I love this place. Its Covid clean, excellent service, beautiful staff and great location. Parking in the back and in a great area. Even has shopping and restaurants in the area.

Great prices, great service, everyone work here is very friendly . And also great selections on Asian Fit frames which I love the most . No pressure on buying, give the quotes over the phone and give you enough time to find the best price that fit your budget . Hope in future the store will open on Monday .

I dont know where to start about all of the great things I can say about this place! I havent seen an eye doctor in over a year but I was about to run out of my disposable contacts. Needless to say, eye appointment was way overdue. I liked this place the moment I walked in. The staff starting from Essense to Dr. Nguyen! Their equipments are ultra advanced, communication style super friendly, and Dr. Nguyen provided me with so much information about my vision and my health - I left very satisfied, and found my eye doctor for life.

Great experience here!! I needed to book an appointment same day to take advantage of my insurance running out and she fit me in within 30 minutes. Dr. Nguyen was super detailed and when she was on the fence about my prescription she gave me two pairs of contacts to try out so we could make sure I was in the ones that were more comfortable. She took her time and we went back and forth between the two prescriptions until she was 100% sure. The front desk was also very friendly and helpful!

Dr. Nguyen and her office staff are extremely friendly and professional. Everybody at this location goes above and beyond to assist you in taking care of all your optometry needs. I especially appreciated the office staff taking the time to ensure I understand all the benefits of my vision insurance to help me make the best use of my policy. I was in and out in half an hour with a new contact prescription. Ive been here two years in a row and the customer service is excellent. Dr Nguyen is warm and very thorough. The front desk even filled out the rebate for my contacts for me. The machines they use to check your eye health seem very modern and theres no painful puffer test. Highly recommend :)

I was experiencing some discomfort with my glasses, and they went above and beyond to help identify and correct it. Dr. Nguyen and Tami were extremely professional and polite, and the entire staff was knowledgable and provided great service. They have an in-house lab so I never had to wait long on my glasses. I would definitely recommend them!

Eyevenue is the best optometrist that I have been to! The staff are very friendly, and the location is convenient. If you get contacts here they will give you a trial pair, and they provide free glasses cleaning and adjustments. They also have a wide variety of glasses to choose from. EyeVenue has been hands down the best optometrist office I have been to since I started wearing contacts and glasses when I was a kid. Love coming here. They first did a very comprehensive eye exam. The optometrist pointing something out that no one has ever told me before. I ordered some lenses for a frame I had already purchased and they had the lenses ready within two days. Once I picked them up, they added the anti reflective coating free of charge. Wasn’t expecting that at all. They’re also very technology friendly which comes in handy with my intense work schedule. This will be my one stop shop going forward.

I visited EyeVenue with my 11 year old daughter after she complained of difficulty seeing the board at school. The optimist was friendly and courteous with my daughter. She was also efficient and in frequent communication making my experience as a parent favorable. The tech helped us pick out glasses that were both stylish (which my daughter appreciated) and a good value ( which I appreciated). Her glasses were ready within a couple days and she loved them. I definitely recommend.Wanted to update (Dec 2016) my other daughter, 13 years old, got a pair of glasses and loved them. At school she was holding them and got them accidentally knocked out of her hands by someones backpack. We brought them back to EyeVenue and Tami replaced them completely free of charge since we had just bought them. Dr. Thai-An and Tami Nguyen continue to impress.

Wow! This whole office is superb. They took a pretty mundane event like getting replacement glasses and turned it into a fun experience. And, Dr Nguyen zeroed in my prescription like a boss.HIGHLY recommended.

My first impression was this is a really nice upbeat eye doctor office and was a very convenient location for me. So after my eye exam I picked my glasses out and the made sure I told them I don’t wear my glasses all day everyday so I’m not needed special glasses I need the basic and cute frames. So the lady really was pushing for me to get the expensive glasses no reflection type etc. I told her no I just want the basic with cute frames so I order my glasses and paid for them. She told me it would take 3days and I would hear from them. An entire week pass by and I did not hear from anyone !!!!!!!! So I stop by to check on them and let them know I was considered... The lady goes to go look and brings out my glasses !! She said she’s not sure why I haven’t been notified. Then checks the computer and she see no once contacted me... DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL HAVE YOU PAY SO MUCH BUT WILL NOT TELL YOU WHEN YOU GLASSES ARE DONE AND READY ! I AM NOT PLEASED AT WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR PROCESS
