I talked to them about the smog check service mentioning that I got a letter from DMV and they asked me for an appointment. On the appointment day they told that they are not star rated smog certified which they could mention earlier and save my time given there will be many such requests they will be getting. They however recommended to go to near by shop humbly.

After the maintenance department of my car maintenance department checked, I called and asked me every day and told me that the checked electronic form was given to me. I called and asked them every day. But let me pay to rent a car by myself! My car is less than a year old, and they told me that it was not artificial! ! Check out the problem that if it is not Toyotas, I will be charged. The shop is really ridiculous! ! !

They told me a price over the phone, and then an assistant service manager gave me a hike on the price of the same service when I arrived. I asked for the second option that I heard over the phone, then the guy appeared to try to mislead me with another service at even higher price. Cannot trust this guy.

Terrible experience. Untrustworthy, stay away from this place. My car wheel got stolen and I went to this place. The service advisor PAT OBRIEN gave me a ridiculous price first. After some back and forth, he promised a price for fixing the car over the phone (which I didnt record). But later when picking up my car, it turns out he overcharged me $100 and said he has a very good memory. ???? Please make sure you record everything and get the invoice before letting them do anything!

Had a very nice experience here. We are not local, so our visit here was a one off. Nonetheless, they treated us like we were valued customers. Pat in service was very nice to us and we were so happy the car was ready sooner than anticipated. Plus, getting a clean car back makes the rest of the day nicer!

This was our first visit. While booking the appointment for weekend (on call) for routine service, the representative said that we would get drop off and pick up but after reaching there the service advisor REZA KHAN told that we wont be getting a pick-up and drop-off service as the service would take less than 2 hours and he made us wait. He also told that pick and drop off is for services which takes more than 2 hrs. Also, if this information was passed earlier while booking the appointment I would have planned my day accordingly.I had to wait for almost 1hr 50 min and had to cancel one of my critical meetings.Once the service was done, the car was not even washed and when I asked Reza Khan he told that on weekends the car wash takes more time but we were ready to handover the car and get a drop-off to home but they never said that while taking the car for servicing. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL AND SPECIALLY THIS SERVICE ADVISOR REZA KHAN.When I one back home and tried to call his manager TEDD ROMANO, he never picked up the call. Feels like CHEATED. Unprofessional behaviour from all the staff members. REALLY BAD.

Took my car for servicing and everything went smoothly. I was given a ride back home and picked up at the time requested. In addition to maintenance they also took care of a recall and finished everything in like 2 hours.

The whole Toyota staff is amazing but Patrick is extra special because he always takes good care of us when we go in there for routine maintenance of our 2007 Prius. We always know that we can get a fair shake at this establishment even though sometimes people think that the dealership price gouges. Will definitely return.

Took ~15 minutes after the appointment time to intake my car, so minus one 🌟. After that, service advisor was Belal, he was kind and to the point and quick. No complaints. This was for my cars first 5000 mile service; vehicle was purchased at Fremont Toyota. The service was free and took

Should have checked reviews first, this location is bad in my opinion. In 5 years of taking my car to Toyota service this was the most expensive with the longest wait time. I had an appt at 11am, dropped my car off and was told 3 hours. I received no update when 3 hours passed. After waiting 30 minutes I called and was told it would be another hour. In the end I got my car 5 hours after dropping it off and inside the car items had been moved. Also, maybe the service they got was different, but I saw customers who came after me and got there cars before me. I usually go to another location closer to work, but with the shelter order I chose this one closer to my home. BIG MISTAKE, it would have been worth the extra drive time and possible virus exposure than going to this place. The Toyota in SF off of Geary charges less and is way more friendly and informative. The most Ive waited is 2 and a half hours on a busy day with no shelter order in place. They also sent me updates via text and apologized for the delay. Ive also gone to the Toyota in Redwood City and they also better. I recommend checking other locations and reviews, now I know there can be a huge difference. I wont be returning here.

This is the worst service center, had appointment at 11:30am and i was there at 11:15 am they promised maximum 2hrs so i decided to wait but at 2:10pm i saw their Technician pulling my car from rear parking for oil change. They made me wait for 4 hrs without any notification or information. Their service manager keep lying that its been in process. No apologies. Its was a paid service. My family got 7 Toyotas from this agency but never coming back again. Very deceptively and unprofessional business practices. SHAME.

Bad customer service especially if its a recall!I went in for a airbag recall, i was offered shuttle while the car was fixed but they never called me back when the work was complete. When I called late in the evening i was told that the shuttle service ended at 4 i have to make my own arrangements to go there. The car was ready way before 4 but i ended up paying for taxi.after they fixed the car I started noticing airfilter noices.I went in today but I was told that I may be charged if the issues is not airbag related.I understand that the mechanic might have wasted time of the issue is unrelated but the agent was pretty rude while making those statements. I think mainly recall related issues are free and they dont like you in there.

It took about two hours to get a diagnostic check that cost me $160.00 to tell me the sensor was missing... my key fob sensor was missing too... that cost 80$... replacing those mysteriously missing parts will cost over 300$
