Phone Todd is great!! The staff is super friendly and they fixed my 10 yr old step daughters IPhone 6 in less than an hour! Perfect timing for us to run to the mall and grab a few things for the new school year. She was super excited to Have her phone back and Brandon was really helpful explaining to her thr importance of keeping her case and screen protector on at all times. Very very pleased. I went to phone Todd to get my computer repaired. I did not realize it was still under warranty. He could have just taken the computer and tried to fix it, but instead he reminded me about the warranty and told me he would look at if I wanted him to but he didn’t want to do anything to void the warranty. He turned away my business and by doing so potentially saved me a great deal of money. If I ever need phone or computer repair I will go to Phone Todd.

Absolutely do not go there. My new phone was working fine and in perfect condition. Went in to get my screen fixed since there was a few small cracks. Said it would take 45 minutes to fix, they had my phone for FOUR hours. Ever since i got it back I have had the most problems of a phone ever before, and my phone was perfect before going to Phone Todd. A few days later and my phone shut off and is completely broken and I have to go buy a new one now. DO NOT GO HERE they will break your phone and not do anything to fix it.

Fast, professional, understanding, great pricing for repair. Amazing job, life savers in my case.Called at 4pm with a broken phone in panic mode as my phone is my life, just a fact of life. They had to special order the part and thankfully they were able to get it on the truck order that night bc it was before 6pm. Dropped it off at 930am next day, and they said the part would be delivered around 11am. Phone was fixed and ready for pick up by 1pm. Less than 24hrs after I broke my phone beyond functioning it was back it my hand good as new! I took my phone in on Sunday morning around 9:15 and it was fixed within an hour. On a Sunday! I am so happy with the service received. I went in to get a charging port replaced. They could have just done it and taken my money, but instead they offered to clean it out first and see if that worked. That fixed it and they didn’t charge me a thing since they didn’t replace it!

I called ahead to get a quote on my phone. Multiple stores have had problems finding the specific part due to my phone being so new, but Phone Todd searched through every seller they went through and finally found a part! I have used another iPhone Todd location in the past for an iPhone, and we had a good experience. I am not a fan of negative reviews, but this experience was not good. We took my daughters iPad in to replace a charging port. The screen was in perfect condition. We were quoted a price for the port replacement, but they called us after taking it apart to let us know it would be $200 instead of $90 because another piece was broken. We decided to not have it fixed and were told we would pay a labor cost, which was totally understandable. When we got there to pick it up, the screen was now cracked. I was totally fine with paying the labor fee, but after getting the iPad back in this kind of condition when it did not look like that going in, it made me sick. I would never take an iPad back. (We were told the screen would have been replaced had we chose to pay the total repair cost of $200).

Went in asking if they could replace the charger port since I was having trouble getting the phone to charge. The gentleman took it to the back room and came back in a minute and explained it was full of pocket dust. No charge.Wow! I bought a couple of cables to pay for his time but he could have done much better charging me for a repair that was not neededI’ll be back for anything we or the family needs

Took my phone for screen repair. I was informed it would take an hour and I would get a call when complete. The next day I called due to never receiving a call. Went to pick up my phone and the home button no longer worked. I paid and was leaving when I noticed (they were not going to tell me). Then was informed it would take 3-4 hours to fix. Again never received a call so I called and they informed me that it was working when I brought it in but they cannot fix. They could replace but my fingerprint would not longer work. Went to pick it up the next day. Home button would stick. When I took the phone home, home button broke. Very displeased with their service. My screen is fixed but now a broken home button due to them.
