My 8 year old daughter and I went to buy a new TV. We were greeted by a wonderful sales rep named Scott. I made many purchases from PC Richards in Danbury over the years including several major appliance, TVs and microwaves. Each sales person I have worked with (most recently Charles) has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. There have been some unfortunate situations due to a manufacturers defect that have caused me problems with my purchase, but Adam, the store manager has always gone out of his way to resolve it and because of him I remain a happy and loyal customer. His patience is commendable.

Had a dishwasher and washing machine delivered and installed today.They didnt have the correct hose to connect my washing machine. So now its setup in a makeshift manner and its on me to buy and connect the hose that I need. I paid for installation, no?While downstairs looking over the hose situation I get called to the kitchen to discuss the dishwasher.AFTER installing my dishwasher they show me that it has a huge smash on the front door.They didnt want to disassemble it and remove it. Instead they said I might as well use this one until the replacement arrives.I called the store, spoke with Scott, and I am waiting for the replacement to be approved?I need this dishwasher replaced asap.Very disappointed with PC Richards.

Me and my daughter were out searching for a new refrigerator after ours started leaking water and not staying cold . We went to Home Depot and Lowe’s which we looked with no one approaching us to assist in our search . I am THRILLED with the sound bar that Scott sold me recently, for the longest time watching a movie at home meant turning the volume up when the actors were talking and quickly turning it down for music and sound effects. The manager, Don was thorough, professional and incredibly helpful. I had made attempts over 15 times with customer service on the phone and he was able to quickly clarify what I needed for replacing a refrigerator with return credit.

Have to say, when I needed electronics and help, Don Trojiano went above and beyond the calls of service to make sure I had everything I needed. When I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed, and just what I wanted, he pointed me in the right direction and helped. He followed up with me a week later when I stopped in the store..now that’s customer care! Can’t wait to be back in and do more dealings with Don.

I cannot say enough nice things about PC Richards and in particular Charles. I called on the phone and was lucky enough to speak to Charles and asked him questions about dryers. When I got to the store he remembered me and was so helpful. I got to the store 6 minutes before closing and didn’t feel rushed at all. I had my two kids with me and even brought a chair out for my toddler to sit on. A few nights later, I called the store because I ordered the wrong cord, he remembered me on the phone and held the cord for me and did the transaction 90 seconds before the store closed. I was extremely impressed with Cassie, at the store in Danbury, Ct. She helped me get a flash drive since I was pretty sure my computer was going to crash, and told me I only needed a 15.00 dollar drive. I would have spent more than that, not knowing any better. She also installed it for me. In addition, I needed an anti virus system, and she installed Total Defense for me as well. She was very knowledgeable and extremely patient as she explained various things about computers, and I will definitely go there again in the future. Yeah for Cassie; shes the best!!

Just got done ordering all of our appliances here. Upon first walking in we were met by our salesperson, Charles, who just let us know he was here to answer any questions we had. Since we already had a good idea of what we wanted, Charles showed us each model of the particular appliance and helped our decisions along.
