The guy that serviced me was very sweet. He explained everything. He actually didn’t have the correct filter for my car and ran to get it right then and there instead of telling me to come back. I was still in and out with quality service and left knowing what I paid for and what I may need to get done in the future without feeling pressured to do it right then. It was a fantastic experience.

Matt and team were very efficient and informative showing me the fluid levels and the condition of my air and cabin filters (looking like they had never been changed out) and showing me the new filters being installed (no labor and cost comparable to a parts store). He clearly explained the need for full synthetic oil in my vehicle and explained the pricing for it. I was in and out in about 10 minutes, including a check of all the lights on my vehicle. My new go-to place for oil and similar maintenance!

I showed up without any appointments and immediately was escorted into the shop. I went in for a coolant flush, and not only did they do that but they checked my tire pressure, and cleaned out my air filter. They were very professional and efficient the entire time. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I have used Victory twice now. Both times the employees were very informative. They conducted themselves in a very professional manner. Price comparison it was very worth it to have them do the services for me. I will recommend them to everyone and also use their services again. All in all I was completely happy both trips.

Staff allowed my vehicle oil change service after business hours (which I was so thankful as I was leaving for vacation the next day and desperately needed an oil change) and were so professional and nice. Customer service isn’t like it used to be and the staff reminded me that there are good, caring people in this world still. I highly recommend.

Place is awesome to get your oil changed, your in there and always have two people making sure filters are on right and tight, they double check your dipstick to make sure they put the right amount in, get your tires the right amount of air pressure, check your air filter, last time they flushed my coolant and put some fresh coolant in there for me, they rotate tires, just all around a great place to take your car. Place can definitely be trusted.

First time customer. Took my daughters car in for an oil change. They gave me recommendations on other services that were needed for her car. They were not pushy at all. Because of their prices being so reasonable, and the parts being so bad, I had them perform a couple other service items as well. With everything done, I was in and out in less than 30 mins. Its a family owned company, and you can tell by the personal and genuine service you receive. Jenna and Colby were my technicians.Ill definitely be back!

I had an oil change and the service is fast and professional.

I brought my car here over the weekend after auto zone scanned my engine light and told me I needed transmission fluid. I spoke with one of the technicians and he checked my transmission dipstick and showed me that my transmission fluid was full. He informed me that he has mechanic background and offered to scan my engine light, he said he was certain that the code was an internal problem with my torque converter and that I would need to have that checked out. I had not opened the transmission fluid yet and was able to take that back, i took my car to a garage today and was informed my torque converter was bad. This being said they were spot on with the diagnoses and did not try to sell me anything while i was there. I will be bringing my vehicle here for my next oil change! Thank you Colby!

A little too expensive, and took longer than other similar service places.

They were fast, but thats bc they did do everything on their checklist for their 20 point inspection I had to ask them if they were going to check my lights and signals! He said oh do you want me to check them? But they checked them all before. And some other little things like washing the windows off. Who knows what else they didnt do! Wont be going back.
