The service is A+++! I cannot say enough about how much we appreciate how the staff went out their way to show us to use the bikes and the bike rack. Could not have had a better experience. Drove 7 hours to buy from this store. Well worth the drive.

We were looking for something fun to do in/around Eugene on a pleasant day. We decided to rent e-bikes and ride the bike paths along the Willamette River and selected Pedego Eugene to rent bikes from. What a thoroughly enjoyable experience! Our bikes were prepped & ready-to-go even before we arrived (we reserved the day prior). Operation of the bike was easy-to-learn with the guidance of the staff. The bikes were super clean and worked flawlessly. Accessing the river trail was quick and easy. The scenery was awesome and the paths were smooth. All the boxes that make for a memorable experience were checked today.

I went shopping with my hubby for an electric bike at a couple local stores where I was already a customer, and tried a few models. They were all nice bikes, but I have some chronic pain issues and these models were still just a bit uncomfortable. But Im used to always being in a little pain, so I was very tempted to just settle for one and accept that biking would always hurt a bit. Then we noticed on our map that Pedego was just a couple minutes away. We went over on a whim, and the first bike I test rode was the A+ bike Id been searching for, it was just perfect, I love it so much! No pain in back, hips, or wrists, and the electric assist is powerful but also comfortable and easy to use. I didnt want the test ride to end! Im so glad I didnt settle for one of the earlier bikes! I love my Pedego, it actually reminds me a lot of the cruiser bike I had as a kid - except I can go a lot faster with my electric assist!

Pedego was a wonderful experience. Luke greeted us when we walked in was extremely knowledgeable but didn’t try to sell us. Answered all our questions and when one bike fit our criteria he would explain the difference. Because we bought two bikes Pedego was very generous with accessories. I am over he top with these bike the quality and a smooth ride. To top it off a five year warranty. I couldn’t be happier with Pedego. Great company.

Mike and Leslie were very friendly and knowledgeable. Their store was clean and organized. They have a good selection of bikes and my wife was able to take a test ride in the parking lot! I would recommend them if you are in the market for an electric bike!

Total electric bike convert, definitely THE BEST way to ride - and I’m one who usually does not enjoy cycling but this was such a delightful day. We had so much fun touring Eugene, especially throttling up all the hills with ease. Leslie and staff at Pedego were so welcoming and helpful in getting us set up and explaining how to use the bikes, and they provided a perfect route as well. Highly recommend!

After visiting several bike stores with staff who didn’t seem to care about selling me a bike, it was refreshing to find Mike (owner) and Leslie seemed to really care about what I was looking for and helped find the perfect bike for me. Mike and Leslie were amazing! Honestly we drove all the way down from Portland just to shop at their new store. Were Pedego fans and feel finally ready to purchase, yet sadly at our in town store we werent super thrilled with the lack of customer service and no options to test ride?! Man that could not have been more different in Eugene!! They were so so helpful and friendly! We werent just able to test ride many different models and sizes but encouraged! I ended up loving a totally different model than I imagined after Leslie brought out 2 Boomerang models! Seriously I think they brought out like 9 bikes to the parking lot and took so much time with us! This is hands down my store now! Were in the midst of buying 2 - they are so kindly hunting down specific sizes and colors for us. I cannot say enough nice things about both these two people and this location! If youre on the fence - or are anywhere in Oregon they are worth the drive!

We had an absolute blast in the Pedego bikes! Would HIGHLY recommend renting. Customer service was excellent, they provided a thorough tutorial on how to operate them and we were off! We covered the entire City of eugene/Springfield and enjoyed every minute! WHAT A BLAST. I think our entire group is ready to purchase an electric Pedego now.

Mike and Leslie gave us their full attention, showing us the ropes as I did my first test ride on an Element. Leslies instructions were very clear and I was whizzing around the parking lot in no time. Very nice, knowledgeable folks!

An absolute excellent experience at Pedego in Eugene. My wife and I visited a few times over the last month and a half and each time we were warmly welcomed upon our arrival at the store. With each visit Mike, Leslie and Sean took the time to answer all our questions, provided great advice, all in a very friendly and low pressure manner. We decided on two Boomerangs, 24 for my wife and a 26 for me, both red color.After my first test ride I did some online research and all the good things I read about Pedego were part of our experience. We look forward to many fun miles riding our new bikes and know the crew at Pedego Eugene will be there anytime we need them.

From the moment I walked into the store I felt like this is where I want to do business. It helped that I am a previous beach cruiser bike owner so I was looking for style and comfort again. Today I had so much fun on a group bike ride with Pedego! I got to see parts of Eugene and Springfield I could never access on foot, and enjoyed beautiful sights and gorgeous weather. The bikes are really easy to ride and make the trip much more enjoyable for an out of shape, in experienced rider. We saw a bald eagle and lots of views of the Willamette River. Ill definitely do this again when I have visitors from out of town as its a great way to see lots of sights.

Great business! They let us try 2 sizes & several styles of bikes. Then once we narrowed down our choice they let us ride up skinner’s butte to really see how it handled. We were very impressed with their knowledge and taking the time to answer all our questions.

I went to Pedego with 4 friends to have a little birthday bike ride fun and we had a blast! Great service, super personable, they made us feel comfortable and great vibes all around! We rented for an hour which was perfect for riding next to the willamette river. They also gave us chocolate bars for my birthday! So nice of them, even offered me wine! We are definitely coming back!

The owners were both super helpful and provided a great experience for a rental e-bike . They have you covered from helmets to locks to maps and bags and racks. The throttle ebike lets anyone ride. They even showed us the way to the nearest river trail and directions for a bonus climb up Skinner Butte. Good products, good rates, fantastic service.

Today was amazing! Mike and Leslie organized a cool couple hour bike ride all over town with several people who already own bikes and a couple people like myself who just wanted to try them out. Bought my first Pedego from Mike in Eugene. City Commuter platinum edition. What an amazing bike? Mikes knowledge and expertise made me confident this was the perfect bike for me.

My wife and I had the BEST time riding the Pedego electric bicycles. We are in our 50’s and have discovered physical ability and coordination are not as good as they once were. These bikes let us go anywhere and they don’t care how old we are. We rode to the top of Skinner Butte. I highly recommend renting or buying one of these bikes!

I planned a weekend getaway trip for my wife and I to Eugene, OR. After dinner, we went for a walk and found the PEDEGO electric bike store. After some coaxing from my wife, we went on a test drive with Sean Wilson as our guide. WOW! Riding the PEDEGO electric bike was so much fun. I was so impressed with the comfort of the bike, how smooth the ride was, and how quickly the bike accelerated. Sean and his co-worker were both very knowledgeable about the PEDEGO product. They weren’t pushy salespeople at all, even though we came to the store at the end of the day. Two thumbs up for for the PEDEGO store and staff in Eugene,OR.

Pedago was our first stop in our search to determine if we are ebike candidates. Mike spent about 30 minutes with us explaining all the features of ebikes and of Pedego specifically. Then we took about a 30 minute “test drive”. Great store with several varieties of Pedego bikes. We plan to return to try a couple more bikes before making a significant investment in new bikes.
