Update: theyve offered to send an A/C compressor and new belt to me. If all goes well, I will up the star rating. I appreciate their willingness to make this right.Sadly, I have to post a 1 star review. I cannot comment on their service, but they also sell used Saabs from time to time. I contacted them about a car and asked all kinds of questions. No Issues, they said. I told them I was coming from 3.5 hours away. Nope, great car. We check them all over, they said. I trusted them because they are a Saab repair facility. When I showed up, they were work trying to get the headlights to work. That should have been my warning to walk away, but I had driven 3.5 hours. On the drive home, the ABS light came on, the rear speaker had loud static for a while and then all the speakers went out, there is no e-brake, and worst of all, at a toll station, smoke was coming from the hood. The A/C compressor had seized and the serpentine belt was burning/melting. I called and they just said, Oh, we didnt know about that. No real effort to make it right. Very disappointed. Anyway, if you are thinking of purchasing a Saab here, be very wary that everything has been thoroughly checked out.

Agree with Dan Van Opstall. We had almost same exact experience, word for word, he did with buying a used Saab from Tom Low 1.5 years ago. Very disappointing.
