I took my car in for an estimate after I was involved in an accident, they were very speedy but very thorough. They gave me an estimate that I thought was reasonable, so I asked them when I could bring my car in for repairs. I expressed to them that I have a job, work 6 days a week, and I go to college in August 6 hours away. They were EXTREMELY helpful in making time for me. They were booked solid until July 14 (a month and a half from the day of my estimate), but I called back a few days later and they moved some appointments around and got me in the following Monday. I was promised my car in 8 days and I got it in 8 days. They left me voicemails while I was at work throughout the whole repair process. AMAZING COMPANY! 10/10 recommend.

First, let me say I would not entrust the repair of my vehicle to just any body shop. While this was my first time working with Miracle Strip body shop, they undoubtedly exceeded my expectations. Craig, along with a team of excellent technicians, coordinated my repair in a timely manner and performed additional work that went above and beyond the initial assessment. Their communication was excellent and updates were provided regularly. Although they were booked out several weeks in advance, the quality of their work was worth the wait. Thank you Miracle Strip.

Miracle Strip Body Shop Ft.Walton Beach is one of the best body shops that I have used for repairs. All the technicians did a superb job on repairing our Ford Expedition. Chad kept me well informed on the repair process. He and the staff were very courteous. Chad went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was clean after the repairs were completed. This is the 2nd time that I have used this shop for repairs. Both were high quality work. Miracle Strip Body Shop is the only shop that I would consider for repairs . If you live in the Ft.Walton, Destin area I highly recommend that you use this shop for all your repair needs. I give them five stars and A plus Rating.

I cant recommend Miracle Strip Body Shop enough. Everyone is super helpful, keep you up to date and just really nice people. The work they performed on my car is phenomenal and they returned it back to me clean!

Only had experience here through my car being totalled out so I can not speak to the quality of their work.I see benefit to the fact that they wouldnt release the car to the insurance company without my approval because I may have needed to retrieve items from the vehicle (I didnt personally but I imagine many people would) They were also very friendly on the phone and easy to work with when I did talk to anyone here.1 star off for not calling me and letting me know this was the case and the insurance was trying to pick the car (which they then owned) up on multiple occasions and being refused.

Beyond impressed with the quality repairs preformed by the Miracle Strip team. I had a scratch on the back of my 3-month old Mazda that happened in my garage. I was so upset with myself. I took it to Miracle Atrip Body Shop and they made it look brand new. They washed and cleaned the car as well. I am very happy again!

Final presentation and cleaning was very well done. Upon inspection noticed some items not installed either correctly or at all. Extremely disappointed in ability to make an achievable finish date. Was understandable given holidays and short staff, new finish dates should have accounted for this.

Miracle Strip Body Shop did a great job on my car repair. It was a great experience after my accident.

Unfortunately we’ve had to use the services of Miracle Strip Body Shop due to a couple of auto accidents where we were hit by distracted drivers twice over the past three years. This place made the car repair simple and easy for us, and did a great job while billing the insurance company directly. The second time the car was totaled and they worked quickly and communicated well at every step of the way.

We were told a date to bring our vehicle in for repairs and they didnt even have all the parts available. We have been without it for almost 2 weeks.

I wont be using these folks again. I asked for pictures of my vehicle before the repairs began and they refused.... umm, its my car. And the pictures were needed by my attorney. You would they would comply to make doing business with them a little easier. Long story short, I had to jump through hoops with insurance and they ended up calling me to apologize and sent pictures. They were wrong. Go figure.

My wife went in to get an estimate while I was out of town. The person doing the estimate told tried to tell her that the damage did not happen when she said it did and questioned her. It was not his place to do so, I have used them in the pass with no problem, but I went in all those times and felt she would be taken care of in my absence. So I will not return there and told my insurance company as much. There a should not be any change in service no matter who goes into these places. I will take my business here again.

I try to be a positive person but I have nothing positive to say about this company....we were grossly over charged for the work that was done and it was not done to the extent we had expected. I can only imagine what they charge our insurance companies when they are paying.The job was supposed to take 4 days but when I called last Thursday about picking up my car I was told it was still curing and had to wait until Monday (they are closed Friday thru Sunday) when my husband stopped by on Monday he was told the same thing and the car would be available Tuesday. At 5:45pm on Tuesday evening we were called that it was ready and since they closed in 15 minutes we didnt get the car until Wednesday.

Had my Jeep repaired here from a rear end collision. They did a very good job including the paint job.
