Garrett was super awesome! He spent about two hours fixing all of the issues I had with my service and getting me setup on a new phone despite multiple technical difficulties that were out of his control. He did this all while assisting other customers (awesome multitasker) and never let me feel like I was a burden or lose his cool. As someone who also works with the public on a high level, I can definitely say that he is a model for amazing customer service!

I highly recommend going to this Verizon store. We were treated with respect and everyone was very kind. Michael got us all set up with a brand new phone and also transferred another for us. They were busy in there but he got us taken care of pretty quick. He and Jake seem to actually enjoy their jobs which makes for a great overall experience. Another Verizon store that we went to earlier in the day on Green River would not help us at all, basically telling us to do it all ourselves online. No thank you, that’s not customer service! We will always take our business to the Burkhardt location from now on! Thanks so much!

I was headed to the Green River store when I noticed the Verizon sign so I pulled in to see if they were open. I was greeted and helped out right away. Great service. I am currently leaving the Verizon in Evansville, IN on Burkhardt. I can not say enough about Garrett that works at this location. We have been working with him for 3 hours off and on today and he is a wonderful Customer Service Representative for your company! He is very knowledgeable and helpful and so patient. I just wanted to give him the praise that he deserves!

Mike stayed after his scheduled time to help us. He kicked butt! Worked through all the details of the plans to make sure we got the best fit!

My daughters and I went today to get new phones, ours were on their last legs. We had a very nice and helpful young man, (Kyle) who took the time to answer all of my questions, I am new to the iPhone, I have always had an Android till now. He never got frustrated with all of my numerous questions. I would definitely ask for Kyle (the new one off Burkhart) he will be able to fix everything up!

Kyle was fantastic to work with at TCC Verizon in Evansville! We got great info on our options and he totally took care of moving all the stuff from our British phones to our new US phones. He was kind enough to run through the options with us multiple times, and made sure we got a new Boston phone number that we needed, even though we were in Indiana. Makes it much easier to looks for jobs in Boston now. Much appreciated!

I had the BEST customer experience Ive had in Evansville since I came here 2 years ago. Jake is the perfect cimbo of tech knowledge (he seems to know how to do everything with these machines!), AND the ability to LISTEN to customers problems and get the job done. I appreciate his ability to talk to me and the other customers who were in that day like people, not like dollar signs. Jake and the TCC Verizon Team on Burkhardt is my phone team now!

Slow and apparently incompetent. Was sold the wrong screen protector and had to return it. Having to drive across town to return it was an inconvenience, but I wasn’t too worried because mistakes happen. The issue I have is the store employees have no concern about your time. They had a huge line of people and were moving like sloths. Clearly not incentivized to work quickly.
