Muhammad is a great owner, and the team he leads is fantastic. My first visit, I had a little bit of a financial issue replacing two tires, but Muhammad was kind enough to help me out. I commute 150 miles everyday. It would’ve been impossible for me to drive on my run flats, but Muhammad and his team at this shop made sure that even with my little issue I would be able to get home, to work the next day, then back to their auto shop SAFELY. These guys are very kind and amazing!

The Best places for tires oil change rims in FremontYou wont be disappointed.

They replaced my tires a few months ago and it wasnt until I got a flat tire just today that I realized that they ruined the threads on my wheel hub and now I have to replace the whole wheel hub/bearing assembly. They also denied service just now when I came to get my flat tire worked on even though I had paid for the tire protection plan. The guy requested I give him a good review on Google Maps last time I came due to apparently a previous owner accumulating too many bad reviews and affecting his business.

People nice but bad about wait times and warranty service. They think it is normal to wait long times for service. Bought 4 new good year tires at a competitive price but I would have paid 20% more to have a more reasonable wait times and warranty service

This shop is amazing my tires are great and my balance from them is better then i had when i had my old tires on. Everyone is super nice and is very helpful. Trever at the shop did an outstanding job on my car. Would definitely recommend them. Thank you trever and the shop!

BEWARE OF OLD REVIEWS, THEY ARE FOR THE PREVIOUS BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION.Took more than 2 hours to get an alignment performed with an appointment. They first tried to overcharge me for a 4 wheel alignment on a vehicle which only needs 2 wheel (solid rear axle). They didnt give me the print out upon completion. So I told them I wanted it. Once I received it, NONE of the measurements were changed at all. I asked for a refund and they still tried to get me to schedule another appointment to have more work done that they claimed was necessary. Im a car guy and know my vehicle inside and out.. the work they claimed that I needed or my wheels would fall off was completely bogus. Will never be returning to this place

Very good shop, cheap alignment only $70. I had a popping sound in my front end i asked them about it they pointed out the issue a bad stabilizer bar end link, and they didnt charge anything extra for diagnosing the issue. i would definitely recommend them to friends and family

They seem clueless. Drove my car up onto the lift wrong, failed to apply a patch. I came back the next day after flat wasnt fixed and they said I need 1 new tire, then 2 new tires, then that they could repair the patch. Could barely tell me which tires were in stock.Ended up taking it to another shop who patched it in 10 minutes and said the patch this shop applied had fallen completely off (2 miles of driving).

Fremont Pro Tires has been an excellent local service for us for over 25 years (previously Big O). The owners are always helpful AND honest. We have taken our cars in for tires, repairs, maintenance and we have always been more than satisfied. I recommend them to everyone.

They did a Fantastic Job on ordering my new Rims and Tires. And called me once they were in the shop. Did a wounded job installing them as well.

Not even one star . They took my car in to replace suspension components its been there for 3 weeks with story after story . Eventually I had to go down there and install what I could and tow it to another shop . They ruined a vacation I had planned and list money with deposits etc . I had to uber to work costing money . They absolutely do not know what they are doing and would not recommend them to work on my daughters tricycle. I cant believe they do business this way I will end up taking them to court for monies lost .

Very genuine, friendly people! I would love to come back again and again.Fremont Toyota asked me to replace rotors and break pads for a very small issue I have with my breaks. It’s just 2 year old car.These people gave a perfect solution bcoz my break pads are still like new and rotor had lot more life.

This place is no longer Fremont Tire Pros as of 4 months ago. Ron and Steve are no longer here, disregard any reviews older than 4 months from this review.Otherwise these guys are alright, decent pricing and fair service. Not sure if the guys here know what theyre doing, one of them couldnt even drive my car onto the lift straight and my car was up crooked to the left, not a good look for my first time coming here.

I bought two used tires, they had me in and out in 30 mins. Mounted and balanced and rotated. Thank you so much, you guys are awesome!!!

Very nice team that works at the Fremont location and very prompt service. Came in needing a patch on a slow leaking tire and they got it fixed up very quickly and at a very reasonable rate.

I took my dads van in to get an estimate on replacement for tires. He offered me a great rate. I am sure to come back to them and to speak to Muhamad. He said he has coupons out. Just need to find them on his facebook or instagram, but the will take care of me this time. cool guy!

Excellent services very smart and nice guys.

Never go there again, ever. Left my car for an oil change, came back, paid, drove home and found out what niser oil or filter were changed. Came back and ask for refund, being charged the second time and then got rebate. If they can do that to customers, Im not going there anymore.

Fremont tire pro customer service below par. They dont care about customers. I had bought a Auto care coupon and they would give me an appointment for oil change 4 months out and not sooner. Thats craze. I would not recommend anyone using their services
