Do not trust them or believe anything they say. Back story, we experienced a flood and lost 5 vehicles. We had insurance but it didnt even come close to what we lost. We bought 2 vehicles from Elmer Peirce. MY husband is in the military and stationed overseas. We explained to Mr Peirce that I needed a dependable vehicle to drive to Nashville for doctors appointments. He assured me that he had mechanics that could work on the car. The day that I purchased the car water was sloshing around in it and the driver seat controls didnt work. He assured me that his mechanic would fix it. He ended up sending it to the VW dealership, because his mechanic were not able to do the repairs.It took 10 days to even pick the car up. We had the car less than 2 weeks. I drove my husband to the airport and the check engine light came on. We put less than 300 miles on the car. Mr Peirce was informed and he stated that he didnt have a code reader for the car. I read it with my $20 reader and it said it needed a turbocharger replaced. I called Mr Peirce and he said to take it to the VW dealership and they would do whatever they needed to make it right. Sure enough, it needed a turbocharger and an AC blower motor. $4000 to fix it. Mr Peirce immediately switched to a different person. He wanted me to pay for the repairs. I ask him to take the vehicle back and he was only willing to pay me $5000 for a car that I bought for $9000. Or he would do the repairs but I had to purchase the parts. Keep in mind that he previously stated that his mechanic needed a special code reader for it....even though my code reader read it just fine. And his mechanics werent even capable of repairs to the seat.He wanted me to pay him $1500 to repair a vehicle that is basically a lemon.. He took advantaged of us in our time of need.

Harold was one of the most knowledgeable and relatable salesmen Ive ever dealt with. Im a little old fashioned, and I really like the way they do business. I drove away feeling great about the purchase, and even when I had a technical issue with the truck after getting it home, they actually came and got it (over 2 hours away) and took it back and fixed the issue at their expense. Ive been driving the truck for a year now and couldnt be happier.

NOT TO MENTION, Atticus (Their dog) is the CUTEST, SWEETEST, MOST LOVING dog you will ever see!!!!! Stop in to see the dog and you’ll more than likely leave with a vehicle!!!!!!! These guys are awesome! My only negative thing is that they wouldn’t let me have the dog......but they are still AMAZING!!!!!!!
