Wow! I’ve always liked this store, but today I had an extra great experience with Denton’s Armstrong McCall! I had an issue I have never had to deal with before in bleaching & coloring hair. I was greeted by Emma & Donisha. Donisha escorted me personally to the product I was inquiring about was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She suggested another product that was actually better for my clients hair and a better value. How refreshing! Thank you ladies! I appreciate you & highly recommend your store.🤩👍🏼

Worst place to go to, has horrible customer service. Arrived to the location and was stopped by a sign that said customers needed to wear a mask and only two people can go in. Of course I was following both of the rules. I walked around started looking for what I needed, I wasn’t in the store for even 5 minutes and an employee named Mayra walks up to me and asks “are you done because I have people waiting outside” like what kind of service is that? I understand only two people in the store but I Wasn’t even able to shop for the rest of the stuff that I needed because they already had the other lady half way in the door. I left and went to the lewisville location instead were I was treated WAY better and wasn’t rushed to finish shopping.

This is the best Armstong McCall out there! Emma and Mayra are absolutely amazing and I enjoy shopping there while they are working. Emma is kind and always very willing to help me when I have questions and Mayra is so sweet and helpful too!I would give 10 stars if I could!!

Thank you for keeping all your employees and customers safe by requiring mask! You all are doing an outstanding job with my orders during this time, I love curbside is also an option.

Every time I come in here, they’re always out of the things I need. Which is clipper blades. Always out of clipper blades

The worst, most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced. Mayra, one of the employees, came to me and told me I needed to leave and to wait outside so she could let another customer in as I was looking for the products I needed even though I had only been in the store a small number of minutes. On a separate visit, I heard her being extremely rude and loud with another customer. Every visit I have made at Armstrong McCall I have been met with nothing but unprofessional and rude behavior. I do not know how her management staff still allows her to continue with her behavior, especially after reading all the reviews on google along with yelp and other sites which all poor reviews on her behalf

THE BEST Armstrong location around with THE BEST employees ever. They go over and beyond any expectation any stylist could have. So so so thankful for them and the services they provide for all of us!

I have been to this store many times and have never had any issues with customer service! I have seen stylists be extremely rude to these poor ladies!!

Customer service has went downhill the workers dont know much about products and rarely speak when you enter the store I guess it depends on who you are and they are ALWAYS out of products thats super annoying.

RUDE & BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wish I could give ZERO stars. First they give me a false email to re-enter me back in the system then when I email them they report me as spam. Ive been licensed for 9 1/2 yrs and never treated like this I had a client needing a perm for her wedding.

Good variety, lots of different products. The people went above and beyond to help. I give them a ten.
