This Staples has amazing customer service!! I had a problem with an order delivered from Waterbury and this store went out of their way to fix it for me before Waterbury was even open. They could not of been more kind and accommodating. Several employees were involved in assisting me and each one was kind patient and competent. Great experience!!

I use Staples all across the state to print for work and this place is the absolute worst. Terrible customer service with plenty of attitude and I waited 35 minutes to have everything done wrong.

First time coming to this branch. It’s very spacious and clean. Adequate sinage and plexiglass throughout so customers can shop safely. I went in for a print job this evening, I wanted to print on shipping labels for an arts and crafts project. Nick was very helpful, he showed me how to do it and Adam offered to help if I was having difficulty. Both gentlemen were attentive and very friendly. I will be coming here for future print jobs 😊

I would like to thank Nicole the general manager for helping me in getting me laser printer transparency film for the production of covid 19 face shields. They were sold out and she took the time to locate 2 boxes which were shipped in a timely matter. We have produced 100 as of today and because of her we can produce another 100 to provide for donation to our local hospitals.

The print shop was unable to print on even a slightly high weight paper in color; something I could have done at home on my $150 inkjet of it were not out of ink.The print shop workers were very rude. I waited 10 minutes for them to help the customer in front of me with a 27¢ print job. Then when I told them my request they laughed in my face and said there was no way to do what I wanted (not without a $150 inkjet printer, apparently).Dont waste your time. Find a real print shop.

After my Grandmothers passing my family and I were very emotional with the preparations and work required. Thanks to Anthony, Jose, and Management the memorial pamphlet we wanted came out better than expected in just a few hours. I wanted to buy a monitor on sale but was sold out. Fine, but take the items no longer available off the floor. Two monitors not for sale anymore why are they displayed? Simon is a great salesperson though and very helpful !

Stopped in on a trip from nh to dc to buy a rolling cart as my wife is attending a convention. The very friendly clerk (missed his name) went directly from helping another customer to helping me find exactly what I was looking for, demonstrating its functions and than rang me up in just a few minutes! He was very friendly and Im sure is often recognized as an asset to this Staples location.

I went to this branch last night to fax legal papers. When I didnt have the right card to use the public fax, the counterman offered to fax it for me. Very helpful. :) The line was busy due to legal business being closed so I left the fax as a job for business hours today with instructions to email a confirmation upon completion. I checked my email off and on all day and finally called 15 minutes before the recipients business closing. Good thing, too. It hadnt been noticed all day. Profuse apologies and the fax went through. Im awaiting confirmation from the other side.UPDATE: The message was received in time.

Had a print work and went to the Staples at the Danbury Berkshire shopping center. The service was friendly, efficient and timely. Everyone was helpful, especially Dawn who was really great! Will definitely use them again!

I received excellent customer service from Roman. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products I was interested in and guided me to an educated purchase decision.

Made color copies, $0.50 apiece, the copier and print area was well-provisioned and it was easy to do. Got some help locating an item, very nice.

The Danbury, Ct Staples store is great. The store manager is such a kind and helpful person. He treats his employees very nice and exceeds my expectations with his assistance.

Printing services are so awful :( machines are slow and WiFi connection sucks, so if you want to email or print something from your phone, you’re outta luck. Attendant told me my order would be done at 830pm, then I overheard her tell the very next customer that theirs would be done “by 830pm, or maybe tomorrow.” Sooooo which is it?! Went to UPS across the parking lot and got the job done quick and with lots of help from staff. A little more pricey but worth it.

Very helpful in the print department, but understaffed. If 1 person has a lot of projects it takes awhile for other customers to be helped.

Disappointed with the shipping service. I had to send an international shipment and categorically asked that I needed a shipping option with delivery tracking but they put me on USPS mail option that doesnt have any tracking after the shipment leaves the US. No way for me to track the delivery, the Staples associates need to me more informed to give correct advice.

Horrible, store manager was very rude to me and had no understanding whatsoever of customer needs. I have never seen such poor customer service in my life and I have an extensive background with retail.. very dissatisfied =(

The Fax/copy services and employees are not prompt nor timely at all ! I was on hold 3 times over 10 min each time. When someone answered she didnt understand plain English so someone else took my call and he was rude.

Staff offered help without having to be asked. Store was neat, organized, and clean.

The manager in the copy center yells at customers. She’s rude as anything. I will be taking my business elsewhere and telling all of my friends to do the same thing. U either have to fire her or send her another Staples cause she takes her aggression out at the customers and that’s not right
