Fabulous service for over 8 years at this Target Optical location. They know what they are doing and are so professional and helpful. Love this place! They also help me understand the value of their quality over price competitors!

Ordered safety glasses and a pair for the office, stating that I needed to be able to see the computer and my phone for site inspections. Glasses came back with rx in the lower 1/3 portion only, & I got such static I decided it was easier to return them than get them to make the right lenses. Refund is taking 45 minutes & counting - with my receipt & 2 managers trying. Now they say another manager has to do it TOMORROW! I will never use this shop again.

We’ve been coming to this location for 2 years. We have the protection plan and have used it for my son a couple times per year. Cynthia has helped us several times and helped my daughter find her first glasses today. I highly recommend this location!

Been coming since I first moved back 5 years. They were extremely accommodating despite current issue and lack of appointment. They do accept an array of insurance and will find coupons to help you lower the cost of the purchase

The fact that it takes 3 weeks to have my glasses is crazy..it’s going on the 3rd week and still no call. Either I’ll be getting my glasses this weekend or getting my money back.. & it’s annoying that they don’t ever pick up the phone and when clearly they’re not busyUpdate- I magically received my glasses after I asked for a refund. The glasses looked very cheap for the amount of money I pay. Never again.

Overall had a great experience from staff at the Dr’s office and the area where you pick your glasses from. I would also love to point out the fact that I literally went to go pick up my glasses a couple minutes before they closed and that young lady with the maroon glasses (sorry didn’t get her name) had no problem attending me. I appreciate that she was in no rush to close or get me out of there so she can leave.

Staff was great. Unfortunately I was told how much better their quality was over Sams/Wal Mart glasses, but Ive had the screws come out of both sets of my glasses twice now. Never had this issue with my lower quality Sams glasses. You would think if its made by Coach, its made by Coach...

So im not the easiest to satisfy. I personally had a great experience overall with this location. Yes, i see the reviews prior but i went in to see if my glasses had been damaged, lol finding out they only needed to be cleaned with proper cloth and solution. They also said my lenses were loose and tightened them for me. I was overall satisfied and these ladies are well deserving of a good review... Id give them a try. Theres direct honesty and because of the expected bad service, they strive in opposite to give you the service you deserve..

NOPE! I have vision insurance and I was told that the exam would be $10 but they added another $90 for astigmatism. I walked out. I called another place and asked what they would do it for as self pay. The same amount. I called the Target in FT Worth and they told me my total would be $10 and the contacts and glasses were separate depending on where I was getting them So, basically, I was lied to and someone tried to steal my money.

Needed my prescription, and they would not give it to me. Crazy. Ive been going here for years.

The two middle aged Hispanic women that are selling the frames are rude.
