Best place in town be for tires shine not sure on foreign part but they got everything you need for any car. They had my oil for my Mercedes benz. Price cant beet

Excellent service here, always. If they cant find it on the computer, not only do they have the books but they jump right into them to help you. I would have had a nightmare of a time without them getting parts for my 1973 Dodge D600.

THE CASHIER NAMED CRYSTAL WAS HORRIBLE. Reasons why:1) Prior to driving to the location I called to receive a price for an air conditioning compressor. On the phone I was quoted a price and Crystal stated the part came with a warranty. Upon driving to the store, while AT THE COUNTER WITH THE PART ready to pay for it, Crystal tells me, Its only under warranty if you buy these 3 additional parts.2) I was never told the air conditioning compressor I was purchasing was a refurbished part. Well, I literally could have gone to any other parts store to get the new A/C compressor for the same price as over priced NAPA.3) While this next gripe is partially my fault, the handling of the situation was piss poor. There were 2 similar part numbers for my a/c compressor and of course I was advised incorrectly (by the service Manager at the auto repair shop) that either part would work so I ordered the less expensive one. Long story short it was the wrong part and i had to return it. Once again CRYSTAL tells me, the new part will be AT NAPA THE NEXT MORNING BY 8:30. I arrive the nextmorning at 8:45 and was told by Kim, (she was polite and competent) the part was never ordered. UGHHH.I COULD go on and on but the main point is go SOMEWHERE else NOT NAPA.

Remanufactured part was a piece of junk. Had to remove to replace with another one.

Never impressed with the all knowing better than thou attitude from the employees that work here. They have a horrible habit of attempting to insinuate that all of their customers are ignorant about everything in every possible way. The only reason I ever shopped this place was that my former employer had Net 10 terms with them and required us to purchase it parts for work from here. I never have shopped, nor ever will shop here personally. There are many other auto parts stores who employ a staff who is eager to treat their customers like people.

Came in because the wiper blade on my truck broke while it was raining and needed something quick. I had to wait for the only employee in sight to get off of a personal call. When I asked if he would mind putting them on he looked at me and said only if you park closer. I was 5 spots down from the door. He did end up changing it without me moving but he had an attitude the whole time.

They had what I needed, polite people too, and I didnt feel like I got taken...

Great people await you inside to help with your automotive project needs. This place also makes deliveries to many nearby car service centers.

Now granted, I only spoke with one guy there, he was rude enough to warrant one freaking star. I dont know who it is, hes a short round bearded guy, but it was almost a problem when he decided that the first thing he was gonna do was be rude to me. Im sure theres great folks in here, but this guy needs some lessons in customer service. I would be more than happy to speak to a manager about this, Ill even come to the store. Thanks.

Says they have parts in stock and boom i get there and they dont have it even tho their computers say they do. And the emplyee and rude about it. Apparently they dont do any inventories of the store.
