Needed some good tires for my Subaru Outback. Bob recommended the Goodyear Assurance maxlife. They did a fantastic job replacing the tires and balancing them. They checked the alignment as a courtesy and the car was dead on. Driving the car home was a big surprise. The ride was Superior and the car has never handled so good since the day I bought it new. The Goodyear tires are so much better then the Bridge Stone tires that came with the car new. Thanks for the great job guys!

The people were very courteous. I had a punctured tire which I thought Id need to replace. When they looked at the tire they found it could be repaired instead of being replaced. I was impressed by their honesty. It was much cheaper than the new tire I thought Id need to buy.

I called and made an appointment for my brakes but they take walk ins. Id still call, in fact always call. Its polite for this skilled job. Good work and reasonable prices. I had a coupon in the mail for a oil change and had that done on another car. They have fast and reliable service. Easy entrance into the lot and very clean all together. I recommend.

So yeah, I needed tires, but not just any cheap tire though. I drive alot daily. So I need a good tire for a good price. After calling around and speaking with different shops, I finally called this location and spoke to Bob. He is very knowledgeable and has been in this business for over 30 years. I told him the type of tire I needed, and not only did he find it, he also gave me a great deal nobody else was going to match or offer. He even beat out a deal I received from discount auto and tire in Algonquin. The prices at this location are beyond fair and Bob and the rest of the guys are very trustworthy and honest. If you need anything automotive go see Bob.*Side note* very clean facility and warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Its a tire place! The staff are friendly and helpful. Decent price of puncture repair and can usually accommodate such things even on busy weekends. I usually call ahead to make sure I can get taken care of. Recommend.

I have always had a great experience with Auto Tech. The people who work there are always friendly. They work quickly and they don’t overcharge. They will let me know if there is anything additional I need (i.e. air filters) which is typical of an oil change place but they don’t make me feel pressured to buy anything.

Thank you for all your great work on my sons car for a reasonable price. We had purchased a used vehicle for my son. After about two weeks, it didnt start. Towed it to Auto-Tech (recommended Whiteys Towing and they put it on my Auto-Tech bill). They looked it over, told us it was the battery and replaced the corroded connections as well. I let them know that the Heads Up display and Speedometer also wasnt working, as well as, a lot of loose wires from previous owner replacing engine himself (do-it-yourself guy). Auto Tech repaired everything and got it running with-in days for a really reasonable price. They were so kind and caring too. My son was really happy. I am definitely bringing any more work their way.

Stopped into the store to see if they could repair a flat I had earlier that morning. Due to the location of the puncture; they could not. Mark offered me all my options (Buy one tire, different deals on four new tires, since mine had 63K on them, etc), told me to think it over and let him know. Called about an hour later; he scheduled me for same day service for four new tires. When I arrived; the associate told me it would be about an hour and a half; which I was good with since it was same day scheduling on a packed Saturday. I was out the door in 45 minutes. Friendly, no pressure service. Highly recommend.

Had to make an emergency stop here about a month ago for new windshield wipers, as mine suddenly started smearing the rain as it was coming down. They were the original 7-year-old wipers anyway, so they needed the change. Went to them again today for an oil change, and both times I have had nothing but the best of treatment!Both times they were quick, answered my questions fully before doing any work, and all the people I dealt with were knowledgeable and friendly. They also have phenomenal prices! I have quite a few options around me for oil changes, car repairs, etc., and it may be a bit of a pain to get in/out of at times, but THIS will be the ONLY place I go to for any car maintenance needs!

Service excellent except for inability to service until 24 hours after car towed to facility. Did get serviced first thing day after towing. Employees who answer phones seem to have little enthusiasm, often unable to answer questions and rely on other employees who must stop what they’re working on to come to phone. I had to tell one employee to not stop someone else’s work because the answer to my question was yes or no. Otherwise, I would highly recommend Autotech in Crystal Lake.

I called to schedule an oil change and the guy was rude, abruptly telling me that the next available appointment was 4 days away. I find it very hard to believe that a shop cant do a 15 minute oil change for several days. After telling the guy Id have to get back to him he immediately hung up on me. If this is the level of service I received by asking a simple question on the phone, Im terrified to see what would happen once they have my car. This company will never have my business. There are several other places far more willing to treat people with respect and actually appreciate their customers.

Will never go here again. Stopped in and requested an apt for oil change and tire rotation. The owner kept calling me sweetie and talking to me like a child. I came in for my apt a few days later and reminded them it was for an oil change and tire rotation. I get my car back an hour later and look at the receipt. Only got an oil change. Had to go back into the store and tell them for the third time I needed a tire rotation. Ended up waiting nearly 2 hours total. During this time, a woman who was clearly a regular came in without an apt and jokingly said she was more important the other customers there and chatted up the staff. She was in and out before myself or the other people with apts. Terrible service.

Didnt have an appointment, but I was still in and out in less than an hour with new tires. Friendly, knowledgeable people, good selection of tires and overall a great experience. Will be back for other services in the future. Thanks for a great job!
