We went to the dealer to see if they could give us details about when the Elantra 2021 and 2022 were coming and do a test drive in a Venue just to check it out. We approached the salesman, Jasper, which he was amazing. He did his best to sell us what we wanted to buy, not to sell us something we didn’t want. I fell in love at first sight with the Hyundai Sonata 2022 inside the show room and guess what, we brought it home. Even though it wasn’t the color I liked but because of the COVID-19 pandemic there’s not many choices right now. It’s only been two days since we bought the car and even though is white, I think the car looks so sexy! We will definitely use Bentley Hyundai again in the future!!!! 😁 We are happy customers!

Very pleasant experience. Could do with a little more space for the service area as I wasnt sure who to see or where to go once I stepped in. It was very efficient and I was in and out quicker than I thought it would take. One thing, please don’t adjust the mirrors once service staff take the car. I drove off without knowing my mirrors had been adjusted and had to stop to fix all of them.

Amazing service! Took my car in for its first maintenance and they made me feel as if I were royalty. While my car was being worked on, I was given a ride home, and had my car washed and vacuumed when I returned. All done by everyone with a smile. Who could possibly ask for more?

We live in Middle Tennessee, but ended up purchasing our Hyundai Sonata Hybrid from Bentley Hyundai because our local dealerships didnt have any hybrid models. Danny was very helpful and responsive up my texts, calls, and emails. I was able to put down a deposit on the exact vehicle I was looking for, and I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived three weeks sooner than expected. Danny had the paperwork waiting on us so that we werent bogged down with the purchasing process when we drove down. We appreciated the no pressure sales approach.

Wonderful new-car purchase experience. Chris was phenomenal working with us to obtain the vehicle & price we budgeted. He was quick to approach us the moment we arrived on the car lot, very helpful, friendly & receptive in assisting us with the search to replace my 14 yr old SUV. He was very thorough in assessing our needs & explaining numerous details regarding 2 different SUV ‘s we examined. He gave us his card. Then, after 2-3 days, we called & commenced with the process of purchasing my “retirement” vehicle. Chris was very understanding of my needs, & trepidations regarding utilizing a SMART vehicle. Prior to the purchase decision, I test drove the SUV with him as he continued to explain smart features. I did not feel pressured. The price negotiations to fit our budget allowed us to make the purchase the same day. Chris was thorough & patient during the purchase process as I had many questions, which he unhesitatingly answered or clarified. We even received a pen with his name on it to sign all the documents along with a nice size tote bag containing Auto manual, 2nd key fob, copy of signed docs. An even nicer touch was the gigantic bow he placed on the car & the poster sign I held up for a photo. On the financing side, Josh was fantastic, quite knowledgeable & made us feel comfortable completing all the necessary documents. It was a smooth process. A day after taking the car off the lot, Chris worked with me to learn & practice using the features on the SUV. We are very pleased with our car purchasing experience.

I’m sad to have to do this, but I was very disappointed after my many visits to Bentley Hyundai dealership. I have been going there for the past weeks for the same issue (something draining my car battery down. I have to jumpstart it after every 3 days), and for the same results: Battery’s good, Alternator is good, Starter is good, and there’s nothing wrong with the car. But I keep having the same issue. Battery dying after the car sits for a day without being drove. I took it back to the dealership and was asked to pay $138 for diagnostic, for the same issue. What I did after complaining (but I understand thats the normal process for everyone). They ended up telling me the blue link was damaged and have been draining the battery down. So they removed the fuse and They said everything will be ok. I’ll have to wait at least a couple of days to observe. I really feel the technicians who are supposed to be the best, approved by Hyundai Motors, should be able do a better job and pay more attention to a customer concern. And still, I’m not sure I won’t be having the same issue in the coming days because I don’t trust them anymore... Actually Im on here editing my review 2 days after I picked up the car, but again still having the same problem. I just received a call from the service manager (very much appreciated; at least its showing theyre paying attention to customers feedback). Hopefully I will have this issue fixed...

Cannot recommend Bentley Automotive enough! Family owned business for 91 years and they really are like a family. We live in Georgia and found the car we absolutely wanted. Unaware of the competitive new car buying market, they helped us secure a car that was actually on the truck and enroute to their dealership in Alabama.Because my husband was going out of town the next day and we needed to sign the paperwork to secure the car, we drove 3 hours to Alabama to make it official...(since cars are being sold so quickly and didnt want to miss our chance on this hard to find one).What happened next is mind boggling. The car had not yet arrived to the dealership so we drove home, still happy we officially had the car. What is mind boggling is Bentley Hyundai DROVE our new car TO US IN GEORGIA, so we would not have to drive back to Bentley. How awesome are they?! Truly customers for life!The staff is amazing, honest, not pushy and highly recommend!!

I didn’t have the best experience with Bentley Hyundai, I made a appointment to take my car in for a few problems I was experiencing. My service advisor wasn’t the nicest with delivering information about my car. I had to call and ask questions that I felt he should have reached out to me with. One of the issues I took my car in for wasn’t fixed correctly, so I had to made another appointment to take it back in on two different occasions just to find out at my last appointment that I would be charge more money for something they should have originally fixed the first time. So at this point I’m dishing out more money. Also, whenever I would get my car back, my seats would be dirty from the workers. Black finger prints from the oil and dirt left on my doors, bad experience all the way around and they don’t even try to convenience you in any way.

I would not recommend Bentley Hyundai to anyone. We had an appointment at 10:30 am with Doug for diagnostic service on our 2022 Hyundai Tuscon hybrid. We did not hear back until after 4:30 pm to inform us that we would need a new windshield wiper fluid line and speed sensor. We came to pick our car up and Doug conveniently left early, and no other employee could explain the addition of the speed sensor to the bill. Upon arrival we checked our car over and discovered the service department had left the fender unsecured by forgetting multiple bolts. The same fender also had scratches from where the fender had been left unbolted. We paid for the diagnostic, but were told we would have to come back the next day to re-assemble the fender. The next day Doug offered zero help resolving the issue. A technician assembled the fender and informed us that the speed sensor did not have to be replaced. Doug informed us that there was nothing they could do about the scratch that was caused during the service. I would recommend you to go to Bentley Hyundai for service if you do not like customer service, if you do not care for your car to get scratched, and if you do not mind them trying to charge you for a sensor that is not broken.

Steven went way out of his way and above and beyond any other sales person we have encountered to ensure our experience was positive. The product is quality as well as the staff. Finance was informative and pleasant throughout and extended the invitation to assist in any way possible beyond the signing of documents. Would absolutely do it again with this group.

The buying experience was very simple and I felt like the salesman Danny wasn’t trying to oversell us on anything and did everything to make the whole process go smoothly. We even kept him after hours when trying to make a purchase and he never made us feel rushed or anything. When doing the paperwork it was very easy and everyone was very friendly and tried to make sure we got the best financing possible. This was the 14th vehicle I have purchased in my lifetime, and it was the smoothest transaction I have ever experienced. The friendly and knowledgeable sales and finance staff were efficient and accurate with the paperwork which has been a nightmare sometimes at competing dealerships. The car is for my technologically challenged wife, and the salesman, Victor, spent as much time as she needed to understand the electronics. I am sure she will be calling for help in the future. Bentley Hyundai truly has customer service at the core of their business. They help you find what you need and guide you pleasantly through the rest.

Brought my car to the dealer to fix cracked windshield glass. Upon picking up the car, found dashcam was not installed properly, which is part of the repair job. I already paid for the repair. I asked service representative to offset my cost to get it repaired and he refused. They did not inspect their repair before handing the car back to me. This was an awful experience. I would not recommend anyone to go here for service since this dealership cant guarantee or inspect their quality before charging customer for service.

Update:There was damage to my vehicle when I picked it up. They did attempt to rectify the situation and fix the damage. However the damage repair did not match the rest of the vehicle. They now have to take my car again for a week to fix it again. I understand mistakes happen, but the management at this dealership couldnt have cared less that I had to have my brand new car fixed 2 times. I sent an email to the general manager and did not hear anything back. I had to go through the person who sold me the car to get a resolution. The sales and finance people at this dealership are great. The management seems to be lacking.Easiest dealership I have ever bought a car from. They made everything quick and simple and there was no pressure. Ask for Chris Knight when you want to buy your car. He is the best!

Hello my name is Sedrick Phillips and as everyone knows and is where my vehicle has been returned to me defective. Lori was extremely kind to direct me to her upper management but since that exchange I have been treated disrespectfully.I kindly requested proper compensation for broken parts that were not damaged upon arrival. When a agreement could not be reached I requested that Cary give me the information to his upper management and in return he gave me a nonvalid name and a non-working number I cannot find the name/ number or email on the companys directory.Cary allowed his personal relationship to influence business decision which has added more issues. I informed him that my vehicle was not running properly and he told me that the technician could not have possibly made a mistake because he was a good guy.I had my vehicle inspected and the information that was given to me is sadding. So because proper precautions were not made I now have a six to seven inch crack in my engine. That was replaced but not being installed correctly. I have a bad starter, I had to pay another company to install my turbo so that I can have boost after taking it to the dealership and they refuse to look at it at a time that will not be inconvenient to my work schedule, even though they have had my vehicle for 3 months and I had to make personal accommodations that were sufficient for the time even taking off from work during an ongoing pandemic. They didnt even try to put me in a loaner vehicle. I have full coverage insurance. Because my turbo was not installed properly it caused my catalytic converter to become foul which will now need to be replaced. Also as you can see the amount of power steering fluid and oil that has accumulated over a almost 3 week lifespan is a lot. The inspection showed that certain seals were not replaced properly certain things that were supposed to be replaced were not replaced. And finally due to the crack in the engine it also cracked the bell housing in the transmission. Because of the amount of money that was spent and the amount of time that was wasted I have chosen to secure legal representation. This is in no way a threat Im simply protecting myself. Im hoping that the dealership will do everything in its power to make this right. I asked that we communicate through email for record keeping.I have not left a negative review or anything Im simply contacting those with decision making abilities.

DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING INSIDE YOUR VEHICLE WHEN ITS BEING SERVICED BY BENTLEY.I had put $300 inside our glovebox when we were headed to drop our vehicle off there. This money belonged to my 3 yr old that sells Little Cars for Little Kids. When we went to pick our vehicle back up after having the A/C repaired, I noticed that things had been gone through in my vehicle and immediately checked the glovebox which had very noticeably been tampered in and $200 of the $300 was missing!! My husband addressed the issue with the service manager and his only response was that he knows the service tech didnt take it because he makes too much money. I deducted 4 stars on this unrelated issue but they did repair my AC so they get 1 star for that.

Christopher Knight was really great. I didnt feel pressured to make a purchase, and he went out of his way to find the car I wanted in the color I wanted that was located in a different state. I really recommend everyone talk to the Bentley Hyundai team if you are in need of a new car!

We were in need of a vehicle for my middle son, and we weren’t looking for anything new or expensive. A couple of the vehicles we wanted to look at we couldn’t, but I believe that was a blessing in disguise. They had a Fully loaded 2011 Hyundai Sonata, a little high in mileage, but we were able to work out a good deal, and he was able to make his first car purchase. He was/is very happy with his decision. Thank you Christopher Knight and Bentley Hyundai of Huntsville dealership for all your help. Friendly team, clean environment which is especially important these days, engaging personnel when you first walk in (for my experiences), and I even got a Christmas card in the mail! UwUHowever, service could be a little more thorough in their diagnoses if a problems root cause doesnt show itself at first. I have had to repay for a diagnosis recently, but thankfully it was an easy fix after being identified.Still a 5-star for me though.

Daniel Rogers provided a very pleasant purchase experience. We told him what we were looking for in a vehicle (SUV, passenger side power seat, Navigation system). He returned with a vehicle that satisfied all the requirements and fit our budget (Tucson Ultimate). When we inquired about the larger Santa Fe, he came back with the trim level that satisfied all our requirements at the lowest cost. There never was any sales pressure or upsell attempt. Daniel was truly interested in meeting our needs at lowest cost to us. The offer on my trade-in was in line with what KBB said it was. The finance manager provided the facts and completed the loan process painlessly. There were no high pressure tactics to get me to buy additional stuff like at other dealerships. He just provided information and allowed me to make the decision, as it should be. We are very happy with Bentley Hyundai.

Went to the dealership to get an oil change for 2018 GMC Sierra and ended up trading for a 2021 Buick Encore GX. Its fun to drive, easy to park, and gets much better gas mileage.
