Decent group of guys. My new go to service center. Recommended by a friend, Ive sent 3 people there myself since. Quick service, HONEST AND FAIR pricing. Got my left front bearing hub replaced. $200 cheaper than Airoort Ture and Auto quoted??? They suggested I needed brake pads on back but once took tires off found didnt need after all. Most any other place wouldve changed them and stuck it to the customer.

As always Dale and the guys deliver. Ive used Saylors for over 12 years and have never been disappointed. Always very fair, great pricing and excellent work. I have not once had to have them re do a repair. Today they put new CV axles, a rear drive shaft and water pump on my daughters car. I was as always more than pleased with the price. They also found a caliper leaking pretty badly which explains why Ive had to add brake fluid several times that another shop missed completely. I have tried the others a couple times when I didnt feel I could wait a day or two for Saylors to get me in, never again. No one will ever touch my or my familys cars but Dale and his crew, I dont care if I have to wait a week.

STAY AWAY!! IGNORE THE FAKE REVIEWS!! Quoted 800 for head gasket replacement, failed within a week, refused to fix it but offered to fix again for the same price or replace the whole motor. They do work as quick and cheap as possible skipping many steps like checking the head isnt warped or even cleaning the gasket surface and then charge you as if they were a dealer mechanic. idk about brakes and other amateur repairs but anything requiring technical knowledge or actual time and effort will just be a waste of your time and money. As others have said (not their fake 5 star reviews) STAY AWAY!!! Youve been warned! There are literally 2 decent shops right next to theirs that warranty their work for roughly the same prices. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else.

Their prices are very reasonable. This is the 2nd time I have used them. They have had my vehicle 4 to 5 days. There is nothing quick, luckly I am retired. They tell you they will call but never happens. They will work on it when they want.

Got screwed by a dealership and had to put a thermostat in my 2008 Volkswagen Jetta that I had purchased one day before. Its listed as a 4 hour job so I knew it wouldnt be cheap to replace. Volkswagen told me it would cost almost $600 to have it replaced, and Saylors Automotive only charged me $280, even though it took a few hours longer than the original quoted time the originally made the estimate with. Very nice people, they even waited to make sure that the car was going to perform as expected before turning it back over to me. I come from a family of mechanics and have strong distrust of mechanic shops, and would have performed the maintenance myself, but lacked the knowledge of Volkswagen and the time. With that being said, I would gladly go back to them. Highly recommended. A big thank you to everyone at Saylors Automotive!
