Worst towing service, ripping of the people, damaging the cars….the lady in Fremont location is very very mean to the customers and has worst attitude

Didn’t get the driver’s name but quickly assessed and swapped out the battery. Great experience overall for an otherwise annoying situation when your car is inoperable.

This is a copy of the review I left on Yelp before the company had Yelp remove it.This is an awful company that doesnt care about the community.This is about driving behavior observed yesterday 3/22 on the road by one of their mobile battery service trucks.So the side of the truck says safety - service - satisfaction. Well I can tell you that he was not safe on the road at all. Between weaving back and forth in traffic, to looking at his cell phone and digging out whatever food he was chewing he was a major road hazard. He was riding my bumper as well as anyone else that was in front of him.I havent let the company know because they arent going to do anything about it, because Im sure this isnt new behavior for him and they are going to take care of their own. But if this is an example of the quality of employees this business has then you would be wise to take your money and business elsewhere.Also after reviewing the photos I took and attached, I noticed not only does he not care about drivers but pedestrians are fair game for him also. For shame pro star men like this should not be on the road. Or maybe if he causes enough accidents you can make a quick buck on the towing hmmm

Amazing service!!!! Jay was unable to tow our truck because of the towing service we needed so he went over and beyond to order the correct tow truck and because it was going to be a long wait he made all arrangements so we didn’t have to wait till they arrived and provide us updates. When the other driver Antonio arrived he was very friendly and made everything so stress free for us by assuring us that everything would be taken care of. Thank you Jay and Antonio for your excellent service and Pro Star you have great employees representing your company.

Steven was dispatched to us by AAA to help us change a tire on a pick-up. The dispatcher gave him inaccurate information (location and problem), but he found us anyway. He did the job quickly in 101 degree heat. He was pleasant, efficient and professional beyond our expectations. He even provided us with a bottle of water. We were all fixed up and on our way in no time at all. Good man. Good job.

Got my car towed today and the driver was very nice and polite abd friendly!

My car got towed Friday and it was only supposed to be there for one day or Monday the latest but they were closed for 4 days straight. That is such an inconvenience and I believe it is unfair that I should have to pay for those days just because they didn’t want to work. My total came out to be extremely high because it was there for 6 days and more than half was because it was closed so I believe I should get a portion of my money back. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are not wealthy and dont have extra money to throw away.

Was shopping at Safeway at this Prostar towing guy parked behind my truck while he was chatting with his friends. He clearly saw me approach my truck and I try to get out of my parking spot trying many manuvers but he just continued chatting. Then I said think you can move your truck, now I was a bit irritated so I think he could sense my tone, and his response was F--- you. Once I got out my camera to take pictures he realized at this point maybe he was in the wrong.
