They were easy to work with and they took care of my rental return. It was an insurance repair, so I didnt have to pay, but after seeing what they charged the insurance I wouldnt have minded paying the bill. Very organized and on track. They messaged me every step of the way and got my repair done in a reasonable time frame

Sofie is amazing. So nice, helpful, supportive. I would call back just to have her make my day better. Zach called every time he said he would even if there was nothing to report. Service was the best I could expect, painless. My truck looks better than it did when I wrecked it. They went above and beyond.

Gerber collision is amazing. The staff are kind and professional and their work is top of the line. Accidents are so stressful but Gerber make a rough situation easier to deal with.

Ive taken my car here twice now for repairs. The first time a snack a mule deer and crushed the whole front passenger side of my vehicle. It was finished within a week and a half and off you dont know it wa hit you would never be able to tell. The second was just this week, a delivery truck driver hit my car and ruined the rear passenger side of my vehicle. Original finish date given was May 10th, its finished as of today (4/25), I dropped out of Monday (4/22). I cant get off work to pick it up, so theyre bringing my vehicle to me and returning my rental for me! Talk about service!! Theyre friendly, quick, efficient, and their customer service is fantastic...why wouldnt you go here? Ive posted pictures of the damages to my car, and the repaired pictures.

I have no problem with Gerber, but I googled for RV windshield repair and Gerber came up. When I called I was told they don’t do RV windshield repair. Guess they need to be more clear.

Update: they finally reached out to me to fix the issue, the guy did replace the light, but it went out again, so he got me in right away to fix the problem.Went in for body work due to an accident. They didnt even put in my headlights right, one is not aligned and the other one never got the light replaced, and my cars headlights are not easy to replace as you have to take off the entire bumper. They never called me about possibly not being able to replace the light, and when I called them after receiving my car, they never got back to me. So Im pretty disappointed I have to spend even more money for a job that never got completed.

Gerber replaced the entire roof on my F-150 and the work was flawless. My truck looks brand new. I did find some hard-to-reach tape on my windows and trash/leftover parts in the bed after I picked up the truck. To be fair, my truck was covered in snow when I picked it up so neither they nor I could see the trash or tape initially. Afterwards, I talked to the manager Austin and he made it right for me. Would definitely recommend.

Went for an estimate this morning and was nicely greeted with you need to go to our other location as we do not have your insurance company on our computer. I said no problem I need an estimate, the young lady asked an estimator going by if he could make the estimate and he said he had a class he started and could not make the estimate. The young lady then went into an office behind the reception area, and came out after a few moments and indicated that she ( I am assuming it was an estimator) would not be able t to get an estimate for about 20 minutes. I said thanks and left the building.Now as an Insurance agency owner in the valley, I was unimpressed and can conclude that I will not suggest Gerber as a body shop for my clients moving forward.

I had an unfortunate incident where someone clipped my car while it was parked, essentially making it undriveable. Gerber was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. They came to pick it up, confirmed every step along the way, had it done ahead of time, and did a great job making it look brand new. I highly recommend them for anyone dealing with car issues not only for quality of care and value of their services, but they are also friendly and care during a frustrating time. Mountain Chevy didnt really give me the time of day and sent me over to Gerber Collision. They did me a huge favor! I spoke with Eduardo and he was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient!! He addressed my situation on the spot and gave me options. He spent his valuable time with me and listened to my concerns.
