These guys are consummate professionals, will return your vehicle to factory fresh performance. Bavarian Motors is the only shop that will ever work on my BMW.

Our 1998 740Il was in need of some TLC. Its not always easy to find a qualified BMW tech in NKy. We found Bavarian Motor Service in Florence, KY. Chris, the owner, went over the car with a fine tooth comb. He detailed & prioritized the maintenance issues, offered fair pricing and completed the work. I own a 2000 528i. After a referral, I started using Bavarian Motor Service after my warranty expired. 20 years later I now have more than 340,000 on my car. Need I say more. I wouldnt even fathom having someone else work on my car.

This is the shop! No need to keep scrolling you found the best. Don’t take your German car anywhere else. They replaced the clutch and etc. on my TDI Jetta, looked over the car and changed my oil with high quality. 5 star work and a more than fair price.

Technicians mechs were very nice professional and polite..thanks for the free probably 10min visual inspection of my brake sensors. Just a bit overpriced for my opinion. You want 5 stars you should talk to your receptionist maybe more friendly get you there.

Chris and his crew are experts at what they do. They have worked on my Mini Clubman for the past several years.When I first came to them I was asking for a competitive bid for work the Mini dealership had said was required. Chris beat the price, and on top of that provided additional services not proposed by the dealership. The reason was that if Chris only did what was recommended by the dealership it would have cause other issues down the road. Chriss ethics would not allow for this.The next time I came to them, after a visit to the dealer for the scheduled maintenance, Chris informed me that I didnt need some of the items the dealership had told me were needed. He could have just done the work and taken my money but instead, once again, would not find that ethical.From that point on I have never gone back to the dealership and have only used Chris and his crew. It is rare to find the expertise Chris and his crew bring. It is even rarer to find individuals as trustworthy.

I had a water pump replaced by Bavarian Motors in 2014. They used orange Dex-Cool coolant which is not an approved coolant type for the BMW E90 325i. The engine uses a magnesium block/aluminum head and requires a different type of coolant. I had to completely flush and refill the cooling system. Never again.Additional edit - my wife and I were customers there for 2 years and had all regular maintenance and oil changes done through you. No customers with our name? I guess that confirms how much our patronage was valued.

I am delighted to report that I have found a safe haven for my BMW car repairs..After 8 years at another local repair shop, I decided to try something new. As a non technical female, it I need to rely on the skills of the mechanics to keep my cars running and in tip top shape.As soon as I walked in to the shop last Friday, I felt at peace. Ive been taking my German vehicles (VW and MINI) to Bavarian for years. Chris and Terra are awesome and they have very competitive pricing. If you were apprehensive about taking your car in for service at their old location... Dont be now! There new location has about 10 times as much parking space and more bays. I had a broken coil spring on my F10 2012 535 x drive, I got quotes from several places in the 1.5k range (for both rear springs) and elected to do it myself for that price. I had requested a quote from Chris at Bavarian and it came in at about half of what some others were offering, so I decided Id rather pay than do it myself. Despite being a small shop and this being a half day job, they had my car ready in one business day. They dont offer some frills like loaner cars, but they do have a partnership with enterprise for $25 a day on rentals which is nothing compared to what youll save on labor. My car feels amazing again and they were more than happy to quote some preventative maintenance that Ill need in the next year or two, also with great prices. Im on my third BMW and usually do jobs myself, but from now on when I need work, I will be calling these guys first.I noticed a review mentioning they made some diagnoses that the dealer disagreed with, I havent personally had a car inspected by Bavarian so I cant vouch for that, but I wouldnt be too quick to believe what the dealer says. I appreciate my dealer and theyre amazing for routine things like oil changes or fluid exchanges, but their complimentary inspections routinely miss basic mechanical issues and point out low hanging fruit like worn tires. Ive had tires recommended to be replaced by the dealer with 50%+ tread life while theyve missed obvious things like a failing drive belt tensioner. On the other hand, when you pay for an inspection from the dealer ($240 I believe is what the last one cost me) they do a thorough job, they saved me from a nightmare of an X5 with a litany of problems. The complimentary inspections arent a serious look at your vehicle and shouldnt be used as a substitute for legitimate mechanical advice like what youll receive here.

Pretty much all my repairs Ive had done here, Ive had to have redone someplace else. There was one time they even forgot to fill my car up with coolant after I had some cooling system work done.

I tried Bavarian Motors as a second opinion after hearing my wifes 2007 Audi Q7 needed a new timing chain ($8k) from another shop. AJ and his team inspected the car and found nothing wrong with the timing chain. After replacing a faulty sensor for a very fair price, the car has been running great. Great shop! Only complaint, parking space is very limited.

Had what seemed like a hard miss on my 2008 530xi wagon. I’ve always done my own work and was hesitant to take it to a mecanic, but I was in over my head. These guys had me back up and running in a couple days. It’s been over a month now and the car’s still running like a top. Thanks for the excellent work!

After YEARS of being taken advantage of by BMW dealerships in Cincinnati, I have FINALLY found a trustworthy BMW mechanic. I originally took my car in because they agreed to fix something at HALF the price the dealership was quoting. A couple days later, an engine light came back on...AJ and his techs took the car apart the next day, diagnosed that it was a computer glitch, and sent me on my way. It probably took them 4 hours to complete, and they DIDNT CHARGE ME A DIME!I challenge anyone to find a better group than Bavarian Motors! Customer for life!

I took my 03 525i to a dealer and was quoted 2100 dollars for a repair. They also charged me 125.00 just to look at the car. Called these guys and they saved me a boat load of money .They had my car running with in three hours. No one else will ever work on my car but them from now on.

Horrible couple of experiences, if they dont know whats wrong with your car they will just guess to keep you paying and then just wait till you decide to leave after the upsetting service.
