Nice merchandise at good prices. Was able to find some nice dresses for work attire. Go check the store out. Sold some items to them from my wardrobe but they are a little picky on what they purchase from you. All in all pleased with store. Will shop again.

Love this store! The staff are so polite and friendly! I went in today and the young lady with brown hair was so kind and helpful. You could tell she enjoys her job. My only complaint is they close early on Sundays. I could of spent hours looking today! Next time though!

I’ve been coming here for a while and I have had nothing but great experiences. I was super surprised today when I received an very nice card. Thanking me for bringing in so many good items and that if I have any thing else they would love for me to return. I truly thought this is the reason why I choose to come here. I actually was there today selling more items.

This place is really I found these lovely bracelets and a ring holder but use it for my bracelets. They have nice 2nd hand items. The customer service was good when I was there.

I went there with a duffel bag of clothes the first time, I walked out with $38. I was happy. The lady mentioned they like to buy handbags and I noticed they sell a lot of dresses so the 2nd time I went I took a bag full of purses, a duffel bag of mostly dresses and a huge bag of shoes (probably 20 pair) I was offered $11 and some change for like 4 items. So I lugged a bunch of stuff in just to take it back out. That was kind of frustrating. But it was a different person buying the 2nd time and she was about 22 and wearing a miniskirt with a crop top and converse or some similar shoe....so we definantely arent the same flavor. I guess I might try selling again when the other woman is working. They color coordinate so I loved that about shopping.

Went into the store today and was greeted by the new store manager Savanna she was so friendly and actually took the time to explain all the deals going on and was able to direct me where I wanted to look for some new jeans, And they bought over half my clothes !! I used to go in and they would pass on everything, made me doubt if they even looked, but not today the manager even when cashing me out explained what they were exactly looking for style wise so I could next time bring more in! Whoever hired this new store manager new what they were doing ! Definitely an upgrade and will be back!

They lowball you and make you feel like your clothes arent good enough when youre selling to them. Ive always have taken extra good care of my clothes. They look gently used or brand new and always clean and smell good.

Went in today with a ton of summer clothes and dresses, along with some other season clothing. All of the clothes in excellent condition or brand new with tags. Also all clothes were name brands from their website listed as what they are buying currently, including J Crew, New York and Company, and clothes purchased from Saks Fifth Avenue. However, was told all of the clothing was too teen looking and they passed on everything. Thought it was a little ironic considering all of the clothes were purchased recently, post-college. Was then told I should take clothes to the Platos Closet on East Washington, and I may have better success there, which I found to be a little offensive. Not sure if its the fact they have a bunch of high school kids working there or what, but definitely wont be going back. Complete waste of time.

Great store. Always clean and organized by size. Store carries sizes s-4x. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help without being annoying. Clothes are all upscale and usually around $10-15. Great selection of handbags and jewelry too. I drive 25 min just to visit. 😀

Has gone downhill drastically the last few months, starting way before the virus closed things.They dont care about legitimately going through your items for sale and it feels like they have no idea what they are doing anymore.

Dropped off wife’s clothes. Similar to other comments, they passed on everything. Some stuff was unworn & definitely not outdated. They should just say “we have too much inventory.” Waste of time.

Took a big tote of clothes in and it didnt bother me that they chose not to buy anything ... what bothered me was that I was told they would text me once they were finished going through everything. Well after going next door to another store for about 30 minutes, I still hadnt received a text so I went out to my car and continued to waste a couple more hours.. waiting waiting waiting.. (40 weeks pregnant too!) I finally walked back in. Was welcomed with a welcome back but then nothing.. so I asked one of the employees and she said, oh yours should be ready! And it was... so I wasted my afternoon waiting for a text that I never received!!! (and my name wasnt on the ready board either) I live on the other side of town so I didnt want to get home, just to turn back around, which is why I waited around. Customer service is a huge deal to me, and this was not good service. Brand-new to this store and selling clothes and I left highly disappointed.

Found a great Coach handbag at an excellent price for my wife. Got a gift card to go along with it. The staff was super friendly, the store was easy for me, as a guy, to get in, and get what I needed quickly. My wife loves the store too. Great experience.

I share my like of style encore to many of my friends and family. I wish there was a store closer to me but I’m afraid if there was I would be broke.The prices are reasonable as well as the amount of clothing to choose from is abundant. Only go here if you have 2-3 hours to sift through clothes to see what all you’d like. :)

Dont waste time taking in clothes. My husband took in a bunch of my clothes from dress barn only few items have ever even worn and they seriously tried telling him they are outdated and worn. Their loss.

Took in 2 huge tubs of clothes, shoes and name brand perfume in for sale. I was shocked when they only bought 1 pair of shoes and 1 jacket for $8.70! Wasted my time! This store has really lost its spark.

Ive spent over 500$ here in less than a year. And a young lady with a nose piercing in ripped jeans tells me that my stuff is or belongs in Platos Closet even though its basically for an age range and then I look around the store and see ripped items I really dont understand how this buying process is its really biased and I try not to think that way but there is no way that some of that stuff should make it in there.

Didn’t text me when my bag was finished like they said they would. I had to ask 2 separate times within an hour if they were almost finished when they said it would only be about 20 more minutes. They passed on everything in my bag even though I had unworn free people and expensive brand name clothing. They didn’t even look in my bag at all! First time there and I won’t be back

Found a great Michael Kors bag here. They have lots of cloths, bags, wallets and shoes. Some stuff is a little pricy but the variety is pretty awesome.

I went here yesterday and the girls that worked there were extremely judgemental and rude i will never be returning again. i am pregnant and brought in clothes that no longer fit (HUGE BAG OF BRAND NEW CLOTHES) And all they did was stare and whisper as i walked out to wait.

I went there to sell clothes and i had two big baskets full of clothes and 1 box full of shoes and I watched her look at everything and they were very rude about it I will never go back and Im glad i didnt sell to them... I would rather give my clothes away then sell them to a shop with rude EMPLOYEES... They might be stealing clothes because when i was watching behind her two of the other employees came up and whispred to her soo... If you have a lot of things stay and watch my advice!
