Found the last bat handsoap holder so was the best trip ever. The cashier was sweet and helpful.

Judy informed me about customer service to findout what happened with my emails & Ms. Naomi was very patient plus understanding. Customer service skills to a T & even told me about the wall plug-ins on sale too! Lets just say you guys keep sending me deals &coupons they WILL be used!

I went for the candle sale 3 wick only $9.75.The employees were awesome. The line was handled great waiting to get in and at checkout. Bath & Body Works usually has customer service on point anyways but this was a good experience 🙂

Who doesnt love bath and body works?!!! Always friendly staff, too many smell good scents to pick from, and the semi-annual clearance sale? You can basically get stuff for all year during this sale. This place has been around for so long, I would cry if they ever closed down. I wont shop anywhere else for all my lotion and smell good needs.

Favorite place to go to whenever there is a sale & very unique scents

I went to the huge $5.95 sale they had recently, in store. I could not believe they were getting away with having customers elbow to elbow in the store, along with at least a dozen employees. This is a tiny store. A dozen employees in there alone probably breaks covid 19 protocols. Having 30 customers +- in addition to the dozen employees should be criminal. I left. I wonder how many people will get covid 19 and die from this one event. Bath and Body Works will never get another penny from me.

They have a ok selection. Staff are friendly. I prefer the grapevine mills location for a larger selection or looking for a specific fragrance in stock.

Love this place! There is always a great sale and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

GREAT PLACE TO SHOP

Love B&BW.......been a loyal customer for over 15 years. They won me over back when they had Chocolate Amber Body Lotion. That was the best scent. I actually stopped wear cologne and just wore the lotion....got more compliments than from any cologne I had ever worn. They discontinued it, now I have been wearing Twilight Wood. Now they have discontinued it as well. Got to find a new smell....

Would not give us a coupon. Had a cabinet next to cashier if you touched it would slide very dangerous.

The store was clean, the sales guy Martin did a wonderful job greeting and discussing the products and specials. The checkout stayed moving along quickly enough with help from Cassie. Great sale and service!

Smells amazing in there! The staff is super helpful and welcoming! Everything is well organized and well kept. Sometimes you have to search for spray cards to test the fragrances, but not too much of a hassle.

I would give this place more stars, however I felt uncomfrotable with the amount of customer service. It was a nuisance to search for my new scents. I do appreciate the friendliness, but I was bombarded by the blonde(?) sales woman. I love this place, but the amount of interaction I have to endure from the sales people deters me. Its like this almost everytime I come in from different people.

5:30 on Christmas Eve. Store is full with late (including me!) shoppers. Entire staff was smiling, cheerful, helpful and lovely to deal with on such a panic driven day!!

So my 14yr old went to get me a Christmas present. She selected @ $22 worth of stuff and left the store. Along the way, somehow she managed to lose the receipt. She started to worry that i wasnt going to like what she got, so she wanted to exchange it for something different. Per this companys policy, because she lost the receipt somewhere in the mall, all she could get back was a gift card for half the purchase price of the merchandise. Being 14, she didnt know what to do so she agreed. The gladly took over $11 for my child at Christmas time. I honestly am so angry, that i hope this company goes belly up, and soon! The girl that checked her put was even still there. Absolutely horrific business practice. How does a half refund really deter theft? And why cant you take your own employees word, that she haf checked my daughter out, and that all items were purchased within the last 20 minutes?!?

They didnt have what I was looking for

This is the only Bath & Body Works Ive been to but Im not a fan of the layout. Candles are scattered throughout the place, along with soaps and lotions. If anything, the way the display tables are set up causes a fire hazard. They employees can be over aggressive trying to upsell customers. I know its part of the job, but it is also annoying.

This location is great!! On the smaller side, but the customer service is stellar!
