Weve bought two beds at Sleep Experts over the years and the customer service has been excellent both times! The experience is tailored to your individual needs, and they genuinely help you make the best selection for you.Weve always been biased against memory foam because of heat but Melinie showed us the newer tempurpedic mattress and we were blown away by how cool and comfortable it stays. Cant wait for delivery, which is surprisingly fast!If you need a new bed, go there and make sure you ask for her!

I really enjoyed my experience at this store, I was able to find a mattress set that would feel comfortable and give the support I need and keep my wife from waking up as I toss and turn. DeVonna was SO helpful in finding the perfect mattress for us!! She was managing the whole store by herself and helped us and another couple & was professional the whole time. The manager of the store seemed super knowledgeable, but the sales lady was not listening to what I wanted. She kept upsaleing and pretty much pressured us into buying something we didnt go in for. I literally just needed a mattress. Had my screaming children with me so by the time I got my barrings she had run my husbands credit and ended up getting two expensive items I didnt even go in for. If you know what you want and have a budget go straight to the manager. Wich is what I would of done had I not been so distracted with my kids. I needed a bed asap so by the time I realized she checked my husbands credit I just wanted to get by screaming children home.

I had excellant service at the Ridgmar store in Fort Worth, Texas. I had purchased pillows at the Weatherford Store but they did not have them in stock. The Ridgmar Store did and the next day I took my receipt and was able to pick them up at the Ridgmar Store. The lady who helped me was very kind and eager to help me. I would recommend this store for their service.

Great experience. My sales consultant, Ivan was very knowledgable and utilized their technology to address my concerns and assist me with options that met my needs. I saved $1200.00 dollars. I purchased a King matress with adhustable base on both ends. The product quality is excellent and the ability to provide me with a list of options was different from other places that I shopped. You get what you pay for and your sleep, health is not the place to be cheap. I will definitely purchase from Ivan again!

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sleep Experts Ridmar. In Feb 2020, we had a problem with the mattress we purchased in Nov 2019. FORTUNATELY, Richard at Sleep Experts Ridgmar listened to our concerns and corrected the issue promptly. Within 24 hours from our initial contact, we had a brand new mattress delivered and installed in our home along with a long term solution. We wish all merchants stood behind their products like Richard and Sleep Experts Ridgmar.

Everything was clean but we were the only people in the store .The sales lady with tatoo never greeted us .She had been in the back. She looked at us then the phone rang and she answered it .Never spoke to usThen a girl in a short dress came out from back and never said anything to us until we got closer to them . She said the other girl on the phone would help us. So we looked at beds then decided to take our money elsewhere. I had plenty to spend. You lost my business.

Selection is ok but buying a matress here is like shopping at a used car lot. Same sales tactics etc. We purchased a mattress here 6 years ago and then bought another a few weeks ago. The sample in the store was what we wanted. Upon getting our new one it was hard as a rock and no amount of walking on it etc has made a difference. The return policy is the worst in the business. 70$ fee for shipping then another 10% of the purchase price. This is not how the rest of the industry works anymore. Comes as no surprise they filed for bankruptcy today.
