The owner is very unprofessional, and very unhelpful. Our vehicle was involved in an accident late evening once released from the hospital, called to get a few personal items saidwell your not ging tonight advise him on the importance due to medication. Still refuse help. Had to call law enforcement to get items from my vehicle. After being told numerous times that they open up at 8 am. Show up to remove my vehicle again the owner greets with unprofessional attitude. Doesnt have an card access device. Refuses to file the tie bill with the insurance company. It appears that he is upset that hes not doing the repair work. ******** IF YOU SEE BEAL PAINT AND BODY TOWING REQUEST A DIFFERENT COMPANY ***********

Mike is honest and does excellent work. Due to high quality of service, his tow trucks are in constant demand and sometimes run late, but I would rather wait than have someone tow my vehicle and not understand what full time four wheel drive means with regard to rear tires revolving while coupled to chained-down front tires (even in neutral). Also, in the summer, any request for tow service on the Hwy 98 corridor means dealing with tourists and lots of traffic, both of which delay everybody, including all the tow trucks that operate in this area. I would rather deal with an honest man who does it right, so I always call Beal Paint and Body for my tow service and body shop needs.

Joey was extremely professional I had another company take over 4 hours and they still didn’t make it, while he made it in 20. Amazing service!

Great staff! They were very helpful in keeping me informed during the repair of my car. When I got in a wreck I thought for sure it wouldnt look the same again. Boy was I wrong! It came out looking brand new again. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing body repair work. Thanks guys for all you do!

This was one of my worst ever experience with an auto body shop. I rear ended someone in my truck and took it here for an estimate. For a few days, I went back and forth between my insurance company and this shop. Within a week, the insurance company approved my claim based on their estimate. I contacted the office rep and was told that she was waiting on the approval notification (email) and cant really talk to me until then. I checked my Insurances website and noticed that the claim was approved and a check was in the mail. After nearly two days of patiently waiting for someone to contact me back from this shop, I called wanting to know the status of getting the repair work started. Initially I was told that they had not received the approval email and then I offered to forward my copy of the approval message to them. While on I was on the phone with the rep, miraculously the approval appeared in her email (I am sure after either really checking email or hitting refresh). After all of this, I wanted to know when they could start working on my vehicle. I was then told that theyll need a $2000 deposit for the non-refundable airbags that is needed for the repair. I told them that I dont have that amount at the moment and havent received anything from the insurance yet. So then the rep seemed like she was willing to work with me on this issue and then things took a turn for the worst. She started to tell that the office was shorthanded for a reason that I cant remember. At this point I was tired of various excuses and delays that were giving throughout this ordeal and told that frankly I dont care, I just want to get my truck fixed. She then told me that she was offended by my comment and hung up on me. Its been two days and I never heard back from anyone at this shop.

I had my BMW X5 repaired at Beal Paint & Body, the quality of work done was beyond what I could have ever expected. Not only was Tammy courteous and prompt, she was able to answer all my questions! The repair work done to my vehicle looks better then the manufacturer quality. I would and will always recommend Beal Paint & Body Inc. for any and all towing and collision repair work needed!

During the bad weather our car was rear ended in a car park (person drove off). The rear bumper had shifted and detached from the frame. I took it to my car dealership who wanted a ridiculous amount of money to fix it. Fortunately one of the staff suggested Beal. I took the car straight there for a quote. After a car accident we took our vehicle there for an estimate and felt overwhelming pressure from Tammy to have it done. They didnt know that an adjuster had already quoted the vehicle and we were double checking the figures. The ended up quoting us over two times the adjusters estimate and when we brought it to their attention they back tracked and said they can do it for the adjusters price. Very fishy that they can so easily discount over $4K.Tammy is rude and the business practice seems flaky.

Wrecked our brand new van (we are from Texas) and stopped by to see if they could repair while we were here on vacation. They didn’t have enough time to fix given our short stay, but they patched up our door and mirror so we could make it safely back to Texas. They didn’t have to do that. They were extremely kind, even though they weren’t getting our business. Wish they had a branch in Texas!

Their working on my car now and did a great job on my parents car.

Avoid this place at all costs. I have never spoken with such a rude, uneducated, idiot named Tammy before in my life. She is the sole reason people dread dealing with towing companies. Triple A should be embarrassed to have any association with them, and Im going to make sure they know that too.

Worst service Ive ever received, tried to use their towing, they said they would be there in 45 minutes, an hour and a half later they showed up with a stinger to tow my car despite me specifying I needed a flat bed multiple times.3 hours after I originally called the flat bed finally showed up. A rude obese man could not do his job but was well versed in making snooty comments about how I should have gone with the original truck.He then said I needed to sign a paper absolving them of any responsibility for him to put my car on his flat bed.I refused service and called a different company who was very professional and towed my car without issue.
