Century has fixed several of mine and my families cars. Their quality is top notch along with the high end experience they give you regardless of what type of car you own. They have fixed my Honda along with my spouses GMC. They always kept me updated on what was going on with my claim and made me feel safe knowing our cars were in their care.

Nice people. Good customer service but when we picked up the car on Monday July 21st we noticed there was an ant infestation in pur vehicle. It wasnt like that when we dropped it off. The car was clean and free of bugs. Now it is Thursday July 25th and we are still dealing with the ants in our car. Be more mindful of where you park peoples vehicles please!

Someone backed into my almost brand new car. I needed to make sure that it looked like factory when it was done. Dave Graf and his crew at Century Collision Center made it perfect. They even drove it to my work to inspect it and make sure I liked the way the color matched before they finished up. Talk about service!!! I cant not say enough about the quality of their work and the royal treatment they give their customers!!!

Century Auto Collision Center has had my vehicle for repair for more than 30 days due to backordered parts--and I understand that it takes some time to do major repairs. But Ive had a really hard time getting information on the status of my vehicle. My entire experience with their customer service has been awful. Im not the type of person to phone everyday (or even every week) to get a status update, so I was a bit surprised that I got a text out of the blue from a customer service rep on 5 August that gave an estimated completion date of 16 August. That was the last time I had spoken to anyone at Century about my car. Here is is, 16 August and I cant reach anyone to give me a status. My experience throughout this entire process has been that I usually dont receive a callback on the rare occasion that I do leave a message. The finished product may be wonderful in the end (Im still waiting) but my experience so far hasnt been that great at all.

After having my BMW there 3 weeks for repairs from a limb falling across the top & hood, I got it back and was very dissapointed. The inside had nasty fingerprints all over, there was overspray on the sunroof, white buff marks on the paint, and several scratches from the limb were not addressed at all. After taking it back for these problems, we got it back with the fingerprints still there, overspray still there, and of course they said the scratches were not caused by the tree limb. Basically they ran it through the car wash then hit it with a buffer real quick and called it done. Im taking it somewhere else to finish the job that should have been done right the first time for almost $2400.00. Never taking another car here.

The guys at Century Collision Center saved the day when my daughter locked my keys in my car. They came out to my work very quickly and carefully unlocked my door without causing any damage to my vehicle. They were my heroes that day!! I definitely recommend them and will use their services again when needed.

Certified BMW had a few minor dings and a wheel that was curbed by the previous owner. Took the vehicle for a detailed analysis/estimate and felt good about the cost. The estimate included the replacement of the wheel as opposed to a repair. Upon picking up the vehicle (5 day repair), we noticed that one of the dings did not get repaired only painted over, and the wheel was not addressed; neither of the delinquencies were scratched from the invoice. Asking about the wheel, the manager and director claim that the estimate for the wheel was in error due to a software glitch, then they said the cost for the replacement was about $300 more than estimated. I was very confused and asked them to please explain because I must have missed something. They then said that the wheel part number on the estimate was for the wrong wheel. They reprinted the estimate for the updated wheel cost, and this time there was no part number, only the increased cost. I asked them to meet me half way on the wheel but they would discount by only $100; Im used to companies honoring their commitment. Needless to say i requested my money back (for the wheel); havent received it yet.These guys lack morals and are willing to sacrafice referrals for the sake of a buck. I cannot recommend this shop to anyone. BTW, the repairs totaled $3.1K (not including the wheel).

Had our Nissan Maxima repaired here after hitting a deer one night. Spent all weekend hunting in south Alabama, never saw a single deer and then on our way home, BAM! He smacks right into the front of our car. My poor pitiful fiance was pretty much in tears because he loved that car so much! Ive never seen him so upset; we thought it was totaled, but the guys at Century Collision Center had it back up and running with no problems in no time at all. Great job guys. :) Definitely recommend.
