Aaron (the Manager) led us through the steps of finding the right firmness and proper body alignment, reviewed the features of the smart bed settings, and most importantly, the magic of how the mattresses adjust to our individual comfort needs for pressure relief. We fell in love with the i8 King mattress immediately. It’s worth our time spent sampling the right mattress to arrive at a happier life. Ive had one these beds for 2 years and its about to go to the curb. Parts are constantly going out. Ive had the pump replaced 2 times, the 3rd inner tube in a year is now leaking. When these parts break, you have nowhere to sleep until the replacement arrives. Good luck with the supposed 25 year warranty. Im not spending another dime on this bed.

I purchase one of their top of the line duel pillow top king adjustable bed and mattress along with mattress pad and two sheet sets. I did not realize the bed was faulty until it started ripping the mattress pad and both sheet sets. one side if the bed pulls to the outer edge causing strain on the mattress pad and sheets. I called customer service and they just sent out another mattress pad which is also ripping in the center as well. This bed has a lifetime warranty but what they fail to mention in the store is that you have to pay hundreds of dollars to get someone to come look at a bed that was a factory defect from the beginning. I paid over $7000 for this bed and $$$ on the sheet sets as well. I cant buy new sheet sets because they will just rip too. I have tried customer support and BBB with no help unless I pay hundreds of dollars more just to have them come look at a bed that came out of the factory defected. I feel like a bought a brand new car from a crocked dealership that plugged the radiator leak before they sold me the car. Now I am stuck with ripped sheets and have to hand adjust my $7000 bed every time I move the top up or down. If you have money to blow I guess its ok but I just had neck surgery right after I purchased this bed and thought it would have been something helpful for after the surgery. Read the fine print and observe your bed often for this type of hidden issue! I have attached pictures so you know what to look for.

Go to this store and ask for: Daniela Orozco.My grandmother went to this store to purchase a Sleep Number bed to help her with her joints and pain. Unfortunately, she had to leave New York City and move to Texas in hopes that the heat will help her joints. My grandmother, well, God bless her, but she is an elderly woman, and she can be quite difficult to handle at times. She went into the store before and tried to purchase a bed, but the salesperson? I believe his name was Don? Donald? I am not certain, was just horrible with her. He was shaking coins at her, forcing her to purchase? When my sweet nonna called me, I was furious about this. As again, I am in the Bronx, and she is in Fort Worth. But she gave it a second try, and went again and that is when she met Daniela. Let me tell you, Daniela was FANTASTIC. She helped her, she did everything for my grandmother; and not only this? But she also helped my grandmother save $500! Do yourself a favor, and just go to this store and talk to Daniela! Exceptional!

Looking forward to getting our bed delivered. Our sales consultant Dani was awesome. She made the experience great even though we had those stupid mask on.

My salesman, Robert Choate spoke with me on the phone about various options. He met me at the store and showed me everything and helped me to make the right choice for my needs. Definitely love the Sleep Number beds. This is my 4th one to purchase. Now all bedrooms in my house will have one.

I love the selection of beds but the sales team make you feel pressured. I feel like I was buying a car and had to make a decision on the spot. I also dont the idea of paying $9k for a bed and you dont get free remotes. I was told to use the app however the app have a 2star rating for having lots of problems. So long story short, I decided not to move forward.

We have had our bed for about a year and sleep better then ever. Love it.

Too soon to tell. Store guy said we could change delivery date. Wife tried; no go. Had to have sheets and head board brackets shipped separately but tracking number we got says not valid. Customer service has been iffy. We’ll see if everything shows up as it’s supposed to.

Bought a adjustable bed here in June. The sales staff was awful after purchase and calling customer service was not much better. Confusion and ineptness abounds. Customer services was just incompetent, the sales staff in the store was incompetent and rude. This is a higher end store and you would expect better service and knowledge. I would rather go to Walmart. I will never go here again. Thank goodness I did not get a mattress here because any needed information or service would be awful. Stay Away!Buy these items at another store and another company altogether.

Over priced

We where told 5-7 day. Today is day 7 and no new sheets. Not happy, when we spend $275 plus and still no products.

All it is, is an air up mattress. (Didnt find that out till they came out to install it.) Sales person told us we had 30 days after we reciving the bed, we could return for a full refund if we didnt like it. Well after really sleeping on it for a few nights and found out the air up mattress just deflates to adjust to u. Its like sleeping on a deflated air up mattress. Tried to return the bed before 30 days, and was told the mattress is refundable but the 3k plus bed frame is not.What a joke. They need to tell people its just an air up mattress that deflates to ur body not adjusts.Wish we never would of bought it.
