Very private for a busy part of town. Spacious storage and prices are competitive. Mr Greg showed me the area even though I was not a customer. He sold me and I recommend this location.

Rented online. Very easy application process. Got a courtesy call from a gentleman at the location thanking me for renting and letting me know the unit was ready and a new lock would be waiting inside. Upon arrival the location was clean and secure. Very happy so far!!

Got a good deal initially for an indoor unit from their website but 3 months in they raised our rates by almost 50%! Indoor storage area is clean but recently went to rearrange some things and fount out they have a rat issue. Make sure you get insurance! Site manager is nice but completely unapologetic about it.

Greg was super helpful and friendly! The facility is very clean, with plenty of carts for moving your items and AC indoors so you don’t have to get too hot while unloading. We got a good deal on a short term rental too. Would definitely recommend!

I called several storage companies to compare prices and decided to go with Extra Space. The manager helped us go through all the paperwork (he was super patient with us as we wanted to carefully read each page). The location is clean, secure, the AC in the storage unit works perfectly, and we love how close the storage unit is to the entrance. There is a secure passcode to get into the indoor storage, and the building is located in a great place in our city. All around, a great experience, were glad we chose Extra Space!

I have been using extra storage place for almost a year now in the Brandon Fl location and Greg which whom I have been dealing with has made everything absolutely wonderful. Off on military training personally told that after a year the price would increase instead it I created over 51.00 in 5 months. Then Im told it can increase 80% sometimes even 100% what kinda of business is that? Especially for us military member who arent going to be around for over a year. its a rip off and so unfair to do that to people without appropriate notification.

Rented a 10 x 30 storage unit within the air conditioned building this week. The storage unit and the entire facility are very clean, and there is a rest room. Access/unloading from our 26 truck to the storage unit was easy and local management was very courteous and helpful.

Stephen was very helpful with deciding what size storage we needed. Very clean establishment. I couldnt have asked for a better employee to help me while my two wild children were out of control, he was very patient and accommodating. I would highly recommend and ask for Steven.

I’ve rented units at 3 different locations and each experience has been better than the last. Moving is stressful, but the people here help answer any questions with ease and are very upfront about cost and I appreciate that! My heart is kind of broken right now.... Ive used Extra Space Storage for over a year and a half. From winter 2017 to spring 2018 I had no complaints. From Summer 2018 to Fall 2018 I began noticing bugs. I spoke to the office professionals, who were very nice, and was told that they use a pest control company and would be spraying to ensure there were no problems. Due to travel I wasnt able to go to my unit for 4 months but when I did I was devastated. I know that Florida is a hot and humid state so some bugs were inevitable but I didnt expect what Im now seeing....Rat droppings, giant roaches, items chewed through, books destroyed, brand new clothes and shoes unwearable, family photos with rat urine stains..... My heart is broken right now..... Needless to say, I do not recommend this facility.
