My cashier was AWESOME!! Deb answered all my questions. Was super friendly. With cashiers like that I would absolutely come back in the store. She went the extra mile explaining things.

Nice cashier lady but they didn’t have baby welcome kit and when she called over the manager to ask him if they had any he was rude about it.

I normally do curbside pick up and they are always quick and organized when delivering my items. The app is super easy to navigate and makes it contactless since you just have to show your phone to the employee through the window. I love doing curbside pick up with them!

I like Target and shop there a lot. I have had issues with Target Circle which used to be something else before that and something else before that. I log in before I go and still it makes me log in again to get the scan bar. I appreciate the security but its really annoying when Im trying to check out and I cant remember my password because Ive changed it multiple times and dont want it to be simple. The checkout clerks are super helpful especially compared to other stores. In this time of Pandemic, I like that they offer masks and hand sanitizer as well.

I love Target! Their registry system is easy peasy! I also love their stationary section... especially Papyrus brand. They have very nice cards here since our Hallmark store closed a few years ago. And great Christmas decorations to purchase. ❤🎯❤🎯❤

I went to go shopping and saw something of interest, I asked an employee if I could have it and they said yes. But as I was about to go pay another employee (without doing anything polite) snatched it from my hands and said sir, sir, sir, you cant have this! And walked off. I wanted to say something but target employees are so sensitive Id probably get banned or something

Ive been using Target pick up so much lately. Im a cancer survivor, and a mom to three young kids and bring able to still get what I need in a safe way has been a sanity saver for me. Knowing that I dont have to send my husband on yet another errand, or risk myself or my kids health right now is beyond what I can express. Ive been able to get whatever Im looking for and to get it safely and quickly is amazing.

I dont normally shop in Target but the amount of kidness I recieved today was amazing. I had to shop with my children and the associates were kind enough to help me push my cart and load my car. That means a lot to a mom.

I don’t like this Target I prefer the one and will be sticking to the one in Richland, some of the staff at the Kennewick location can be a little conceited and sorta judgmental.

Pretty bold of this Target to say mandatory masks for “health” when their bathroom always looks like a third world country.The guy at the front has no balls and had the manager come hunt me down for not wearing a mask instead of alerting me of the new mandate himself.

Im not going to wait in a parking lot for four hours for a box of diapers this drive up feature isnt even competitive with pizza delivery. No mom is going to wait in a car with a baby that long. Infants arent even suppose to be in a car seat longer than two hours! And do you know how hard it is to travel with a baby? Your system does not work as is.

POOR SELECT of clothing for larger women. Needed Maternity pants but the largest you had in the store was a size 14. Very DISCRIMINATORY to larger women that we cannot shop in your store

I always love shopping at Target! This Target offers a great selection and even has Oh Joy! Products. Which I love. For being a smaller towns Target they had more product than the last one I visited in Seattle.

I love Target, but I really appreciate their approach to COVID.

From the overall aesthetics of the store to the friendliness of the their employees you can make shopping enjoyable again. Isaac at self check out made the final part of getting in and out a quick and speedy process. Kudos to Target for always being one step ahead of the game with their employee picks!

Lots of variety and easy pick up of products.

There were many people shopping here without masks. When I asked if they were going to say anything they said they can’t. I felt very unsafe with how fast covid numbers are rising here.

I like target in general, however I prefer the Queensgate store. This one is fine if Im on that side of town.

Went in for some new mascara on Monday Dec. 11th, around 1-2pm. I couldn’t decide what mascara would be best for my lashes as I recently had extensions so my lashes are little stubs. The lady working in the makeup department asked if I needed help and gave me the recommendation of the L’Oréal voluminous mascara. I can’t say how happy I am with this product. It is exactly what I was looking for. I wish I could remember her name because she was so helpful and deserves to be credited.

They were coming to my vehicle before I was even in park! so fast efficient and courteous!

At check out, Rhonda shared that great savings could be found on the Target app. Not knowing how to find this, Rhonda asked another associate, Jonathan to help me. Still having difficulty, Jonathan used his own phone to get the savings coupons. Rhonda followed up to make sure I got all savings available. They helped me save $30.00.Thank you Rhonda and Jonathan. You went above and beyond what was required or expected.

The most important reason would have to be Isaac Martinez. I have been to a lot store around Tri-Cities and you never see as fast and as kind of service as you do with Isaac. He took his time to ensure we were taken care of, even though our pants did not have a barcode, he handled it well and knew exactly how to resolve the issue. As long as Isaac is at this Target, you have my business. Finally Great Service.

My Cashier, Rhonda, was extremely helpfull and asked me if I needed assistance with 2 large bags of cat food.The Kennewick Target has some of the best employees in Retail. They are always courteous, helpfull, and knowledgeable. The store, parking lot, and restaurants are always clean.A pleasure to shop at the Kennewick Target.

It is a clean, well arranged store. They have some unique well priced items. They have had some great clearance finds and sales lately. Love the dollar section!

I love the pharmacy employees, they know me by first name just like back in the old days! They text me when my rx s are ready. They are a great place to work with, Ive been going there for 8 years or more.

Got them mostly on clearance.This Target opens at 8 and closed at 10 on Monday to Saturday and open until 9pm on Sundays. I think all Targets in the state of Washington has the same hours of operation. (nope, the store in Redmond opens until 11pm)Rumors has it that Target has the best anti-shoplifting security around. So when I enter a Target store, all their ceiling cameras would be on me, because I fit their profile. Maybe thats the reason I go to Target; to get some attention?

I didnt shop at Target for over a year because of the boycott, and now that Ive started going back occasionally, I realize I wasnt really missing out on much. Im giving it three stars because its location is convenient to my house, the employees are helpful and friendly, and the store is clean.

Got lines that are long. 14 cashier stations and there is only 3 cashiers that are open. With it being 101 outside. The a.c. is not working well. It is hot standing in a long line. Not ok.

Called up target looking for roasted peeled chestnuts, target team member looked it up said there were 8 jars on the shelf told me g-36. I explained i was traveling from a town 10 miles away and to make sure they had them. Yes he said. I get to the store and there were no chestnuts out of stock the other team member told me. I said this is why people quit coming to your store. The team member said we try. well i will not step foot in another target store as long as i am alive, thank you very much team members!

Ordered a 65 4k Android TV on the Target App and picked it up the next day without ever leaving my vehicle.

The staff went above & beyond for me. Especially Nate. He’s always so pleasant, never makes me feel like a bother, & always goes above & beyond with his customer service skills. Also, I’ve found that their clearance prices are cheaper than other targets in the area.

I love Targets: nice merchandise at reasonable cost. In fact, I didnt know how much I appreciated it until I didnt have one in town anymore. Now every time Im in Tri-Cities I have to go!

I would have attached a picture if I could but you can see my YouTube video that Im in the process of uploading here in a few minutes about my particular issue with Target customer service is 50-50 on whether its good or bad I shop at Target because its supposed to be better than the alternative Walmart maybe not a lot better but better I bought potatoes not too long ago thinking they were fresh and I was making french fries they look for us even when I try to make french fries so fresh that it was hard to cut with my knife and I got hurt now Flash Forward to today and Im trying to make mashed potatoes and so I can cut them and theyre burning they are in a pan with water and butter and they are burning I dont know if theyre genetically modified or not but I would not put them in my mouth I would not feed that to my family Target please do not carry genetically modified foods Target consider investing in organic food because I will not ever buy potatoes from you guys again

Do you feel like being shanked? Then this is the place for you. Just go to the other target. Its so much nicer and cleaner. This place is in the news a lot for random stuff. Stealing... A weird guy taking pictures of people changing in the dressing room. Yeah....

I love Target. I love cartwheel deals, redcard savings and online pickup. Plus my target has a full grocery section so I can one stop shop!

Smells like buttered popcorn and urine. Great customer service but come on Target. Use some of that money to replace the carpets that smell like a cat pissed all over them and you tried to clean it with jiffy pop.

Rarely find anything worth the price. They have a hard time keeping their products well stocked. I like to go for the bargain bins in the front, and occasionally for an outfit for my daughter. But store isnt well kept, so its hard to know what the price is of stuff. We constantly walk around looking for the price scan things. Everything is like 40% more at Target than Wal-Mart, for the same product. Why pay more?

You guys are always willing to help. Most importantly friendly. Can’t say the same about Richland target totally disappointed in there customer service especially Matt at guest services.

This Target stays pretty well inventoried. Awesome around Black Friday and theres usually not really any crowding inside of the store (During normal hours, not holiday hours).

We were waiting for the dude to show up to help us with consumer cellular, we didnt get that achieved because he never showed up...but Hannah helped us as much as she could and she was pretty great

Tried to buy Black Series C-3PO at Target in Kennewick and when I tried to check out manager grabbed the figure from me said I couldnt but till tomorrow and said im not even allowed to hold or look at them and told me to leave. Over heard her talk to another co-worker I was trying to scam them. I did nothing to be treated like this. She laughed when I asked if it could be overridden.

It has everything I need in one place. Also the store is always so colorful. There is always something new every time I go into the store.

Seems like their stock was very depleted. The staff was very nice. As I left I used the bathroom and it smelled so bad of pee. Never experienced that before.

Easy parking with lots of handicap parking and handicap accessible doors! Super clean inside store and bathrooms and rarely very busy and always have plenty of registers open!

Store is clean and so many things to choose from. Everyone in my family loves going shopping at Target.
