So sad to have to fix my car after hitting a post, but the people at Fenders were fabulous. So professional, friendly, helpful & fun. My husband picked me up in his 94 Jeep Wrangler & the passenger door would not open. Fenders witnessed our distress & came to our rescue. At least 5 employees came out & were determined to fix the door & they did. I was so grateful & they wouldnt even let us pay them. Cant say enough about Fenders. Stopped in to have my hood adjusted, it was a little off center. I was greeted by Laura who was courteous and very professional. She went out of her way to have her team adjust this as I waited; this type of service is hard to find.

Fenders Collision did a great job taking care of removing rust spots on my F-150. They paid particular attention to detail on removing the rust, taping and repainting the roof. Removing that rust and smoothing out the roof was done professional and I would recommend them to anyone that requires body work on your vehicle. Great people and a neat place. They fixed our Toyota Highlander after frontal collision. After having a small parking incident, I took my 2016 Plum Crazy Purple Charger Hellcat to Fenders hoping they could restore my baby to her former glory. I spoke with Laura Moseley and she promised they could restore the damaged front fascia and hard to match original paint to like new. UPDATE! The body work was perfection. Can’t tell we were ever hit. The big HOWEVER, is that they failed to secure my battery and my car died on me in the middle of an intersection. Completely dead, couldn’t even turn on my hazards. Thank goodness it was on a side street. Heaven forbid it happened on in interstate with my children in the car. It honestly makes me sick to think about what could have happened. Serious safety hazard. AND they didn’t plug in my sunroof. I’m glad I have a friendly dealership that didn’t charge me to fix those two things. Hopefully by writing this review, they will take the time to double check the battery from now on so that no one else becomes a safety risk.Original review: We are from out of state but were in an accident while visiting family in Crestview. We chose this repair shop based on the good reviews. I should have known to take our business elsewhere when it took them over a week to tow the van from Crestview to Ft. Walton. We were told 18-21 business days of work. We are now at 35!!!! Allison at the front desk is very professional; however I spoke to the manager after it being 2 weeks late and she was less professional. After it was a week late we were told it would be the “the end of the week or beginning of next week.” Then when that deadline came and went, we were told by the manager “I make no promises in this business” and they are backed up with over “40 vehicles.” We were told our car would be finished and Fenders requested payment from insurance on our car. We told insurance to pay - they overnighted it. Another week has gone by, still no car, despite having payment from us. They say the wheel bearing is bad when they test drove it. Why they wouldn’t check this before is beyond me since I was hit in the wheel well. They do not seem to care that I have been without a car for over 2.5 months and they have made it clear we are not a priority.At this point we are just hoping it was a job well done but we haven’t even seen it yet. Just a suggestion, if Fenders is backed up with 40 cars, perhaps they should work until 5 on Friday.

They did an excellent job on my car. It was difficult to leave my damaged car in Florida and head home in a rental. I read the other reviews and decided not to worry about my car. It was completely restored after the accident. They even cleaned it! They also went above and beyond what I expected as to customer service. I highly recommend this body shop. I bought my wife a new 2020 Toyota Corolla LE. Three weeks after the purchase my wife backed in to a small tree at a friends house. Even though it was a small tree, it caused quite a bit of damage to the trunk lid, rear bumper, trim and metal bracing behind the bumper. I originally was going with another body shop, but after a good friend told me about Fenders Collision USA, I decided to change to their repair shop. They were courteous and very professional, but even more important was the quality work performed. I had a brand new car and I wanted my car to be repaired to the same level as it was prior to the damage the tree caused to the car. They repaired and finished the car on the same date as originally promised to me. The repair was outstanding and I was very happy that they returned my car to me same as new. I would not be as concerned with an older car, but with a brand new car, I was very concerned that the repairs would not be to manufactures level. I was pleasantly surprised that my car was repaired and finished perfectly. For many years I worked with vehicle and equipment repair in the USAF, so I know the difference between average and excellent work. My passenger side rear quarter got fixed and painted here. They did a terrible job, I refused to take it & they did body work and painted it again. The car still has tons of pin holes in the clear and imperfections where it was fixed. I will not be going here again. I wish photos did it justice of how bad it is.EDIT: I don’t use my public name on here because I don’t like being able to be looked-up easily. My car was a black 2014 Ford Fiesta and It was done several months ago at this location. Please actually take this review seriously rather than trying to cover it up. Very poor quality, don’t recommend!

Came in with about a 3 inch long scratch on my Subaru. Immediately was met at the front door, given a estimate and a alternative way to fix the scratch. I went with the cheaper alternative way and the tech immediately went out and worked on the scratch. Couldnt be happier. I will be back to Fenders whenever I need body work on my vehicles.

Great service. I went in wondering if I needed a new paint job after a very large tree branch fell on my car. Laura took my car and washed and buffed it and got almost every scratch out. It looked great. Saved me money and piece of mind. Great customer service. I would definitely use them again.

Pretty sure this is my first time reviewing a business, but I couldnt wait to. My roommate sideswiped my car on a concrete pillar, scratching a door panel up pretty badly. I spent the morning driving around to different shops gathering estimates. When I got to Fenders, my first impression was that the inside was nice and comfortable, and the receptionist was quick to greet & help me and was very friendly. Laura was out to do the estimate within about 3 minutes of me walking in. She walked around it with me, then asked me to pull around, saying she expected much of it to buff off. She spent some time on it with the buffer and compound, knowing that I hadnt left any contact info and was just here for an estimate. She then mixed touch up paint for the 2 small spots remaining, and preceeded not only to finish my door, but walk around the car (now 9 yrs old) and spent some time sealing every scratch while I watched. The whole thing was done in about 20 min. When I asked how much I owed her, she said nothing! The last estimate from another local shop was for over $440, and Fenders fixed it for free. Laura was so knowledgeable and helpful; the whole shop was friendly and professional. Im so excited to have found a local body shop I can trust! Will definitely come here for any future needs.

The service here is parallel to none. They were very courteous, set a date to be able to take my car and kept the appointment time. The work was done in just under 3 days!!!! Beware, they will get in the way of you getting the most from your own insurance company.I recent pulled my truck out of this shop pulling on one side because they didnt want my own insurance company to give me an alignment.You will have a concern and ask them to take that up with your insurance company. When you call again they will tell you that a your insurance say NO but when you call your insurance furious and all, the insurance will not have a clue what youre talking about because They never call and take your concern up. They decided in the name of my insurance what I should get from my own insurance company.

I needed my rear bumper replaced. Fenders Collision matched the paint of the new bumper just perfectly ... I could not tell the bumper was a replacement and not the original. They did a perfect job - I kept staring to find a difference in the shade ... but no, it was perfectly matched. The staff was courteous, professional and friendly. Excellent service and unparalleled professionalism. I have never been to an auto body shop that werent after your pockets but absolutely have a genuine concern for your car issues. At Fenders they displayed just that, extremely friendly and knowledgeable, I was able to get an appointment the next day, I dropped off my AUDI A6 and the part to be installed didnt fit after several hours of labor. After they called me and made me aware they explained with great details the why and I understood the situation.I went to go pick up my car and they washed it and installed the parts that did fit but the main one didnt and after over 3 hours of labor, Im at the cash register and the lady in the front desk which is very charismatic and courteous told me that the manager does not want to charge me because the main part did not fit. I was astound and overwhelmed with the huge generosity and compassion they gave me.After reading some other reviews I see that at Fenders, they are extremely helpful at all situations and truly want to help out the customers. On top of all that the lobby looks and feels extremely welcoming with complimentary coffee and soft drinks instead of having a vending machine like all the other shops. I will highly recommend and encourage anybody to take their cars to Fenders.

I went here to get my interior and exterior handles replaced on my Mitsubishi. The staff was friendly and helpful. The owner, Bill, spoke to me personally and quoted me a price less than half of what the dealership quoted me. They completed the repair promptly and in very little time. I highly recommend them for all of your auto body repair needs.

Had our Cadillac fixed at Fenders after a hit and run in the Home Depot parking lot. Top notch service and a very fast repair! Service and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They even buffed my headlights and got the yellow haze off of them at no charge! I call that excellent service!

I brought my car here after Progressive told me this was the fastest and most reliable option to repair my car. There has been no communication about the repairs on my car or the estimated time of completion unless I have called them. I dropped it off on Monday and the lady said I should hear something back by Tuesday, definitely no later than Wednesday. I had to call them on Thursday to get information because they had not contacted me Tuesday or Wednesday. They estimated my car would be completed by the following Thursday. Well the Thursday came and no call so I contacted them again and they told me they we just waiting for the stripe guy and then my car would be finished but they close in 30 minutes so it wouldnt be ready until first thing Friday and she would call me in the morning and let me know. They open at 8 and I waited until 10 before I called them again. She informed me that my car was not completed, they didnt have the correct stripe so they had to order it but my car would be done at 11. I asked her if it was typically to not communicate delays and she said they send out emails to communicate with customers so they dont have to call each individual person (which no-one told me until today but I check my emails so I seen them). The last email I received was on the 28th and it said the car was due out on the 29th. There was no communication of the delay. This has cost me time off of work since they close at 12 on Fridays, an additional day for the rental and unnecessary stress. I will not bring my business back nor will I recommend this place to anyone. I have already spoken to several individuals about my experience and they have agreed that this is unacceptable.

Had two different issues done here. Latest was my brand new Challenger that the make ready guys at the dealer managed to put a deep scratch in. Laura came out and spent around 40 minutes wet sanding and buffing. Got the scratch completely out! I asked how much? but she did not charge me st all. She said go get this color waxed asap! And that was that. Would definitely recommend.

What can I say but WOW! I came in looking for an estimate after a hit and run, mostly concerned about avoiding rust in the Florida humidity.The gentleman took a look at my car, told me I didn’t have much to worry about- most of the cosmetic damage was paint transfer. He had my keys for ten minutes while they did a more thorough look over, I waited in a very clean waiting area fully stocked with complementary beverages, and when they brought my car back out they’d buffed the paint transfer off free of charge!I hope I don’t get in any more accidents, but if I should ever need work done again, I know exactly who to give my business to!Thank you!

Follow up: I can not say enough good things about Fenders Collision...the 3M tape that came on one of my door body side moldings (items I purchased and had them install, not anything they sold me or used during a repair) was either old or flawed. The one that was on my drivers door was just starting to show signs of coming loose at one end. Fenders Collision did not hesitate to remove the piece, use their own 3M tape, reinstalled it and never charged me a dime.I took my other vehicle in for some cosmetic work...once again I have only wonderful things to say...awesome people and QUALITY WORK!

We were traveling down for a week vacation and had a wreck. We were due to return the next Saturday morning. Our vehicle could not handle a 14 hour drive in the state it was in. Our insurance agent, Robert Fuller, from Allstate got us setup with Bill at Fenders. He was able to fit us in their schedule and completely fix our vehicle by Friday morning. His company was the only one that was even going to attempt it. Bill said that his team worked early and late to make sure we could drive home safely. I was truly amazed at their work and that they cared about our situation. I highly recommend Fenders to anyone, truly amazing.

Unfortunately, Ive been here 2x times since October due to being rear ended but natasha and the fenders crew always take care if me. Very friendly, explain everything, and always cooperative. The only body shop Ill take my car to in oskaloosa county.

Building is PRISTINE, staff was EXTREMELY friendly, and my car turned out great. Bought a car from Toyota that started peeling after 6 months but that was no problem for these guys, they repainted my entire vehicle and made it look brand new. HIGHLY recommend, the owner is a stickler for details. Place is so clean it is ridiculous.

When you read reviews about auto body shops, you are going to get a little freaked out. You do not need to be worried if you deal with Fenders Collision! I was a little worried after all the horror stories you hear, but Fenders was amazing! The customer service was quick and impeccable (even when I called way to many times!). The final cost was exactly that of the estimate and will call you if there are any changes to the estimate. They did take an extra day over the original estimate, but hey, they snuck me into the schedule to fix my bumper and it was still only 2 days! And those 2 days were worth it! When I saw my bumper I wondered if they had repainted the entire car! The color match was perfect and it looked slick! They detailed my car and even cleaned my dirty headlights! I really cant give them enough praise because they were just so wonderful, easy, and simple to work with! I even have to brag on them a little. The owner was having a private conversation with an old customer while I was waiting to pick up my car. I didnt mean to eavesdrop but the owner explained that they had a car that the insurance company messed up on and paid the customer off for the car and did not total the title out. Fenders in essence fixed a car but the lady had already bought a new one. Fenders ended up finding a local in need after Hurricane Micheal destroyed the panhandle and donated the car to her. It was an emotional story in a time of need and pain for the area. When I heard this man explain what his company did, I really learned to respect them even more. If you want a good company to treat you and your car right, go to Fenders!

Absolutely amazing customer service! I decided to go to Fenders Collision USA after I accidently pulled off all but one side of my front bumper on my G6. I was worried about my bumper falling onto the road while driving so I took it to the closest auto body repair shop. I was greeted by Bill Roberts, who told me that all the technicians were busy at the moment, yet he still took the time to take my car around back and replace the plastic screws that were ripped out from under the hood holding it in place.Thank you Mr. Roberts and Fenders Collision USA for making my car safe to drive again!!

I took my car in to Fenders Collision after Progressive Insurance told me that they would guarantee the work if I used one of their designated body shops. My car was new and in excellent condition before the rear-end collision. When I picked up my car, the cargo door was misaligned, the rear bumper panel color was not the same color, and there was paint droplets on the adjacent panel. In addition, there is communication disorganization with the body shop which resulted in an extra visit, extra car rental and my time! This body shop did not stand behind their work, and Progressive Insurance did nothing about it. There are other body shops in the area which are more highly recommended. I should have listened!!!

Im visiting my son and his family here in Fort Walton Beach and during this time, my sons car was damaged by another driver while parked. They went above and beyond with repairing my bumper!

First off the customer service is amazing. I absolutely hate car repair places because they always seem to be trying to make as much money as possible and get pushy.So I get in there and they are super relaxed and really nice in a genuine sort of way. Completly honest about the dent on my bumper saying to fix it completly would be a replacement but since it was. But it cosmetic he would pop out the dent no charge.Could not recommend more, will go there for any and all issues

They did such a fantastic job with my truck! I damaged my tailgate, bumper, and brake lights. Not only did they fix that with amazing speed, they fixed some of the paint that had previously been damaged and even sent me home with a tiny bottle to patch the spots they did not have time to get to. They also brought some problems with rusting to my attention so that I was aware of them. And dealt with all of the paperwork with my insurance company. I simply cannot say enough about the stellar customer service. If I ever have another issue I know where to go!

Bill and his excellent staff have made this repair an exceedingly smooth one. Unlike lots of local body shops, Bill is not an invisible owner he is all hands on and lets get this fixed. I have never had body work done in this area that we did not have to go back 3-4 times to get it right. At Fenders it was 100% right the very first time. It looks awesome, better than the day I bought it. They took care of the rental, and everything for us- and my truck was shiny and clean all over when I picked it up. I hope I never need another repair, but if and when I do, I will definitely go back to Fenders. You can save yourself a lot of headaches and time by going here first.
