I was in here with a friend and he had decals in a box and they only put some of them on and then lied saying they tried to call him, Ive been here 3 days and he has been off and no calls came in. The Manager Jason Ray said he didnt have corporates contact info and then went into the shop and called them but could not provide us the info. Then Heath came in to help attack my friend over them not finishing the job. I will never go to any Maaco ever.Update: The paint job is terrible, parts are still sanded no paint on them, wheel wells have paint in them, painted the key hole (I dont think they taped it at all). Paint is not smooth, cracked in a couple spots and much more, pictures coming soon.

It was a pleasure doing business with Jason, the manager at Maaco located on Racetrack Rd, FWB. I had brought the parts: roof rubber moldings and windows rubber weather seals. They were installed as requested and completed the job in a timely manner.Will do business with them again in the future.I highly recommend Maaco at this location. Thank you.

I had given them a good review. I changed my review after going into them about water leaking in my truck. They were supposed to repair the lip that the windshield sits on they did not repair it and my truck is taking on water.

They did a subpar paint job on my hood and my grill. When they needed to re-fix a crack on my grill, they only painted the front of the piece and didn’t paint the rest of it that you can see when you open the hood. And again, it wasn’t painted well, lots of dimples and lines in the paint. Both times that they worked on my car they took about a week longer than they told me when they would finish it. Also they rarely ever answer the phone so good luck trying to talk to them. Never going back there again.

These guys did an outstanding job fixing a dent in my front quarter panel. Some person dented it in a parking lot. I brought it into Maaco and I was set up for an appointment. When I got my car back it looked flawless. I was so impressed with the whole experience. I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to go back for any future needs. Thank you again!!!

I do not recommend this place. My parents came here to get a paint job here. They did a sloppy job with putting things back where they belong such as the spoiler being loose. Was told it would be okay as long as no one would tug on it. The break light was also not put back together. The manager Jason was dumbfounded. He doesn’t know anything about cars. Also, you’re better off going up there because if you call you’ll never get ahold of him.

Heavily recommend these guys, especially if you have an older car that needs a refresh. Auburn and the maaco team did a great job at an extremely good price on my 240sx. Before and after says it all.

A bit pricey compared to other Maaco in the nation. Be prepared for a culture shock. Took me by surprise for $1046 was the lowest cost for a basic paint job at this location. $1650 was the most expensive of the three tiers... mine as well drive it back to home for a cheaper price with the same quality. Looked at the detail estimate and compared it to the paint job done with Maaco back home and is the same but double the price for a basic paint job. So were goin to wait. 4 stars for customers service n 2 stars for the price.

I needed paint job for my sedan. I went to Maaco for an estimate. Got the estimate from Mr Ray who was very personable and customer focused. I dropped my car off and within 3 days I picked it up. Im elated with the Beautiful paint job and the quick turn-around. I will use Maaco again. Awesome customer service!

I turned my car into Maaco well informed of the previous reviews and defects people have reported. I got my car back within 5 business days. I prepared myself for flaws as others have suggested and I was actually impressed. My paint job was pretty decent, especially compared to what I had before. The scratches I had from rubbing the side of a building were gone and the paint job was beautiful. YES there were a few bubbles and defects, as well as, the vinyl wrap around my windows had a ton of knife cuts in them from someone cutting something too deep around my windows??, but that aside the paint looks great! I paid just over $1300 for the premium level, factory paint job diamond black, and I would say it was better than the $10,000 or $3,500 paint jobs I was quoted. Not saying better quality, but better for my budget and not terribly bad. Just water your expectations down a little and you will be fine. Jason was super professional and helpful. Great experience!

The only thing worse than the horrible paint job is the customer service. Easily the worst shop I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

I brought two of my vehicle over there for the paint job and none of the car is done right .the bodywork is need to be fix is still there and the paint job is very poor as not even matching up with the old paint. I regret to bring there for the service and will never be back again.They even paint my tire when they paint the car and when they install the spoiler back,it’s not even fit right And say that if you don’t touch it it will not hurt to be falling off.The Managers jason is not very professional when I talk to him about the issue and he doesn’t seem to be cared for the customer at all.Hopefully you guys will resolve this problem so it won’t happened to the next customer when they brought in a vehicle to be do the service.

This was my first experience going to maacos and i gotta say, they do some pretty good work. I just got 2 fenders painted for my mustang and they look outstanding. Paint was perfect. I paint my car there, I see some details in the paint job like clouds in the hood and fender, 1 run in the trunk and the managers answer is that it is not a factory paint job and that I was paying $ 1250 not $ 5000

Maaco’s promise, is quality service in a timely manner at a great price. This shop in specific managed to deliver on great price. I brought my car in for what was supposed to be a 5 day job. 21 days later, after calling every week for updates, I was told that it was ready for pick up only to show up and get told that some of the paint had stripped when the tech was peeling off the tape so I had to come back at the end of the day. When I came back the car was a mess with runs all around the lower parts of the vehicle and around the doors. All of the weather stripping and tires were completely over-sprayed which would not have been a problem if it had not been a WHITE paint job. To make up for the delay and mediocre paint job, I was given a $50 discount of the overall price which would have been a nice gesture had they not lost my car antenna. I was promised a replacement but never got a call back on that. So the $50 discount turned into a $60 car antenna. I don’t know what I expected out if a $700 paint job though so I can only blame myself. The only redeeming quality of this place was the poor tech that manages the front desk. He was super apologetic for everything and never met us with anything other than complete respect. Do yourself a favor and just pony up the cash for a professional paint job because you’re not going to find that here.

I had my Daughters Honda painted this last week. When I dropped the car off it was understood that no body work would be done. My only request was that the factory pinstripe be sanded down and not visible thru the new paint, that was agreed upon. When I picked the car up the pinstripe was taken off of everywhere but the passengers fender. Asked why they didn’t get that when the rest was done, answer was it’s a “production paint shop” and it is what it is. Asked if he would discount and he told me “sorry, it looks pretty good and not an $8k paint job”....just do what you agreed and if you mess up admit it and make the customer happy so they won’t leave bad reviews. Plenty of fisheyes and trash in the paint...but again it’s not a $8k paint job and she is happy with it.

Ill definitely use them again if I had to! Dropped my car off Monday morning..had it by Wed..

Took my 2004 F150 to have the hood and top painted. Spoke with the manager, Jason. He quoted me a price of $490. I left the truck for one week. I picked the truck up and drove it home. On close inspection I saw that you could see the feathering of the paint on the hood and several grains of dirt impeded in the paint. I called Jason and I took it back in for his inspection. He immediately said that he could not see the feathering of the paint and that the dirt and the feathering would be considered minor flaws and he was not going to do anything about it. He said that he couldnt even see sanding marks which was rare. His demeanor was very unprofessional. He stated that he offers a cheap paint job service not a $4000.00 paint job. I have to admit it is a very cheap paint job but I did expect at least a $500 paint job. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Took a brand new hood there that I ordered from online. Gave them the paint code for my wifes car. They called me a day later to come by and look at the hood. Apparently the hood had been damaged in shipping. I had the part sitting in my garage so long inside the box that I could not return it. They offered to pull the dents out and get it painted right away. Came back a few days later and a weird chemical reaction caused the paint to crack all over. The entire hood had to be stripped and repainted. Came back once again a day later and picked the hood up and it looks amazing! This is just a testament to what ends these people will go to to make sure your happy. All this work on this one part its a surprise to me that they made any money whatsoever. Thank you very much! You will continue to have my business.

Great work at a great price!!!! Auburn and the other guy were very attentive and when the car was finished they saw a minor flaw and fixed my BMW to perfection!!! I did not even know Maaco did body work, especially high quality, I thought it was just a paint shop. But I also know from my experience at this location it is the guys I dealt with that is the reason...they are true gentleman and strive for perfection.

Did an excellent job at very reasonable price. I had garage door damage to my rear bumper. The grooves were very deep and I thought I had to replace the entire bumper...but they were able to sand down, fill and paint. Very timely also.

Maaco did a very good job. They had my vehicle a bit longer than what I expected, but when I seen the workman ship that went into my Lincoln Aviator, I was very impressed, so the on time schedule was completely forgotten as soon as I seen how good these guys were. They are over the top excellent and very detailed. I recommend them highly.

I acquired a 2008 P-6 Pontiac after my boyfriend purchased his daughter a new car. He was unable to sell it due to the hood being faded and peeling. My friend recommended them because they get their work vans painted there. I was so impressed with how quickly they were able to get it done. I dropped it off on Monday and it was ready on Friday. I couldn’t believe what an amazing job they did. Everyone that saw it before and after said it didn’t even look like the same car. It looks brand new!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs their auto painted. Very unprofessional work. No effort in providing quality work. Employee told me they do production not quality work. Left trash in the truck. Got the seats dirty. Over spray all over. Had to make them fix numerous defects in the paint job. No quality check on the work they completed. Bad experience all around.

I have to say they have painted 3 vehicles for me now 2 vans and my truck. For the price you cant beat it. It took a little longer then expected on the truck but I was fine with that. After it being a year old paint job now the truck and vans still look good. Just keep up with it with a little wax here and there and the paint will last you. I will definitely use them in the future. Thanks

We had a 1989 Ford Bronco, two tone, Eddie Bauer, restored to its original paint color for our 17-year old son. We are so excited with the work by Heath, Auburn and their entire team!! If you temper your expectations and understand you’re not paying for a factory job then you’ll probably be happy. This is a good quality re-spray for my daily driver that will continue to gather scratches and chips in the years to come. It looks amazing compared to before, has a warranty, and it’s a whole lot cheaper than a new car. This was the 4th vehicle I’ve taken to them and there will probably be more in the future. This is the second time Ive had some work done by Maaco and I will be a return customer in the future. So far I have had nothing but good experiences with the staff who have been very friendly and professional. Ive had some panels repainted through them and theyve always delivered with a quality job.

First let me start off with their workmanship is WAY below par. I took my black F150 in to have a 6” scratch repaired. The representative told me that they would pull the dent out as best as possible using the least amount of filler and of course repaint. Two large areas of epoxy later where it’s apparent they didn’t try to pull the dent out at all. All they do is patch the areas. Now onto the paint, OVERSPRAY everywhere, and there are around 9-11 holes in the filler or high spots and the dent is still VERY noticeable and the paint isn’t clear like the rest of the truck. They turned a small repair into a much larger issue. I wish I could post some pictures to show their workmanship. Please, I can’t reiterate this enough go somewhere else, you can stand 100ft+ away from my truck and see the flaws. I’m no professional and I could have done better myself. Also upon picking the truck up the interior was COVERED in dust. It took me over 3 hours and $$$ more cleaning up their mess. PLEASE I can’t implore you enough pay the extra money like I eventually did, and have it done by a professional you’ll be much happier in the end.RESPONSEIn response to the owners comment. This wasn’t a “Rush Job” they said it would take a day two max. I wasn’t in any kind of hurry. I just wanted the job done right. As a local business owner myself, I would take responsibility for the actions of my employees and resolve the issue. Per the comment from the owner, he is fine with letting shotty work leave his shop and quick to place the blame elsewhere.UPDATE: 3/10/19Now 2-3 weeks later the clear coat is coming off in multiple areas. I’ve contacted their corporate office and all I’ve received was a computer generated response. If you try to call them their system reverts you to the local shop.

First off... the one thing that they have going for them, is politeness... but cant say that about there service. My car was damaged by Hurricane Michael; with that being said, I live in Panama City, FL. I had to drive 70+ miles one way. I regretfully took my car to Maaco thinking they did qualify work since they have a reputable name. Originally when my car was taken to Maaco to be repaired, they had my car for almost 3 and a 1/2 to 4 week; my insurance provided me with a rental car. When I picked up my car parts of my car were still not fixed and then the parts that were fix, were not done with quality work. I sent them pictures of their work and they told me that they could if all of it in one day. I was going out of town, so they provided me a rental for the weekend. It took them a week, not a day, to fix my car... they only did more damage. Now the chrome was scratched up and where they tried to get the overspray of they didnt. The weatherstrips above my car windows and a black plastic piece on the front of my car was painted black because they couldnt get the overspray off. I also had clear coat on all windows. I made a list of things that still need to be fixed, so we set up another time for that work to be done and they provided me a rental car again. This time they had my car for almost 4 weeks. When they called and said that my car was ready, I was optimistic. This time when I drove over to Maaco, piece of my Chrome was still scratched up, the weatherstrips above my car windows looked like someone had been trying to break in, there were still holes in my passenger side drivers door that were not fixed from the original repair, and there was still glue that oozed from my car emblems. Then they had the nerve to tell me, Ms Freeman, we went above and beyond to fix your car. Tell me this... when did paying for a job to be done right while taking almost 8 weeks to complete, not finishing with quality work and things being left undone become going above and beyond??? My 3 year old car is not fixed. Its now worth about half of what I still owe on it. Progressive made the mistake of cutting almost a $4500 check without the car being looked at for complete and quality work, so after Maaco received their money they had no initiative to finish the job. To this day I havent signed anything with Progressive to release my car from Maaco nor have I signed anything with Maaco. After the above and beyond comment, I took it as we wash our hands of the job, so I dont feel comfortable discussing this issue of trying to get my car back to a whole again. I am in the process of taking this up with Progressive and Im waiting on a call from the Maaco HQ. I wanted to attach picture, but it wont let me.

I have a F350, four door, long bed truck. It’s a huge truck and a lot of work to paint. The estimates I got from everyone else were $8,000! These guys did it for a fourth of that. They left me on hold for 30 minutes just to wait until they closed just so they couldn’t help me with a simple question. They are a terrible auto repair company

All I can say is: wow!! These people know what theyre doing and they do it at such a low cost! I had a friend who had his Tacoma painted and it looked really good so he recommended when my Toyota Camry, 1997, needed painting for me to go there and get it painted. I really expected the paint job to cost double what it did. I was shocked when they handed me the quote. So then I thought I would end up with a poor quality paint job, but really didnt care because my Camry had 283,000 miles on it and I just wanted something to stop the rust. I knew I would end up with the quality paint job when after I called to see if it was ready, they told me they were not happy with how the spoiler on the back of the Camry came out. So they were redoing it. Again, they surprised me with that since the paint job was so cheap, I could not believe they were taking the time to redo something, just because they didnt like the way it turned out. When I went to pick up the car and inspected it, I was shocked again at the high quality job they did on my old rusted out Camry. Now, I hope to get another 283,000 miles out of it. These people are professionals and take pride in what they do. I cannot imagine any other shop in our area being half as good as this one. I just bought my son a 2005 Toyota tundra for him to drive to college. Im taking it by Meiko because of the dents and dings in it. After my experience and my friends experience, why would I take it anywhere else?

Got me in quick, repaired my vehicle quick. When I picked up my vehicle there was some kind of glue on the outside that they failed to notice, and I pointed out to them. They removed it before I drove off. Also inside of my car had white dust all over and smelled of cigarettes . Repair job was quick but they were sloppy and rushed

I brought my Ram in to get it’s good and roof painted/touched up due to sun damage. Auburn helped me out. He worked with me on the price and the timing. Came out looking great. Glad I brought it here.

I went in and had them do a walk over of my truck for an estimate. They told me $600 to repair a dent, sand down my truck, then paint it all Glossy White. I had the paper work with the estimate. I bring in the truck a few weeks later to drop off and have the work done. He then tells me they cant do it for that price and if he painted my truck it would wrinkle and he would not guarantee or give me any warranty for the work. I asked why the renigging of your estimate on paper you typed up for me then ? He said well it would wrinkle and peel because they wouldnt sand it down and or prime it at all. They would just paint it once. I asked why would you do so little in prepping before painting and this still does not explain why you are renigging on your paperwork. I dont mind paying more for it to be done correctly. Charge me more I dont mind. I just want it done. He then just tossed a high number out there to make me leave. Saying it would be $2,000 alone to sand my truck. Behind him are about 10 different prices ranging from $300, $3,000 for complete paint jobs that include sanding and prepping. Not sure how everyone else is getting their trucks sanded, prepped, and painted as we speak. There are 3 trucks in the shop with guys sanding them down and prepping them right now. He would not explain. Only scare me off by repeating his new quote of $2,000 to sand and then $600 to paint it and his only guarantee was that it would wrinkle and he would not warranty it not even a month. The place has nowhere for the vehicles to dry but to park them outside against the highway. Dust, rocks, water, nature, rain, etc etc blanketing all the other vehicles with wet paint waiting for their owners. I would give 0 stars if it would let me.

Ive taken my truck to them twice now, once for a paint job and the second time for body work and they were awesome both times. Their hospitality, turnaround time, and prices are all equally exceptional.

Overall they did a great job. Only issue was they didnt have it done when promised n they didnt tell me till I called in way to pick up ..but . The reduced price n apologized n made it right . They were polite n nice and did great on paint job .

The service was great, however the condition of my truck was horrible. I left some paperwork, and small items in the truck (trust I will be monitoring for identify fraud) . Im like OK they rummaged in it. I left it there nosey people in this world. I looked between the seats where I keep my multiple UBS device, and it was gone! I left that there do to the fact, if it was taken off it would mess up the interior in my truck... now its jacked up, and Im definitely going to talk to someone about this. Its crazy they did a great job on the exterior, and mess up my interior. Its a older truck, but its my truck!!! No honest people these days makes me sick to my stomach. I was looking forward to future business with them, but Im good.

These guys dont give a damn on whether the customer leaves happy or tired of asking for the obvious and just leaves. I feel bad for telling my girlfriend about this place. She took her car here and has cried everytime she has gotten it home. If they have to fix a mess up,they create three more. The car will come back with issues it didnt have before you took it here. Its like they paint blindfolded with all the car doors open. No detailing,no vacuum,paint splatters,paint where paint should not be and thats absolutely OK with them. These guys half assed everything. Update: yes my girlfriend hates her car. Since we have gotten it back there is a slow leak in a few of the tires and her ac has gone completely out. A car that she has only put 1,300 miles on in the year she has had it,she hates. Everytime she sees all the careless mistakes these guys made,it really makes her hate her car and me for throwing their name out in the universe. Maybe all the reasons arent their fault,maybe they are. I wouldnt bring a car here if they paid me to. Save your time,money,sanity by going somewhere that knows and cares about what a reputable business should.

When it comes to body work and paint jobs you get what you pay for. And they are the cheapest around. Took a door mirror to them to paint and it had two runs on the bottom and they even painted the mounting plate along with the housing after I specifically asked them to paint only the mirror housing. Their fix was to shoot it matte black again and apologize. If you want your tires, exhaust, etc to match your car go to Maaco. Overspray is free

Kind customer service but I would appreciate better communication on timing, bring out of a family vehicle for additional unanticipated days is a huge inconvenience especially without communication so it was more difficult to plan for. Some mistakes were made but they acknowledged them were willing to fix them at no cost.

What a fantastic paint job!!! I told them to take their time since I was in no hurry for the truck. My truck had the usual Nissan Titan paint totally gone on the top and hood and starting to rust. I was a little hesitant to use MAACO after reading some previous reviews, but since the new management has taken over things sure have turned around. No overspray, no runs and just a wonderful paint job. All team members told me if I have any problems please let them know and they will take care of them. Heath and the rest of the team did a great job. I will refer all my friends to MAACO from now on!!

In my experience the work was unprofessional and underneath the badly painted bomper and the paint dripped in second did not put the feet that they had to put in the end was a bad job

The owner is nice and helpful, but everybody else is awful. The work they do is just terrible. They got paint on everything, all inside the hood, and on my bed liner. They also got paint all over my rubbers, like abound the windows. They were not even able to match the colors of my truck to my camper shell, even though they painted both. They just said that because one is metal and the other is fiberglass, the paint sticks differently. They did not even clean the spots where they put the replacement decals back on. There are deep scratches in my rubber seals from what looks to be raiser blades.

I retract everything good I wrote about Maaco It was dark and rainy I could not get a good look at my truck. In the light of day I saw multiple imperfections. Starting with a $200 bull bar that they scratched up with their sander, which is no where they needed to sand. they ruined my $280 custom grill. The lower molding on my window was ruined, then they had the audacity to tell me it would cost $80 to replace it, after they messed it up, They sanded the plastic/rubber molding around my back window and scarred it up.I talked with the owner about all the overspray and he said we cannot help overspray. The staff was unfriendly. I am totally dissatisfied and I do not give them 5 stars.I would not recommend Maaco to anyone I know.

Had my front bumper done a year and a half ago and never wrote a review. Decided that I should after working on my car today and re-realizing what a terrible job they did. Theres paint on my grill, headlights, and fog lights. Not to mention the terrible overspray drips under both fog lights. You can still see where the repair was done, the curvature in the bumper is still flawed. I would never recommend this place.
