Dave at Imperial really saved my a$$. He went way beyond to deal with my insurance after they were given a low ball quote that was $8k less that what it actually took to fix my $90k aluminum body truck. I could not have asked for a better experience for the EXTENSIVE repairs needed after my brand new (4,000 miles on the odometer) Cadillac XT5 went through a dreadful hail storm. We were out of town when we were hit with 3/4 - 1 hail for a period of at least 20 minutes. I made several calls to find the best place near Huntsville to have the damage repaired. Every call I made recommended Imperiale Collision and specifically, Sharief Hammad, the owner of the business. As it turns out, the recommendations of this business were dead on. Sharief went to bat for us with the insurance company so that the repairs were done in the best way possible - no bondo and the very least amount of repainting of the vehicle. Every metal piece of the exterior of our car was extensively dented. Imperial Collision used the best methods available to fix the damage (paintless dent repair and glue pull dent repair wherever possible). The insurance company wanted to take a cheaper route to fix it but Sharief would not let that happen. The only new body part on the vehicle is the hood which had to be replaced. Now our car looks like it did brand new. We could not have been happier with the experience we had with Imperial Collision.

I first started with Shareif on the day I walked in.Super clean showroom after walking in from a neatly organized ( concrete ) parking lot. Shareif took the time to come out & go over our 2019 Ram drivers side door damage & asked me if I wanted to go with the insurance companies opinion or his. That in itself was different than the other body shops responses.He asked me if I wanted it to have the typical paint & bondo per the insurance companies virtual estimate or his physically estimate. I told him the latter & a few weeks later we had a brand new door.David, the manager who carried us through the process from getting the rental vehicle that they provided which was great because we didn’t have to go anywhere else, to the day of picking up the truck was as professional as they come. He too took the time to call us throughout the process, advise us & keep us informed as to what was taking place from ordering & chasing down parts to the remaining time frame we had left. While I hated to have to come here, it was not because of the service. I backed my car into a parked truck, searched and searched for a collision center and decided on imperial. I do not regret a single second of that decision. The work they did was phenomenal. It did take 3 weeks but that is somewhat understandable as it was a new car. My only bit of advise would be the communication aspect, I found myself wondering quite often what was going on as I hadn’t heard anything from anyone, and while I’m sure he’s a nice person the guy behind the counter seems unfriendly and bothered. This did not take away from the actual work done by sherif, he was attentive and worked with me. I’d take my car back to him any day. When I got my car back it was like new, as if I drove it off the lot that day. Super pleased with the workmanship and quality. Worth every penny.

I had an unfortunate encounter going through an apartment front gate that left the side of my car torn up and my passenger side door folded in. They were able to give me a good value on brand new original parts and got my car back to me very quickly! Brought my truck in with 2 separate insurance claims which amounted to fixing the windshield, repairing/repainting the hood, replacing the grille, and repairing my aftermarket Ranch Hand Bumper. Sharief did an excellent job dealing with insurance and made sure to get our hood repaired right - not just spot painted where the scratch was like our insurance wanted to do. He was also able to get a BEAUTIFUL new powder coat on the bumpers (see before and after photos). Im very pleased with the work performed and HIGHLY recommend Imperial Collision. This is the shop for people who want their daily driver to be given the care of a supercar, but at a price comparable to anyone in town. We look forward to working with Sharief in the future, especially on any powder coat jobs!!

After my wife hit a hog, he walked us through the whole procedure about contacting the insurance, making sure we had transportation, and keeping us informed each step of the way. We took a 2015 Honda Accord to Imperial Collision. The Accord was involved in a T-Bone accident on the driver’s side front and rear doors. The crew went above and beyond to make the car literally look brand new! The paint shop did an incredible job of blending the new paint to match the old paint. There were no shortcuts taken by Imperial Collision. If you’ve been in a wreck or just want a new paint job, TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO IMPERIAL COLLISION! Great people and very professional!

I went there for an estimate! They just took pictures, sent the quote to the people responsible for the repair and not to me! They said 7 to 10 working days for the repair! Wanted to replace a bumper that clearly only needed repainting. Did not even have knowledge of the fact that if you replace my bumper all the sensors have to be recalibrated! The mechanic was Rude and condensing they actually wanted me to pay half out of my pocket to start the repair! WTH. Thankfully I got an estimate elsewhere, with a 3 to 4 day repair! Much more knowledgeable and understanding of my situation! I Would Never Recommend This Place!!!!

Well, our odyssey with Imperial Collision started with a freak accident, no other parties involved, but the front end of my new 2019 Honda Insight was broke really bad. Our insurance company offered up their recommended collision specialist, but no we had seen the Imperial location here in Huntsville, from the beginning they handled everything including somethings the insurance should have taken care of with friendly professionalism. Shareif and his team kept us up to date with the repairs and when we picked up the vehicle, you could not tell there had been damage...we were impressed... so impressed that when someone hit the car in the parking lot of my employer yes back again....oh then my husband had an altercation with his Harley Trike and a rock and yes even though Imperial may not do motor cycles, they did an awesome job....best compliment we can offer is that we keep going back.....highly recommended.....hope we do not have to go back again this year!!!!!

Shareif Hammads kindness and efforts went above and beyond what anyone would expect on the day I wrecked my car. Nobody was seriously injured, but my nine-year-old granddaughter and I were far from home, shaken, and at a loss regarding the next steps to take. The wrecker driver recommended he take us to Imperial Collision. It was late in the afternoon and near closing time. Never-the-less Mr. Hammad welcomed us, gave us refreshments, and waited while I filed a claim with my insurance company online. He attempted to find me a rental car in Huntsville and when he found out there were none, he located a car in Conroe, but the rental office was about to close. He paid the rental employee to stay until he could transport us there. Mr. Hammad took time away from his family to transport us to Conroe and he stayed with us until he was sure we had transportation secured. On the ride over to Conroe, he gave me information about the next steps in the process, tips about dealing with the insurance company, and his opinions regarding the extent of the damages to my car. He was especially kind and interactive with my granddaughter, making her feel comfortable. As it turned out, the car was a total loss and he didnt even get my business. However, I consider him a true professional and someone whom I would trust to take care of any vehicle repair needs I should have in the future. He is truly a person of kindness and integrity.
