Emma Garza was our sales person. We went there on Sunday and looked around the store. We couldnt make up our minds. She gave us her card and told us to come back or call if we had any questions. We went back yesterday and looked some more. They even moved some tables around for us to see it by other furniture. We bought a sectional reclining sofa, two end tables and a coffee table. She was very helpful and patient with us. We get 36 months, no finance charges. We are very pleased with the staff at Home Zone.

Lilly greeted as soon as we walked in and informed us about the sales and helped us with finding everything we needed and Chris was super informed about the mattresses helping us find the perfect ones. I have horrible back issues and my husband likes a softer bed and I need a firm one and he helped us get a split king bed. One of the best furniture experience I have ever had. Kendra was our sales person. She wasn’t pushy, she was real knowledgeable about all of the furniture in Home Zone. This is actually my second purchase from here. All the staff was real friendly and actually had a sense of humor… that’s real important because I joke quite frequently 🤷🏾‍♀️🤣🤣🤣 But if you want a great deal a quality furniture stop by Home Zone and ask for Kendra.

Carlos was amazing. He was able to make sure my sectional was in stock before I came into the store. Customer service was great I was greeted by the managers as well. The great part about it is they do make their own Furniture so they were in stock unlike Rooms To Go, Big Lots, and Ashleys. Even some local stores were out of stock. The store is very clean and well-kept everyone has mannerisms and is very polite. And they have amazing prices!

Gabriel and Demetrius were great, really everyone there is continuously guiding you as you try to figure out what sofa or whatever you are looking for that suites you. Also, they offer free waters! I’d give them a call or go visit before other stores.-when it comes to delivery they need an option that the customer can select what time they are available instead of the way they do it now. Not very convenient the way it is currently set up.

Came in Saturday to look at some furniture. Carlos approached us and very well mannered and polite. After about 30mins of looking around Carlos came back over and he was able to answer every question for us and didnt have to go look for help which shows his knowledge.
