I have had my soft side waterbed made to order by City Mattress Factory for years, probably 10 years and I still love it! I was telling my Mother about getting a soft side waterbed because shes having aching pains in her hips when she lays in bed and I said well thats why I had a soft side (the kind of waterbed that looks like a regular mattress but has a waterbed in the middle surrounded/outlined by firm foam) so I could enjoy sleeping without pain. That is the only reason I was leaving this comment is because I was looking for a bed for my Mom and I remembered my bed and how I love it still.

This has literally been the worse experience of my life with the most unprofessional company Ive ever worked with. There were endless problems with delivering the wrong product after numerous delays, not replacing it for weeks, and horrible communication throughout the entire process. No one ever picks up phone or responds to any voicemails or emails. Ive never ever had a call back in the many months Ive tried to get ahold of them. They still owe me a piece of furniture for over 6 months now with still no responsibility to even pick up or call me back. Extremely frustrating that a company like this is allowed to operate.

They have the nicest and friendly staff. I bought a set from them last year and this year I bought mattresses for my kiddos bunk bed. I will keep coming back. The prices are reasonable and affordable.

This has been one of the biggest disappointments. My mattress was supposed to be delivered Saturday Dec 5th. Ordered previous Tues Dec 1st. I waited all day. No call. No delivery. Moved to Tuesday. Moved to Wed between 10-12. No delivery. Truck didn’t leave until after 11. It’s 7:57 and I’m still waiting. Sick and tired of excuses. I will be canceling my order if not delivered by 12.00 noon tomorrow. I have recommended this company to several family and friends. All done now.

I have a King mattress and it is the best mattress my husband and I have ever slept on. We have had it over a year and it has not broken down. I sleep hot and I do not sweat to death even with the hot flashes.We have recommended City Mattress to several other friends who have purchased mattresses from City and they are very satisfied. We LOVE our Legacy mattress from City Mattress Factory!!! Thank you Mark and Norm! You were great to work with and so patient with us.We knew we had to get rid of our old mattress but I was scared of the process of finding the perfect new mattress. There’s SO many options out there and it’s super confusing. I started researching and seeing many great recommendations for City Mattress Factory from my local “go-to” neighborhood page. I woke my husband up one morning and told him we HAD to be there when they opened (they open @ 8am!). I knew we didn’t have to look anywhere else.Norm was so patient with us! We recently purchased two extra long twins mattresss and placed them side by side, same size as a King. It was great working with Norm! The build quality of the mattress set is great and the savings going direct to the factory was substantial. The delivery was fast, on time and very professional. When was the last time you made a purchase and felt good about it. We have been sleeping on the new set for four nights and my wife no longer complains when I turn over in the night, maybe I will get to stay in the room with her for a while longer. Recently purchased a mattress here. We were replacing a 10+ year old sleep number and had already decided that we were going to get a 100% latex. Not that many places to get full latex.We ended up getting the 12 latex as a split king adjustable. While it was still more than Id ever paid in 35 years of buying mattresses, we saved nearly 50% off of what we were looking at from a normal retail store.In addition to the the great value, the buying experience was a pleasure. We felt like we could really trust Norm. He worked with us to get the firmness perfect. This was only possible since they manufacture the mattresses there and were therefore able to adjust the foam to our exact needs.Ill definitely be recommending City Mattress to everyone I know.

Each mattress set has been dependable, good quality materials and meet our exceptions (based on our choice of mattress that a particular order may have included). The mattresses have ranged from our favorite, King size latex bed to kids full size and twin size beds. We have saved a great deal of money and never compromised on quality. The company builds, delivers and takes away the old mattresses for the one purchase price.We had a problem with one of the box foundations for our king size bed. The problem was caused by us but this company brought out new box foundations without any charge to replace the broken one. I tried to pay since the damage was our fault but they would not allow me to. I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to save money and have a good quality mattress to sleep on.

I do so much research when it comes to big ticket items. The case wasnt different when it was time to research mattresses. You name it; internet searches, in store test drives, etc., I put in so much time, only to come out of it with no knowledge. Looked at Tempurs and Sleep Numbers but Im not willing to mortgage my home to be able to get one of those. Then I finally came across Norm and the folks at City Mattress Factory. My wife and I were able to try out multiple beds and found one that has to be the best bed Ive ever slept on!! We got the split king Royal Latex/Gel mattress and it is the best!! Not only does it sleep like all those high priced mattresses, it comes with a very affordable price! I know exactly where I will be heading when it is time for another mattress in the future. You must visit City Mattress Factory if you are in the market for a new mattress. You wont be sorry you did!

Dont waste your time going anywhere else. This is absolutely the best value on a mattress you will ever find, and they have great service as well. We ordered a custom sized mattress (that is larger than a king) to replace our tempurpedic king that had become so uncomfortable I was barely sleeping. The tempurpedic was amazing at first, but for several thousand dollars, it should hold up for more than a couple of years. The custom mattress we bought from city mattress factory may not be all memory foam (which is actually a good thing Im convinced), but it is infinitely more comfortable. Our custom sized mattress was ready and delivered in a little over 2 weeks. Not only is it bigger, but it was less than half the price of the king tempurpedic we bought, and immediately more comfortable. I cant speak to its longevity yet, but I can say with absolute certainty its more comfortable and considerably cheaper than buying one of the most expensive king tempurpedic models, and we received great service. On top of that, buying from a local business is way better than buying from a chain. Most importantly, I truly cant remember the last time I slept so well before sleeping on this mattress. I sincerely doubt Ill ever purchase another mattress elsewhere. I am beyond happy that we found this hidden gem.
