This is a very busy place! Greg was especially helpful and helping me to pick out tires for my truck. Greg and I believe Dwayne went over and above in my opinion to help me get the service I needed on my truck for the budget I had to work with. I was impressed. They actually came in at the most reasonable price quote on the tires. The rest of the service repair work seemed priced incredibly High. But like I said they worked with me and I left a very satisfied customer. I would recommend first before Discount Tire. And for those of you who think they tell you you need work done that you actually dont need done??? Thats absolutely a myth. I was certain I needed front and back brakes and rotors. They did replace the back brakes and rotor but said the front brakes were fine look good and would probably last me another season. They kindly gave me a price quote for future reference and then replace the back ones as they were needed. Again I left a very satisfied customer. I would recommend

I don’t even know how to start? My experience was horrible! The worst I have ever experienced. I took my truck in to have my brakes and rotors replaced and did mention to them about a noise coming from the back when I drove, they said they would run a diagnostic on it and tell me what it was, they made me wait till the next day to tell me they would have to order some parts from the Ford dealership, I took my truck in on Friday they called me on Saturday to tell me the cost would be $2,150 for the repairs including the brakes I originally went in for. On Saturday they told me I would have to wait till Wednesday and my truck would be done by Wednesday, I went in on Wednesday afternoon around 2pm because I had not heard anything from them, when I arrived at the shop( I had been walking to places because I have no other transportation) they gave me the bad news that the parts did not fit my truck and they could not figure out what was wrong with my truck and why the parts where not fitting? They were quoting me on more parts when I asked them to put my truck back together, they did not want to at first but then they told me they had cut of my trucks parts and did not have my original parts and that I would have to pay for the new parts they ordered because they had put some of them on to replace the ones the cut off/broke off my truck. I ended up paying $788 dollars and I had to town my truck out of their shop with my truck missing parts and could not run because they could not put my truck back together. They charged me almost $800 dollars for labor and parts. I drove my truck in and towed my truck out in pieces. The representative had such an arrogant attitude telling me my truck was taking up their dock space and was trying to tell me I was making them lose money because they could not use their dock to repair cars because my truck was just sitting there. The worst experience for any customer ever.

Jensen tire & auto is by far the most trustworthy car care business. Starts with the managers through the professionals doing the service, they are doing the right thing. I say this.because my alternator recently went out. Because of the great experiences I’ve had from lub tires or repairs Jensen Tire was the only choice. Thanks Greg and Dwayne. Who do you trust.

I called first thing this morning to see if they could fit me in while I waited for roadside assistance to show up. My tire that was just fixed by another shop was flat as could be. They got me right in even though they were busy and the prices were really good. Bought 4 tires and they did not try and sell me extras or push me to spend more money. I appreciate the ethical treatment. I will definitely be going back to them for any other automotive needs that come up.

I ordered my tires online from Goodyear and Jensen installed them. They were ready when I arrived and finished the installation in a reasonable amount of time. Everything was done as expected.

Had a puncture hole in tire, and couldn’t get my tire off due to rust on rim. Called Jensen and they got me right in, 15 minutes before their closing time. They were very fast and were able to repair tire and get it back in within a few minutes of their closing time. Very reasonable price and friendly help. A stressful situation turned out very good!

I mean closest auto place to buy a battery which they hardly had much in stock but my truck was completely dead on the highway outside of town by cedar so smaller battery but it works thanks!

Jensen and Tire are always professional and they call before doing any extra work on my vehicle so there are never any surprise charges. They do great quality work I never have to worry if it was done correctly or not.

They did a complete check on the front of my pickup. They definitely did a great job of checking the front end of the truck out and I believe they were very honest with the issues they found. Then I got the quote for doing repairs and HOLY SMOKES those were some high prices. Found a mechanic down the street to do the work a 3rd of the price. The people were very nice when I said the quote was way to high. I dont think they over charged to look at the truck. Wish their quotes came back in line I would have had them do the work.

Had a flat tire that could not be repaired, they were able to order the tire I needed and got it put on the next day! They were very courteous and quick with the repair!

Dropped the vehicle off night before. Jensens called at 1:30 p.m. cgecking to see if I was going to bring it in. I informed them it was there, they said oh ok let us check the drop box and we will get started on it. They did a poor job in checking for dropped vehicles. Why offer a service if not going to use it?

I’m a 20 year mechanic I recently replaced all the front end parts on my friends truck. I took the truck to have an alignment done. They told us that it needed to have a pitman arm and need to have upper control arm knock outs done. Well on an 2004 truck there is no knock outs that need to be there already done. When I confront the gentleman working there about that they are already done he told that they weren’t. After arguing with the gentleman I hung up on him and got the truck back. This place is rip off and don’t have experienced people working there. I will never take a car there again. Don’t trust anything they say. Their rude and dishonest. I plan calling the corporate office and filing a complaint. I will never use Jensen tire for anything. It’s a worthless company and like to scam people out of money.

Only place Ill go in town. Friendly and fast staff. Decent prices and they arent the lying conniving cons like most shops. Unlike a lot of shops Ive dealt with if they say something is broken it usually actually is.

Jensen s Tire and Auto is my go to place for small car repairs and maintenance. They are spendy but they always fit me in and do a good job. They are polite and don t laugh when I clearly don t know what they re talking about car-wise.

Had a screw in my tire and they patched it up fast. I showed up a little early and they still got started almost right away. I had bought the tires there about a year ago so because of their tire policy it was free of charge. Everyone was super friendly and professional. Will definitely return.

Good service, great product, only place in town that had my size tires without ordering. I needed same day service in 2 hours I was on the road again.

It took two technicians and then the manager to reset my oil trip on my car each technician said I got it youre good to go. Three trips later in and out manager finally got it

Jensen tire is not a great shop. I wanted an alignment for my 21 year old car. Keep in mind, I dont want the car to ride like new. I just want to limit the rate it eats tires as much as possible. Im talking crack it loose get it as straight as possible and tighten it back up. They refused to align the car unless I put near $1500 into it. I paid $900 for the car a year ago, not gonna happen. Talked to the hometown shop across the street, they said theyll do it but no promises on if it holds or is any better. Thats what I was looking for, lets see if it can be improved. Jensen is about the big checks, they dont have time for the little guy. Their policy is fill the register, we dont have time for the guy that only makes us a couple hundred bucks. Im willing to bet theyve replaced more things than necessary more often than not, and tell you its because were doing it right. People have to understand, guys like me just want to see if it can be made better. If I could afford right Id buy a new car.

I was in Fremont from out of town and had an issue with a tire. Fortunately, Jensen Tire & Auto was near to where I was staying. They were able to find the issue with the tire and get it taken care of. They were friendly and the service excellent. I would definitely go back to them again!

I stopped in at 4:30pm with a tire that would be flat within 12 hours hoping it could be repaired. Unfortunately it could not be repaired, they offered to put my Vehicles spare tire on but since the spare tire is stored underneath my vehicle the plate holding the spare tire was so rusted they couldnt get the spare tire off. By this time it was 5:30 p.m.. So it was necessary for me to purchase a new tire and I have kids in daycare that closes at 6 p.m. and I let them know I was going to purchase a new tire and it was kind of a all hands on deck teamwork effort to put new tire on my vehicle. I was impressed and very grateful for their teamwork.

Great place to get a tire fixed

They explained what was wrong with my vehicle and then told me which ones were important to fix now and which ones needed fixed in the near future. They always call me to discuss repairs before doing them.

I used my credit card to purchase the tires and Greg did not properly fill out the paperwork for my $100 rebate. He also tries so hard to get you to do a front end alignment that he makes up lies. Greg at the Fremont store is not an honest person and needs to be confronted by upper management

We bought our tires from Jensen Tires, their price was good and the warranty is outstanding. They rotate my tires free and have replaced one tire because of road damage. If I have a flat tire they take care of me right away. Good job!!!!

I called to get an appointment to get tires rotated.. I then called back the next day to see if while they had it in there they could change the oil ... I asked prices and he asked what make and model of car( Chevy spark 2013), he asked me what kind of oil and I told him it takes conventional oil and that’s what I would like to have put in. The guy then tells me it is against the law to put anything but synthetic in any Chevy built after 2011. I told him that the conventional oil is what is in there now, so I don’t think it’s against the law.. he argued with me for several minutes about what to put in my car. I called several Chevy dealerships and they all told me I can run either conventional or synthetic in that car... rude and very unprofessional ...

I purchased a full set of tires two years ago with lifetime warranty package for repairs and replacement issues. Every time I had an issue with low pressure, tire puncture(s) from random incidents —Jensen technicians have been courteous and efficient with solving my service needs. My wait time for an impromptu trip has been minimal and whenever I have an appointment at the Fremont location, the gentleman are quick to getting my vehicle back to me in timeline stated. I appreciate the service I receive and recommend this establishment to anyone who is needing brakes and or tire services.

Jensen tire at Fremont Ne. Took me in on very short notice. Had a flat needed repair and tire rotation. Set up an appointment at 9 am. But due to running on a donut tire, had to keep speed at 55 miles per hour. Unbeknown me the highway department was resurfacing the road and had only one lane open. Showed up late by about 20 minutes for my appointment. They took my car in and had the work done in about an hour. Service above and beyond, they put my donut tire back into the trunk area, just like it was before I needed to use it. You can rest assured I will purchase my future tires from this business. Great service, people very cordial, top notch. The coffee was great also.
