The store was extremely crowded! When I signed in on the little tablet at the front door it did not tell me it did not take my name therefore I waited and one of the salespersons noticed I had been sitting there for quite some time and he did not think that my name was on the list so he come up he approached us while still working with another customer and said that he would take care of us which we would have been the next person in line before anybody that was on the list. He came up and he helped us and did a fabulous job after waiting for an hour to get assistance he helped us out and we were out with in 15 minutes.

I have nothing but great things to say about our sales rep, Kyle. There was an issue regarding a “fraud flag” when attempting to open a new line. As far as their 1-800 number customer service I wouldn’t rate them 1/2 a star. The store on Green River rd, Kyle especially, never once got frustrated with multiple trips to the store to address and issue that was clearly out of the stores hands. Even with me getting an attitude he still remained calm and professional. They got us hooked up with a nice phone, for a reasonable price.

The rep was nice. I like the phone I got. They advertised one low price for the phone then raised it in store even though the signage still had the sale price. (+$180) When I got home I was reading the details on the payment plan which was also a great deal, $100 per month for 4 phones. Fine print that was never mentioned, that price is for 1 year then goes up to $140 per month. Very frustrating and makes me know Ill switch from them when my contract is up. Dont trust anything. I even got the sale price on the phone in writing with chat before going in. I should have walked out☹️.

Managers of that store in his shop work a woman, she looks very skinny, almost bones, her attention was very rude and since I didnt buy the phone she made my credit go down, thats bad, thats not done, be careful with that person who works there, Employee remains are good people. Be careful with that woman. You should learn to treat customers.

Went in to start up a plan with my wife and the awesome Olivia made it painless even when I had to come in three times because the sprint operators and website wasnt doing what she wanted. Every time I came into the store, the store was busy and I took up all of her time. she was still pleasant and went above and beyond several times . With the added challenge of Trying to train someone new, Olivia was able to help me and other customers as well as train a new employee . Olivia deserves a employee of the year award or a raise for her fantastic service. I give her a 5 star rating, but sprint in general a 3 star rating because of the difficult operators and tech support .

I visited the store to upgrade my daughters phone and the manager NEENA BASTON is a very inordinate and rude person she didn’t try and help her customers. Other times I went in there other employees were more helping and understanding. And for her to be the manger I would of thought she would of been more understanding of a persons situation but it turned out to be bad. She don’t really want to understand you and listen to what you have to say. The manger job for her is not her place to be in.

Store was packed, younger associate was doing his best to keep things organized the manager DID NOT ask who was next and allowed 2 rude people to cut in front of many others.....Sprint, re-evaluate who you have managing this store, ya have talent just not in the correct position. Oh, btw, the same associate responded to the Fed Ex pickup driver quickly. Manager just sat and didnt even notice.

I have been with sprint for 2 years now and it maybe coming to an end due to the customer service at this location. The store manager gave me a card to call or text and dont get an answer called the store someone answers then hangs up the line. The car center has been more helpful then anything. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH SPRINT I EVER HAD I USUALLY DO EVERYTHING ONLINE LOOKS LIKE I GOT TO GO BACK TO THAT!

Excellent service at this location unlike the God awful location in Henderson (which I will never be doing business with again). The customer service rep in Henderson refused to his job and was extremely rude and sent us to this location and Im glad the idiot did. They took care of our issue in no time flat and were very friendly and knowledgeable unlike the moron in Henderson.

They have overcharged me more than once. Every customer service representative I’ve spoken to has been very rude. Not only will they overcharge you, but they will tell you that they cannot do refunds, only credit to your account. My “LTE” data is super slow and barely ever works at all. All I’m saying is if you’re going to spend your money for a phone, go anywhere else but here. Completely unacceptable.

The woman who helped us was very nice and sweet. She knew what she was talking about when it came to plans and which one meets your needs. She also knew how many movies you could stream with the data plan. But sprint says unlimited but they put a cap on your data after about using 4gb which isnt much when watching nerflix

They had all the people to help u B 4 Christmas to sell u evdrything (like 8 people working the counter ), but after Christmas, theres like 2 people to help a whole line of people. There was a third person behind the counter, but win i asked him 4 help he said he was only a tech ! Took us 1&1/2 just because by the time we waited 45 min it was just on principal to wait the rest because they were letting customers walk out the door and leave!

Friday night I plug my phone in (like normal, phone is fine) and go to bed. I wake up Saturday and my iPhone is stuck on the initial white screen with just the Apple logo. I try to reboot with no success. I call Sprint 4 times from a landline. The first 2 times I am hung up on, the next time I am transferred to bill pay, and the last person I talked to was polite, but gave me misinformation and also disconnected the call “by accident”I go to the Sprint store on Green River Rd. when they open at 10am and had the unfortunate experience of speaking to PRESTON who is the assistant store manager. I’m assuming he has been given this title as a result of a raffle or that the employees drew straws for the spot! Preston has no interest in helping me and looks at the phone for 10 seconds and tells me there is water damage and my insurance will not cover it. I explain that my phone hasn’t been in water. Preston says “obviously it has because the indicator is on and, although sometimes it can happen if you have your phone in the bathroom during a shower, it can trigger the indicator and we can’t help you. He then proceeds to get an iPhone 8 because he “just wants to scan to see how much it would be”. I don’t want an iPhone 8, I want a solution and my phone fixed. His solution?? Pay $400 for a new phone. He didn’t even try to fix it because he was also too busy discussing his Friday night with a co-worker. He suggested I put it in rice. Those were my options..... $400 or a invest in a box of minute rice for a phone that hadn’t been in water and hope for the best. I entertained him for a day and kept my phone in rice. Shockingly, it didn’t work.Today I took the phone to Smartphone Repair and they could not have been any nicer or more helpful! They couldn’t make any promises, but said they would try! One hour later they called me and my phone was fixed, for $10!!! All it needed was a hard reboot. Needless to say, Sprint got an earful and I’m nowhere near done with Preston who blew me off when I didn’t want to give him a sale! As soon as my contract is up, I’m gone.... all because of Preston and his lack of customer service, sensitivity, knowledge, and ability to do the right thing!! I have never been so angry and frustrated with anyone like I am this punk kid who doesn’t need to be representing Sprint, much less working with the public! Once my contract is over, I’m gone! Unbelievable!I definitely recommend Smartphone Repair if you have cell issues! I definitely do not, nor will I ever recommend Sprint! Thanks to Preston, they just lost a 2 year customer! 👋🏽😡

DO NOT HAVE UR PHONE REPAIRED HERE! Extremely Rude and Dishonest. This store did not apologize at all for the miscommunication that they were responsible for. They kept putting the blame on Asurion the warranty company. I spoke to Asurion and they said it is the stores responsibility to tell me about my Galaxy S8 no longer being water resistant after having my screen replaced. Sprints customer service 1800 # was extremely apologetic and even told me it was the stores responsibility to let me know and the store should replace my phone. They denied the whole situation and even the Assistant manager was rude. DO NOT have ur phone repaired at this location they are dishonest and extremely rude.

Always a positive experience...I have to drive quite a ways just to get to a Sprint store, Im honestly telling you if it werent for the positive customer service I probably wouldnt be with Sprint (Ive dealt with AT&T and Verizon also) This particular store has been the best, Id have to say the Owensboro store, not so much. I also travel the states quite a bit. Really wished they didnt take away the ability to talk and use data simultaneously? Biggest complaint! What is this? The 90s? And Ive heard the explanations, and it still doesnt make me feel any better since I have to have a Hotspot device /line now because of it. Although I found out iPhone never had that capability, hmmmm

The other guy then went around the room and wrote down the order in which people came in and he tailored a plan to get it as cheap as possible while still getting me a galaxy s6 and a decent plan, props to nathan
