I had the most amazing experience at this Visionworks and I’m not surprised to see that there is an all five star rating for this particular store. I won’t go into all the details but just to say I walked into the store after not being in there for a few years. They dropped what they were doing to help me as if I was their only customer. Unfortunately they did not have the frames that I was looking for and I had to order them off the Internet. When the frame came in the mail I stopped off at the store and the store was closed for the evening. The general manager Cat Cannariato was there. She opened the door and I told her I had gotten the frames and she took the frames and my lenses from years ago and she install them into the frames right there. I offered money and she would not accept it. It was such a kind and nice thing to do. She is a very caring professional and I highly recommend this business to anyone getting glasses.

I needed help ordering contacts, had been told different information between staff members so naturally I was unhappy. I spoke with someone over the phone and they were rude and continued to cut me off... that’s not customer service instead of deescalating the situation he made it worse AND gave me the wrong information. I made a staff member aware and no one apologized she even ignored the entire situation. Definitely switching locations after this.

I usually come here and have great service, however today was very different. I called when the practice opened to ask if they accepted walk ins and the receptionist was warm and said yes. She let me know that there would be openings and that she did not think anyone would come in on a Monday. I said hopefully no one will since it is Martin Luther King Jr Day. I said great I will be there in a few minutes. When I arrived the same woman told me that she did not know who I spoke with but they were completely booked for the day. I feel like she did not check the schedule when she was on the phone with me and I probably will not come back because my time was wasted.

Citla was extremely helpful in my glasses orders and helped me out of a situation with my prescription.

I had a quick and great experience. I feel bad I rushed in right at 6pm...when the store was closing...but Cat let me come in and also let another customer in. The three employees in in the store were very pleasant and helpful. Cat tightened my glasses and was really nice about the whole thing. She invited me back when there was more time to look at updating my glasses. I am happy I found them. I am coming back on Saturday! Thank you Cat!

They are being very careful with cleanliness and distancing and I feel safe going there.I have used the 2 for 1 special offer and have found prices in line with other places and the free pair is really free. Had a bit of trouble deciding on correct lenses and In particular a young lady Diana Ortiz helped me decide and guided me to get the correct ones for my eyes. She is very efficient and provides excellent customer service when you go I recommend you go with her.

My husband regularly buys his glasses here, but I stopped by recently to request a fitting measurement for myself. The staff was very attentive and helpful and did the measurement for me for free! All of our experiences with purchasing, measurements and fitting at this location have been excellent.

Took my son to get his glasses and had a great experience. He has been getting fitted for glasses for 15 years and these folks were great. And the delivery time was as promised. Definitely going back there to get my glasses when it’s time for me to renew my prescription.

Brandy was so helpful. I bent the frame of my glasses, popping a lens out and losing the screw. She was very careful about getting my glasses fixed perfectly. I was surprised at how quickly she fixed my problem.

The service was amazing. Shannon is the best she helped me in a tough situation when my sun glasses were stolen from my car. She was able to get me new lenses in a old pair in a short amount of time before I left for a 10 day vacation. I will always continue my service at this location because of her customer service.

Great experience with Alyssa the manager at this location. Early on a Monday morning I stepped on my glasses & the ear pieces were just about sticking straight up. Not a way to start a Monday. I thought there was no way they could be straightened without breaking them, but Alyssa took care of them for me. She was my Angel for the day!

Just an average experience. I always felt rushed when I was in there and they do not really explain all of the jargon and technicalities of vision insurance to you. Everything seems so overpriced and I am never sure what I am buying. I think I missed out on a deal because it was not explained to me. No one explained what I can expect when getting used to these new lenses; I had to go elsewhere to get the information. Slow down and listen to your customers needs please.

They adjust my frames with no hassle and have a great selection of frames.

Frames broke an hour before they closed. Got there 30 minutes before closing and they assisted me to find the perfect frame to match my lenses.

This location received a 1 star rating from me because the customer service has not been the best. I came in on June 21st to get my exam done. My glasses were ready Friday, June 28th. I had to take them back the next day, June 29th because my right lense was bulking out of the frame of the glasses, which wasn’t supposed to happen. I actually paid extra, so that that wouldn’t happen. The left lense was fine, the right one wasn’t. So, I go back up there to see if it can be corrected, it’s explained to me that they can’t correct it and that they will have to send it back to the lab because they cut the lense wrong.At that point I’m super annoyed because I really need my glasses and the glasses I’m currently wearing are out of prescription....meaning, I’m experiencing a ton of headaches. I followed up with them to check the status of my glasses and now they won’t be ready until July 15th! Which is very unacceptable because I really need my new eye glasses prescription. At this point, I just want a refund and will go elsewhere to get my glasses. I will not be doing business with them in the future.
