I’ve been to Freeway twice now, and have been fully satisfied each time. They fix what you ask them to, and don’t “search” for more to pad your bill, like Koplin’s and Square Tire do. I have saved money with Freeway!

Boyfriend took my car in for routine maintenance. They called when they finishedd the diagnostic and said two O2 sensors off the catalytic converter needed replaced. $800. They could tell we were hesitant about getting the car fixed there. When my boyfriend went to pick up the car and invoice to get other opinions on pricing, they then said my actuator motor needed replaced all of a sudden. Another $150. When we asked how they knew that because we had asked if the O2 sensors was it when they called, they hadnt mentioned anything else until we picked up the invoice. When I started my car, it was clicking from the actuator motor... Which was NOT happening when I dropped it off. Seems like when they get an inkling you wont be getting your car fixed there, they break additional things. I will NOT be returning... Ever.Update: took my car to another mechanic. Apparently, Freeway didnt even run the code my car was showing because it was a cylanoid which fixed everything and the O2 sensors are working beautifully. And it onlyy cost $300. So once again, I will never take my car back to Freeway car care

Horrible experience... This man should loose his mechanic license... Drove the car in because 2nd cylinder misfire... He had it over a week racked up a bill of $1500.… had to tow it away from his garage at my expense and the car has never run again.... WOMEN BEWARE

I went to get axle seals, ujoints, ball joints, rear drum brakes, and parking brake fixed on the 12th got my truck back the 15th. $1200, then last night the 20th my driveshaft disconnected from the transmission because after replacing the ujoints, the bolts werent put in tight. Now the ujoint is trash, my driveshaft is beat up from the pavement, and possibly more damage from it disconnecting and bouncing off the ground. luckily I got a free tow thanks to State farm, but this is the shops mistake. If they fix it for FREE and it doesnt break again Id probably recommend them as a secondary. otherwise never, there are other places to go. as of now I wouldnt recommend any of their services except their free diagnostic.They did fix the ujoint for free, didnt replace the dented drive shaft though, having more problems surface. They didnt put the brakes on correctly and now they vibrate very bad while braking.

Took it in at the time scheduled, they had the work done before I was finished reading my email. Even gave me a $48.00 discount to labor since it was finished well before the time allotted for the repair. Weve used Freeway for almost 9 years now. Work is always finished in timely fashion and usually spot on with the number quoted and the price is fair and competitive. The only exception is the rare occasion that something else is discovered. Then they will call before additional work is done.

I think they are honest and fair on price and most importantly they do a great job. I have used them twice and have been very satisfied. I would bring more of my trucks to them the only downside is they can barely get u in same day and takes a while for them to get to your vehicle. Otherwise I highly recommend if you are not in a hurry for something to get fixed. They take there time and work hard to make you happy..

We were in Freemont to register my daughter for college. the night before driving in we hit a raccoon. the car started overheating. Freeway Car Care Center got us in quickly and got the car running great. they stayed way past closing just to make sure the car was fixed. Very friendly people and the willingness to help us out was awesome. Thank you so much.

I stopped in here with a suspension problem early in the afternoon. Since I was just driving through, I really appreciated their willingness to take my vehicle in right away. I went Freeway Car Care Center expecting to be treated like an adult. Instead I was charged a price that was FAR more than what the part was even for. Going down the street to another shop in Fremont showed me that I had been over-priced by nearly $600. I highly suggest that any female either go in with a male companion or simply avoid this place all together.

A+++ :)Cameron & Jim are miracle workers!My husband left his car with me to get the brakes replaced on it and to check out a rattling noise that started after hed hit some debris on the hwy.They were able to get it in, find the mystery rattling problem, and get it all done before close. Absolute life savers! The noise is completely gone and my husbands car sounds like new again. :)Did I mention they did this for literally half as much as I was quoted at a place down the street from them?THANKS, GUYS!

They were good guys with fair pricing for what I needed.

I have had only good experiences with them, most recently, I went in thinking I was going to need rear brakes on my car and they found out it wasnt necessary. They saved me about $150, when they could have just changed the brakes out, (as I had instructed them to do) and charged me for it. I think they are good people.

A big shout out to these guys for helping me out when no one in town would. My oil drain plug was on so dang tight and stripped. Last place to change it was a local place thats starts with a K. Im wondering if the place even did the oil at all.. i normally do my own oil but had a back injury back then. No one in town would touch the oil plug, but Freeway told me to come right over and they would get it done. They got it off, changed the oil and put a new 13mm drain plug on bc i asked them to. Thanks again guys!!

Poor service. They’d rather harass customers via text when they get a poor review on google than fix something correctly the first time.

Great place always fair and honest

Took forever still not fixed.

They supposedly fixed that car by putting in new wheel bearings but when it still made the same noise we took it to a different mechanic they said the wheel bearings were at least 3 years old. The mechanics are not honest and charge way to much.
