You have a working ranch with livestock, this is your one stop shopping destination. It stocks what you need when you need and items for the home as well. Almost everything in the store is top quality items made by the premiere makers in the industry. Prices reflect the upscale quality of the product, but you could buy two cheap ones for the same money and the Ranch and Home item will still be around when both the others are gone. BUT, the smart money is spent here because if you live forty miles out, youll get the correct item the first time and save a trip back since time is money . The knowledgeable staff is always handy and friendly and its a fine store .

An absolute beast of a store. They have so many things for you to look at youll be there for days. What ever you need they have it, sports, out doors, home decor, tools clothes and more. This place is awesome!!! They have great prices on everything, careful though some stuff does NOT Have price tags. Its almost like a warehouse where some stuff is marked and other stuff you may have to ask someone to find a price.

Friendly but frazzled sales associates. Point of sale system crashed causing manual reversion which slowed down checkout.

I dont even want to give one star but unfortunately that wasnt an option....My family and I went into this store today to look for some school jeans for my son. It was the worst retail store I have ever set foot into, I dont know that any words would describe the appalling/dangerous conditions. There were boxes of things stacked upon each other everywhere and not just your typical restocking. There was garbage all over the floors, boxes of old hangers stacked up lining the walls or in a maze through the clothing department. Clothes thrown everywhere. The desks at the front of the store were covered in piles of papers/garbage and behind them were stacks and stacks of files and papers. The dressing rooms werent even accessible as they were blocked by garbage and broken down boxes full of hats and clothing etc. Female employees sitting on their phone at the clothing counter who didnt even look up to answer when I asked where to even find the boys clothing. The gal pointed her finger to the side and never said a word. My kids and I needed to go to the restroom on the way out and they were disgusting as well. I will never return!!!

Home & ranch is an awesome store where you can find anything for your ranch from work equipment and tools to horse saddles. Feed and lots of cool home items to apice up a room or yard

There was freight left in the aisles (multiple, not just one) that were tripping hazards left unattended. We were looking at the palletizing herbicides and couldnt figure out the pricing, neither could the guy next to me. I stopped an employee and asked how to figure out the pricing and they said oh theres going to be a sticker on there somewhere that has the name and price. Then continued to walk away, I then asked where the rest of lawn and garden was and he said what little we have is over there and pointed to an aisle, the customer next to me followed us over to the minimal selection and we stopped another employee asking if there was surfactant and he said what we have is all right here pointed at the shelves and walked away. I ended up answering the other customers questions about what to use on dandelions and how to use a stump killer. It was a Sunday and we needed a larger container than what walmart had to offer. If something else had been open I would have gladly gone there instead.

They have almost everything that you could want that has to do with hardware, clothing, adult shoes,hunting, lots and lots of different stuff. The one disappointment was that they used to have a really good selection of children shoes. I think that nobody knew about it. Was disappointing, especially since I went to buy childrens shoes.

They had some lovely art and the shirts my dad likes was in stock, its a place you want some time to find all the hidden gems.

If you cant find your ranch and home needs here, there is something wrong.Great pet food prices.

I went in just a few minutes before closing to see if they had some spray paint that I couldnt get across the road. They had a huge assortment of so many kinds of paint. It was lovely. Their store is big but all the stuff crammed in there could fit in a place twice the size. Lots of friendly staff to help answer questions and point you to what you need. Loved all that! Got to the checkout and paid 2 times what I paid for the other can of paint across the road.. that was a little shocking, but I get it, different distribution channels. I could get lost in the store for days and still have more to explore.

Great local store with everything from clothing to tools and truck accessories

We havent been here for a while, but we were fairly disappointed in the appearance of the store. Everything in the store was messy, items looked like they were just tossed on shelves or were completely out of place. The store in general was just a mess and it really seemed like the employees just didnt care. Its to bad this once nice store has gone down hill so far

True ranch store, a little messy at times but if you need it, they have it. Auto, truck, tractor, farm, clothing, and a lot more, if you have not been give it a go, comparable to north 40, Murdocks, Big R, Farm Feed and the like. I needed a fuel pump for my auxiliary fuel tank and the had several brands to choose from and a bottle jack, actually had the bottle jack I had been looking for...

Went in to buy a few things. Two guys entered store before us. One didn’t have a mask on. My guy mentioned it to a cashier and she said they don’t enforce it. Must be nice to ignore rules when it’s all about making a buck. Bought what we needed anyway and upon arriving at checkstand the same girl had her mask on below her nose.

This is the target of the farm world. Love everything about it. This particular location though doesnt deal in livestock fencing so be aware of that.

This place has a little of everything. I live an hour away. I stop here anytime I go to Kennewick. I mostly go for outdoor and sporting goods. Large selection of hunting and fishing gear.

I will never buy a gun here again. The service is terrible and they don’t know what they are doing. I told them when I would be through to pick up my hand gun and they said that was fine. They forgot that there is a 30 day max on pickup date. I talked to them multiple times along the way and when I came back in to do the paperwork, they had sold the gun and still made me pay a $30 restocking fee even though they sold the gun already out from under me.

Huge store... lots of stuff to look at. We were looking for some sunscreen. Asked a couple people working there and no one had any clue if they did or where it would be. Definitely not a customer service oriented place.

An everything under the sun for small farm store. Lots of mans man type stuff. Firearms to fishing....work boots to weed eaters. In season chickens and ducks... very helpful and friendly staff.

Really bad service on the gun counter, I waited for about 25 minutes for someone to help me out, but nobody asked me if I needed help, then I asked for help to one of the workers there he just tells me if can wait a few minutes then he just walk away. I guess I didnt look white enough to be able to buy a gun there.

We are from Arizona and will definitely be making a yearly visit to this store! Ive never seen such a large array of clothes, boots, tack, etc all in one place! We got clothes for the whole family, boots, belts, buckles and even real spurs and straps for our 1 year old! Wish we had more time to shop because they had everything needed to build or repair saddles and tack.

Such a great selection! Today was propane tank fill and a new cowboy hat.

Ranch and home has an incredible selection for anybody with a hobby involving the outdoors, making money, providing for your family and recreational activities, as well as DIY! Unfortunately I think the staff is either overworked or underpaid or just have general disdain for middle-aged adult men such as myself because Ive never been treated kindly. That being said the store itself quality selection is five star but the experience is closer to one star.

Ranch & Home has been a part of the Tri-Cities community since the late 70’s. My parents took me to the Pasco store as a child and I had the privilege of working for the Dress family for several years about 8 years ago. They seek to contribute to the community wherever possible.

Great hats for my boys. They are so happy to be able to dress just like dad.

Unequivocally, every time I shop at R & H my expectations are met or exceeded. A fantastic business fulfilling a necessary and daunting segment of merchandise for our community and many others. Well done.

I visited Ranch & home on 11/06/20. Its a good place to find what you need, but it seemed to lack that warm & inviting customer service touch. While in line you dont receive an eye contact or a smile. Once at the register the cashier is proper but again lacks the customer service welcoming smile. They do have the 6 feet apart markers in place due to the pandemic so I appreciate it that :) overall not a bad place just wish it would display more customer appreciation!

I love the service at this place. Everyone is super nice and helpful. There is a good selection of apparel for bigger men and some boots in the 13 + size range which is nice although not always in stock. There is a good selection of parts and tools and all kinds of stuff. I understand they might not be the cheapest, but like many others, I prefer to shop local. My problem is this. I find a product on the shelf and it is really though to know if it has the right price tag or where it came from or even have a price all together. If I want it enough I take it to the count anyway and take it for whatever but lately there have been some are you kidding me moments. I cant be buying things for $35 when i can find it for $21. You know Id probably given in to $28 or $29 and it would certainly help to know the price before I get to the register. At least if I know then I wont waste my time and shop there for other stuff. I find myself not wanting to come in as much anymore. Kinda handcuffed on the local stuff. At least I can get my work clothes from Basin Department Store.

Fantastic. Ill make this my place from now on. I havent been here before but I love the place already. HOWEVER, THEY MOST DEFINITELY CAN USE MORE FRIENDLY PEOPLE ON THE FLOOR. I was not impress with the people on the floor at all. I was there for about 1 hour just looking around being my first time and all but did not get a single acknowledgment from the staff and I passed plenty of them.
