Johnfon waz my nail tech. He was the most gentle tech I have ever had. I broke my finger 2 weeks ago and nothing can be done for it. With out him knowing he did my nails and I had no pain. I highly recommend him.

Today I and my sister ( we are women of color) walked into the store and a tall blonde white woman was helping some other people which was fine, She turned her full body towards us as we walked in and made eye contact and turned back around without saying Hi or anything as if customers didn’t just walked in. I took my money to another Sally’s near by. Rude workers and the store was empty in merchandise don’t go here.

This is the worst location since Dallas that Ive been to. Last time I came in here they had no individual gloves for multiple times I checked even though they had huge boxes of gloves, they didnt offer me a bag at checkout and then after I had already checked out with a ton of Clarence little items made me carry them to my car in my hands rather than just give me one small bag. I had 7 cents in my wallet they cost 15 cents but they hadnt told me I needed one before I checked out.. So thats on them but that woman literally just stood there and said I can help you carry stuff to your car rather than give me a bag after I spent $40. They never have the products that I need in stock whether its colour or gloves etc. and the staff only the manager has been professional and friendly with me. The girl working in the mornings with the dark hair who is not the manager is so unprofessional.They are also closing at 6 on the 1st couple days of the week which is way too early for most of us to get there this is just ridiculous and now I have to drive all the way across Denton to the other one.

I was nervous to visit this location because of the reviews, but I have to say I had a great experience here. I hadn’t seen my stylist in 6 months because of covid and then her maternity leave, so I decided to tackle my roots myself. I haven’t dyed my own hair in a few years and was nervous to see they were out of my go to product. Going from bleach to brown btw. Brittany took the time to help me find a new brand and color and walked me through how to use it (it’s a different ratio than my regular brand). She made sure I had everything I need and was knowledgeable and friendly the whole time. I’ll definitely be back! Thanks girl!!

Both ladies were very rude and unwelcoming when me and my fiancé came in to shop. Had very little knowledge of products & seriously needs more training. One of the girls were racially profiling us while in the store and didn’t really want to help us. We told her how we felt uncomfortable & she continued to be rude and ignore us. Please go to the location on loop 288! A much better experience.

Every time I’ve been to this Sally’s the employees have been nice and as helpful as possible. I’m aware that not all of them are licensed so it’s not like I expect them to know everything about all the products however the manager is another story. Every time I have been in she has been rude, unwelcoming, and has never honored the red discount stickers. Recently I went in to purchase some hair extensions and she went to the back to get me some different options. I asked her the price and she told me they were $50 something except the price on the tag said $38. When I asked about the discrepancy she told me that they were no longer able to put extensions on sale and that that it was last weeks sale. At this point I felt like $50 was worth it anyways so I was going to be willing to pay the price even though she should have honored the price tag . She had brought out two very similar colors that were both the same brand and the same length. I chose one and when she checked me out my total was $80 something. So then I asked her “wait I thought you said it was $50 something” and then she told me “oh no this one is more” ( it rang up to $70). I ended up buying the cheaper ones because I had no intention of paying that much for Sally’s extensions but I left the store feeling frustrated and feeling like I had been lied to by the manager.

The curbside pickup is horrible they won’t pick up the phone and I’ve been calling since they’ve been open. They’ll completely ignore you when you try to show up

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Its worth purchasing their rewards card. It typically pays for itself in the first visit. Their Beyond Zone products are comparable to Bed Head....great products!

The one lady who helped, who I am pretty sure was the manager, was extremely unhelpful. She was walking around the store helping me while working on her ipad the whole time. She was disengaged from the conversation and seemed annoyed to help me or answer any questions. I later went to the other location a few miles away and had an experience that was quite the opposite. Go to the 288 location! It is worth the 10ish minute drive!

Went in to check out some products, have some general knowledge on the products they carry. Asked a sale associate for a specific product and she told me she was new and didnt know much about what they carried, which was fine because I understand the aspects of a having a new job, but then she went on with what she was doing. Then turned around and said, oh, do you want me to ask someone about it?. Which of course yes, I did. She asked what seemed to be the manager and she rudely denied having said product I was asking for and suggested something else. I asked to see the second product and she pulled it out for me. I thanked her for showing me and let her know I was just checking out my options and she rudely stormed away. Then as my friend was checking out she was in a rush and ignoring my friends attempt to give her a phone number for her Sallys card, and then she answered the store phone in the middle of the transaction when there was another associate near by who wasnt helping customers who couldve answered said phone. We just recently moved here to Denton and were frequent Sally customers, so we were looking forward to stopping by this store. Sadly we definitely will not be returning to this location and have thankfully found other locations with much friendlier and helpful staff.

The girls inside are always helpful and friendly. This location is way better than the Loop 288 location because its significantly larger with a wider selection of just about everything.
