) can readily handle. (FedEx and UPS obviously have their faults, but they are vastly better than the small, ma and pa local delivery companies on which Costco too often relies.) Costco should also consider acting pursuant to a policy of “under promising and over delivering,” as opposed to its current practice of over promising and under delivering. After all, which of the two customers will feel more satisfied - - a customer who is promised a delivery in 7 days, but gets it in 10 days, or a customer who is promised a delivery in 14 days, but gets it in 10? Maybe in time Costco will recall the importance of setting realistic expectation.

We used the Kennewick Costco recently to place an order for cheesecake to serve at our wedding. The staff were helpful in placing a custom order to ensure they had enough on hand for us, due to the busy holiday weekend. The staff were professional and quick to retrieve our order when we arrived and had even set aside 2 extra in case we decided we needed a few more for the event. We appreciated the customer service we received. Thank you!

Always a good experience at the Kennewick Costco. One of the technology salesman personally helped me pick out a tablet best for me. And when checking out my arms were full and another gentleman personally helped me carry them and check it out right away. Costco is usually pretty busy! I appreciate that they usually have every cashier open, it makes the wait in line go much faster. The store is generally pretty clean.I dont understand why they insist having the floor scrubber out on the sales floor during operating hours, I think this would be better done at a different time.

They sell good quality items and thats always good. The employees may not know much about what they are selling and not tell you important information you need to know to make a warranty valid. We really need to do our homework or be disappointed with the outcome.

Always spend wayyyy too much money here but I always love the variety of products their offerings and the quality I always tip notch!

It was nice--the lines were a little short, so it wasnt crammed full of people.

From 9am to 10 am is 60 years or more and disabled get in, regular hrs. start at 10. It sure was nice not having to fight the crowds.

We usually stop here for gas & afterward pick up other grocery items we may need, usually of high quality & slightly higher prices. But, you usually cant beat the prices for gas, rotisserie chicken, hot dogs or pizza.

Costco is always a great store. But its also always exceptionally crowded and parking is crazy. And I learned that Monday shopping is worse than Saturday shopping at this particular store. Skip Mondays if you can

Costco is open only to senior citizens and first responders from 9 to 10 am, Monday through Friday. Thats when I like to shop. It is busy, but not crowded. I can comfortably navigate the aisles, get what I need and be on my way. I appreciate that they politely, but firmly enforce their policy.

Most of the time we are very satisfied with Costco. I purchased Kale Salad. It is in the refrigerated produce section. Love this salad! But this time not so much. I just spent an hour sorting through the salad to get a nice salad. Sorted out the brown and icky parts! Over half the salad will be going into the compost bin! A BIG SHAME ON YOU! To Costco! I live too far away to hop on over to exchange for fresher bag. Next time I will buy my own ingredients to make my own.

We went to the Kennewick, WA store on Friday, August 6. Friday has been the day for senior hours since we moved to Washington a year ago, but today when we arrived, the doors were not open and there were two lines. There were no signs posted nor employees there to explain what was going on but employees arrived, seeing the two lines, entered the store and got ready to work. We could see them through the large garage-like doors! Did it occur to any one of them to tell management that there were two lines out there and there is confusion as to what happened to the Friday senior hours? Nope. At 9:50 an extremely rude and discourteous employee came out and informed us (the seniors) that just like every other day of the year there is only one line. You will need to move to the other line. The other line extended out past the tire center and into the southernmost parking lot. We had been lined up along the northernmost side. So all the seniors had to walk over to the END of that line. Im not opposed to taking my turn, but when I asked the rude employee when the hours changed, she responded that it was on the website, there are signs posted, and you could have called. the store. Does ANYBODY call Costco to ask if the hours have changed? Who checks the website for changing hours? And would they know to look in the COVID update section to find that information? But the rude employee was correct in one respect; there was a sign (1) posted INSIDE the door where no one would have seen it. To add insult to injury, the now extremely long line blocked the tire center, and another rude employee actually honked the horn of the car he was trying to back out of the waiting area. Someone else yelled that the line could not block the service area. Does the left hand know what the right hand is doing??The manager at this Costco should have been out there KINDLY telling those who obviously not checked the website, called the store on the off chance the hours had changed or read the one well-hidden sign instead of sending the condescending rude employee that came out. We are VERY disappointed in Costcos treatment of their senior shoppers.

My car died after I finished filling up my gas tank. The men outside cleaned the erosion from my battery, gave me helpful suggestions, and I am so glad it happened there and got the help I needed. If I could give them more stars I would. I am so grateful for the help!

4.5 stars is what I wanted to rate it... Costco is my absolute favorite store in all of Eastern Washington. High quality foods and products backed by Costcos satisfaction guaranteed. We use their Citi Visa card and accrue over $500 annually in cash rebate for my normal every day purchases. Charge and pay technique means that the rebate money goes back in my pocket. The store, its dining tables, and restrooms are always clean. The check out lines move quickly and the staff is super awesome. But, parking is a major hassle. Especially around the holidays! Opening hour and closing hour are typically the slowest if you prefer to avoid the crowds. PS- They have the best store bought pumpkin pie. 2 thumbs up!

I hate that they dont have the German sausage anymore so I dont eat it there little cheap restaurant like I used to but its still a good store love their chicken.. and Ill be shopping more there lately because I just dumped Walmart theyve gotten to be a really crummy store..

I hated the fact that they were cleaning the floors during hours. The machine was large and they would sit behind you waiting for you to move so they could clean the floor where your were. It made my shopping experience uncomfortable. I couldnt browse because I felt like I was being pushed around.

Love this Costco it is huge! Lots of food and clothing and toys (at Christmas), along with all the goodies that make my life more up-to-date with modern in todays technology all in 1 place is great.. I can get lots of great stuff to fix up my ride, or even buy a new ride if I needed. Great staff! Clean store!

Great trip to Costco! We chose a good time to go; Not too many people and everyone was wearing masks. They had most everything we went for ( and came home with a few things we didnt go for)Didnt have to wait long in line and our Check out clerk (Israel V) was fabulous. So kind and helpful!!

Friendly and helpful staff but most importantly Costco stands behind everything they sell. I enjoy shopping at Costco because youll find unique things that you dont see everywhere else. Of course if you really like you should probably buy it because they may not have it next time you visit. Parking can be a challenge sometimes so come an hour or two before close as it is usually better then.

I love my Costco. I use their pharmacy Also with the self check out it goes pretty fast nowadays. I also get my glasses there and it’s a really good experience. The people are really friendly at this location.

Costco online is really bad. I bought some appliances and they missed the schedule delivery date twice and the worse part, they didnt even call to let me know in advance. I went online, called costumer service and even went to the warehouse and nobody can help me. They just keep pushing to other sectors of the company as they were separate entities. I asked to talk to the manager and (s)he didnt even pick the phone. Costco online is not recommend at all!

Went to customer service and I was in line and they have total disregard for the customers in line. They just let other customers cut in line and after we let them know we were waiting in line the Costco employees still let the customer cut in front of several customers.

Meal was slow getting to us. Food cold. Our server was wonderful, however. Everything else, not so much.

From Kansas city this was second time here. First bad time here thought was bad timing on my part because they were so packed.Second time here was mid-morning on a Wednesday and there was a line outside nearly the length of the building. Inside was sooooo many people it was ridiculous. Have a feeling its always like this here. Should add another location. I havent seen a Costco in KC like this since right at shutdown last year when everyone panicked.

This warehouse has given me only their worst member service any time I come in. From pharmacy to tire center and everything in between its like pulling teeth to get that +$100 member service I pay annually for. Its just this warehouse I take issue with, not thw whole company of Costco. Unfortunately its the only warehouse for hours. Tri cities needs a second warehouse or different management for the members sake.

Courteous, helpful and pleasant as usual. Store is well stocked with quality merchandise that is attractively displayed and priced and most of all the Costco staff obviously takes pride in their store.....it is immaculate!

Worst Customer Service Ever! I went in to return a item and their employees where nothing but rude acting like they owned the store when they are just employees. They also charged me on my debit card after they had made me pay cash for my whole sale since my card didn’t pay all. Supposedly refunded me the money and never did. Leaving this store 👎.

Of the Costcos available to us in rural Eastern Washington, the one in Kennewick has the best variety of goods and usually good prices. It is, however, always very busy. They have a good supplement section for common products. Though 100 miles away, the savings make the trip worth it.

Have always liked going here. We can get all the essentials in bulk and save ourselves a second trip because they last twice as long

I like having a place to go to that allows me to stock up on my favorite things. Plus I get a good long walk everytime I go!!😀

Someone really needs to teach your staff that meat products shouldn’t be mixed with fresh produce…. This is the third time an inept employee has gotten leaky chicken in produce when boxing my items. Even more frustrating is self checkout is a non option for large purchases because your scales are set to such a threshold that you can’t even set a box on them to stack your own items… learn from Walmart, weighing items is frustrating for the end user and doesn’t prevent theft….

I love that no matter where you go, costco is always quality. Same friendly staff, same great food, same familiar layout.

I Tried the new self check out today. They still scan everything for you. If I needed help I can ask for help. I mite as well have given her my card and let her pay as well at this point.

Weekends are very busy! They have a good variety of good quality items. Just keep in mind the average grocery item is around 10 bucks so go in with a plan.

Had an excellent experience at this costco the last time I went in. The workers here are very helpful. Larrie took the time to help me find what I was looking for and it wasnt an easy task but he found the product I was looking for and I am very thankful for his help.

I threw up from low blood sugar and the employees were extremely helpful! They gave me a sick bag, a new mask, some water, and offered a wheelchair to help me! 10/10 place!

I feel like the service at Costco has gone down hill. They made me go to a line that had no boxes. I had a full cart. Then he tells me, if I want boxes I can get them over there and points to a big bin full of boxes. Are you kidding me. What? Did they want me to put my items on the floor, then put boxes in my cart and start filling them. What happened to Costco. This is not my only bad experience lately. Checkers and boxers are not friendly anymore. Most of them are grumpy and rude. With some exception. There is a young lady there by the name of Alex. She should get a raise. Very helpful and friendly.

The main items we went for were readily available so we were in and out quickly. Lines were short and moved rapidly. No napkins or other basic paper products in stock. If people only bought a single pack of 25 to 50 rolls or packs, there would be plenty to go around. Why does anyone need enough to fill their garage?

Frequently over populated. This Costco, like most often times is frustratingly packed with people. Given its the only Costco in a 100 or so mile radius, it attracts people from near and far.Prices seems to be about the same as most super markets (per oz, lb, box, item, etc...), and the variety is usually found to be lacking. However, to offset the variety issue, the products they do sell are of a higher quality.

Its a Costco. The parking lot is terrible, like every other Costco. The Costco itself is fine.

I love it everywhere I go and find the service and treatment of associates so much better than the competition. We often end up getting more money back from our membership than it costs us. Only place Ill buy eyewear, cookware, and recently clothing. Its the best one stop shop for families and the best big box store in the business!
