Fantastic service from the phone call at first contact all the way to the finished product, my 2018 F-150 Platinum was repaired and looked like it came out of the factory again. Im a vehicle inspector and I looked everything over with a fine tooth comb, actually a magnifying glass and a paint meter, and from panel alignment to headlight assembly grill bumper the various aerodynamic pieces that are in front of the vehicle and the shutter system all perfect. Gary was fantastic, a big welcome home to this Vietnam vet, Nick and Allen were also fantastic. All aluminum F-150 that I was worried about getting proper repairs was a wasted worry because everything looks fantastic.

Customer service is a simple thing to achieve. ESPECIALLY in the sense of letting someone know you were not interested in working on their car. It took four calls, one time getting hung up on after the receptionist heard that I was inquiring for the third time. The last time the call was answered by a guy who informed me that they did not handle “business off the street”. I guess meaning if it wasn’t insurance related, they did not touch it. Even when proved to see if it was a concern about money, they just flat refused.for reference, I have a Lotus Elise. Not a cheap car by any means. I purchased it after being in a prior wreck and I could tell that the previous repairs had not been done correctly. This shop claiming they specialize in frame repair, should have been a good fit for the job. Money wasn’t a problem for me, guess it wasn’t good enough for them.Had I have been told that on even my second call in, I would have had no issue. Every shop has things that they stick by. No problem, but 3 phone calls with no return call or text, then a hang up and another phone call just to be told to find someone else. Piss poor performance. I have 15 years in the motorsports industry and this might have been the weakest performance of customer service yet.

Emma, all of the staff and our highly skilled technician at Emerald Coast Collision were AMAZING! We had a terrible experience with Gerber after our accident and have been trying to resolve our repair issues for over a year. We finally got Geico to approve us to go to a different shop and we are unbelievably grateful that ECC was there to help. They were fast, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and most of all patient. They fixed what the other shop was clearly not equipped to handle and also further diagnosed and repaired underlying issues that were missed. They helped deal with our insurance (that’s where the patients came in) to make sure the work was completed correctly. I don’t care who your “preferred shop” is for insurance but I will never take a vehicle anywhere else but here! Thank you for everything and making our car safe to drive our family around.

Ive lived in the area for about 10 years and Ive dealt with three different body shops all of which are located in Crestview. To say the least the customer service and the work was sub par. I chose Emerald Coast Collision due to the numerous positive reviews on Google and Im glad about my decision. Mr. Moore was the shop representative that took care of my claim. The customer service and attention to detail was second to none. He was very meticulous in recording the damage on my car and kept me up to date on the status of my car throughout the proces. I am very pleased with Emerald Coast Collision Repair. I would recomend this business in a heartbeat.

My van was battered by a hailstorm, seared by a battery fire, and had a broken bumper. This is complicated by the fact that the company who made the Van is out of business. There is only one company in the world that makes replacement panels. And we found it. ECC painted and replace the hood, replaced the rear panel that was melted by the fire, and painted and replaced the broken front bumper cover. When they took it in, it looked like someone had gone after the hood and side with a hammer, and took a flame thrower to the rear panel. Im pleased that they were patient enough to find the parts. I like that Mike would give me a call on Thursday with updates. And now its so beautiful. It looks like new again. They do excellent work. I would recommend them to anyone who needs body work.

This post should be shared with every single vehicle owner on the Emerald Coast. If you need body work and repair, even if you have to drive 2 hours - make the drive to get the best. Nick was extremely professional and explained every little detail that was getting done to my truck.Ive been a custom airbrush artist for 23 years and have dealt with so many collision businesses ... none come close to this place. Each vehicle in the shop had its own booth with a very organized place for parts. All their equipment seems to be top of the line. I was able to go to the back and see several employees working on vehicles and it was clear that they hire the best in their trade.Lastly, you cant beat their prices. I shopped around a lot and they have the best prices in the area and guarantee their work. Their diagnostic machines ensure that your vehicle is put back perfectly and you do not have to come back with missed diagnostics. They have very fancy equipment to ensure color matching. Ive seen very expensive cars (like Lamborghinis) being trusted in that shop, but they treat customers like me (with normal vehicles) just the same ... Top Notch Service! Highly recommend!

After we pick it up we realize There was a scratch around gear box on dash board. We took it back same day and they did not accepted they did it. Manager was rude and ask us to prove that it happened while it was at the shop. There was no way for me to prove that. He did not do anything about it. It was not a good experience at all.

Took forever for them to get needed paperwork too insurance company

Initial work may have taken longer then expected waiting on reduced proceed parts to arrive? This was covered in insurance claim so cost want an interesting like issue. However they may do this in order to have larger profit?on Decent although I had to go back to have additional work done that seems it should have been identified during initial or final inspection. Staff was happy to do remaining work and completed additional work promptly.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I came by for an estimate in September 2019, and chose them to do the repair. Five months later after four phone calls talking to the same incompetent people, they still haven’t even contacted my insurance company and are nowhere near scheduling a repair. They have a bunch of pretty SOCOM and military charity stuff all over the walls too, what a joke. Go anywhere but here. First try somewhere else, I got the vehicle scheduled for repairs.

I brought my truck to Emerald Coast Collision and Repair after suffering extensive damages during Hurricane Michael. Nick Chauvin was my estimator and point of contact. Throughout every step of the repair process, Nick kept me informed of the status of my repairs. He worked with my insurance company to process the supplementals. In addition, Nick rented a minivan to me at a reasonable rate when no other companies had stock available to rent. After all repairs were complete, I inspected my truck and found everything was completed with the greatest possible attention to detail. I highly recommend this company!

Let me start out by saying, I am not an easy customer. I acknowledge that. I want perfection, I want good, no... great! customer service. I want details and I ask lots of questions. I am not hesitant to ask for what I want and for what I think is fair. I have a beautiful Black, Ford-F150 pickup, Harley Davidson Edition, decked out in complete leather, 2002 Supercharger. Vroom Vroom! My husband bought her for me for Christmas. She is sporty and is a little badass. I have kept her spotless from bumper to bumper. You could eat off of my engine. We drove to Tenn in June and a woman backed into us in the parking lot at Wal-Mart. We had our tailgate down with the extender rail attached so the body damage was not as severe as if it had been closed. But it was enough to break my heart. Now... I have never had an accident, much less had to deal with insurance and a repair shop. After much searching on line, the reviews for ECC captured my attention. I contacted them and as with any worthwhile place of business, it took a few weeks to get the estimate and schedule the repair (good quality breeds waiting lists). ECC took care of all the insurance communication from that point. They also took care of the car rental by making the reservations with a stroke of a key and updating them with any changes to the date of completion (I am fortunate to have great insurance...USAA...and they covered the cost of the rental). I was in no hurry for the repairs to be done since I had transportation (rental) and quite frankly, I wanted them to take their time in doing the repairs. It was worth the wait! My little Harley Supercharger looks perfectly beautiful again. The guys/gals in the body and paint department did an excellent job. There were a few snags along the way however, Eric and Emma did whatever necessary to make sure I was happy and that every little detail was given proper attention. Again, no small feat with me as a customer. ECC made this whole process much less painful than I thought it would be. I was rear ended a month ago and had my Lotus Elise taken to Emerald Coast Collision. When I received a text message from my insurance company stating the damage would be repaired in a month, I contacted ECC that day to find out details. They told me they were repairing the clamshell which essentially is the bumper and houses the safety components. The area was badly cracked on the rear right side and I knew from experience that repairing cracked fiberglass is a no no, especially on a safety device. I was not only concerned about safety issues, but also because if it resulted in further cracks in the future, which was almost certain, I had no doubt they would fight me on it after this experience. So, the owner Eric first told me that my insurance company stressed they could only repair the device, so I had to contact my insurance company who showed me the document that said repair or replace, so that was lie #1. Second, he told me that it wasnt technically a safety device (bumper) and so I contacted Lotus and had them contact my insurance company to tell them it in fact was, (all this after them telling me they were capable and knowledgeable about my vehicle). After Proving that it resulted in a total loss of my vehicle because of the price of the body components. I decided to retain the vehicle and needed to pick it up at this point because they were obviously not capable, and Eric the owner was recommending I do not pick it up, instead take the full pay out, which bothered me because I never asked his opinion, only when I could pick it up. He told me that they would not be reassembling the vehicle because they were not payed to, and I asked if I could pay them, he told me flat out no, that they would not reassemble it even with me paying them, which I found fishy. He told me the car was in three parts and sent pictures and to my shock they had destroyed the back end of the car during removal. I was furious and asked him why. His third lie was telling me that it came in that way. I told him I had before pictures and so did the field appraiser and asked if he wanted to try again. Next, he told me they needed to break it to get it apart, which is a total lie again because of a glue holding the reinforcements to the bumper and told me I would understand when I picked it up. I told him I had been building and working on cars my whole life and I was not buying the garbage he was selling. The next day, I went to pick up my car, and finding a wrecker who would move it in pieces was a struggle. When I got there, I was blown away. My car was not in 4 pieces, but about 20, and they did not even help me move the parts outside, they made me do it in the rain, (keep in mind I was injured in the accident). When I saw the damage they had done he called over the person that decided it was necessary to damage a $9,000 part. He first told me it was broken from the accident, (seriously, this actually happened) after I called him a liar and showed pictures he said they needed to break it (again same garbage response). I asked why it was not a controlled break, I asked why they just ripped chunks off instead of perforating and controlling the damage and he said he didnt know.I DROVE my car to ECC, payed them, and took it home on a wrecker in worse condition than when I took it there a month later, and now I am facing buying a car in 1 day because the rental is due back tomorrow. These guys are crooks, unprofessional and believe I will be hiring a lawyer, even if I must pay out of pocket they wont be getting away with this behavior and treatment of their customers. Go somewhere else.EDIT: Eric just contacted me with an attitude about what I wrote, all of which was true asking me what the hell I was talking about and afterwards threatened he was going to sue me for slander. I am removing stories that people told me about him and his shop because they dont need to be involved, but ask around before using them.In response, I was not ok with you repairing the front end, and my insurance said replace or repair, so no.

If I could give this body shop less than a star and still review, I would. HORRIBLE experience!! BEWARE!!! After going back and forth with absolutely NO communication without me having to call first for weeks, my car was supposed to be ready on a Monday. Each day that week, I called in the afternoon to check on my car and they had a new excuse each day on why it wasnt ready. Finally that Thursday, I was told I could pick my car up right before 5 pm. When I arrived, I had to wait an additional 45 minutes past the time he said it would be ready for the car to be cleaned. Once it was done, I noticed the hood was put on crooked, the right side corner panel was not flush with the bumper, the paint was chipped in multiple areas, the paint did not match the rest of the car, my interior was covered in grease, and I had to snap my door pieces back on all the way. I pointed out the work and they have offered to repair it, but I am terrified to even let them attempt to correct it. On another note, they did not accurately provide information to my insurance company about how long it took them to finish the car and told them it was completed on the 11th when it wasnt done until the 13th; therefore, I was charged by Enterprise for those last few days of rental. I am now having to open up a case with my insurance company and provide proof I didnt pick it up until Thursday because the shop says otherwise. While having the conversation about how upset I am with everything, one of their managers, ERIC, got very rude with me and wanted to remind me that he was the only one that could get my money refunded. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this shop!!
